I rarely leave negative reviews but this location is infuriatingly difficult location to work with. The employee is dismissive and is constantly on the phone chatting. The package was in the back and has been sitting there for 2 days according to the tracking but she didn't even bother to check and told me it wasn't there. I asked her where it could be and if I need to wait longer and she mouthed "I don't know" I asked her to check again and there it was. Then there was customs that I had to pay. They do not accept credit card at this location. I tried my debit card but I don't know if it was the machine but it didn't work - just like how it didn't work for the customer before me. After half and hour of this , I left without the parcel. As for the delivery slip - I never received one either so I didn't realize until I checked tracking.

Do not waste your time trying to use this Canada Post outlet. I have gone there TWICE in the last few days - both times during the opening hours advertised by the business - and both times they have been CLOSED. Their hours of operation are NOT accurate, and you risk wasting your time by trying to go there. I understand that during the time of covid-19 restrictions, businesses will have restricted operating hours. What I cannot understand or accept; however, is that this business does not bother updating the hours of operation on-line so they are accurate. It is disrespectful of their customers.

Staff was nice. I had a small box to deliver and showed up with the top open in case something needed to be put inside the box before closing it. To my surprise they do not have a roll of packing tape available but we're more than happy to sell me one for 7 dollars. Funny to believe a parcel drop off service doesn't provide this as a courtesy. Alternatively I would have been happy to pay 50 cents to use 2 feet of tape if they gave the option. I do believe the company hosting the Canada post location does this intentionally and doesn't care the impact it has on the experiance. Just a money grab.

This place is honestly frustrating not only do they not have a contact number they literally make their own rules for packages picked up they're attitudes are absolutely uninviting and the language barrier adds to the frustration. I'd rather my packages be left elsewhere just to avoid these people. Bad experience every time unfortunately! I wish Canada post would just replace the employees or shut this location down.

The team at Rosedale PO are fantastic. I have been a customer since moving to Midtown, at both the previous location and the new space. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have the store setup perfectly for covid distancing. They remember me as a regular and make me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend 5s for sure! …

I have been using this Canada Post location for two years and never had a problem. Always friendly service and my packages handled with care. The staff are great and have helped me a few times to get the best services for the items I am shipping through. Evergreen will continue to be my "go to" post office in the Midtown area.

Been going to this Canada Post before they moved here to Mt Pleasant . They are very friendly and always been helpful and attentive whenever I’ve been there. This is the only Canada Post in this neighborhood I feel comfortable going to. Way better than the Canada post in Shoppers on Yonge and Eglinton.

The staff is so lovely here! They always go the extra mile - like once I forgot change to pay for my printing and they said no problem, just bring it next time. Excellent passport photos too they were so patient with both of my young children. Tons of toys at really great prices. Kids love it here.

Really great service... If you're doing an amazon return they don't make you wait in line they simply take your item and handle it themselves... And withinb10 minutes of leaving the store amazon updates and says your refund is being processed.. Awesome

This is by far the best canada post i been too. Friendly and have good customer service. People can complain about the parcel not arriving (warehouse issue). But these lovely young couple are great people

I was late for work, I asked the guy to do his job as soon as possible, exactly 1 minute later I left the office with my parcel, thanks for the excellent service and good mood, I put 5 stars

Poor experience here. Went to pickup a parcel and the hours were not as described on the notice, and did not accept credit card payment. Staff member was pleasant, but untrained.

They have apparently contacted me 3 times and sent me a final notice but they never did! Liars!!! You never contacted me and we can’t even call you! Disgusting services!!

Although line is long everyday. Workers there still greet me with smile and serve me with patient .it is my must go place when I need a post office service

If you need to deal with sending and receiving mail, service is as expected. They do also sell miscellaneous items, very random from saws to hooks.

They have moved from this address w.e.f sep 5, 2020 and haven't even updated that on Google. Save your efforts and search for other Canada Post.
