an old woman with gray hair and the worst worker I have ever seen. I have already read reviews about this woman, but this time I was just shocked by what was happening. I came to receive the parcel, which I tracked and the parcel was in the office. when she started to check, the parcel was still not there. when I was leaving, I turned around and noticed that she started laughing at me. most likely the reason was in my English. since I came from Ukraine, most likely she was laughed at by my accent or my last name, it is not known. but it was. ashamed of her.

Absolutely horrible worker. She is super rude and miserable, refuses to even serve me or my gf, I'm so tired of it. Ive had dozens of times I've visited to mail or pick up stuff and shes always horrible and makes it a terrible experience. Shes even tried saying the adress I give her doesnt exist to avoid mailing stuff. Went to pick up a package and she refused to accept my adress proof. She gives so much additude too. I try to avoid this office because of her but unfortunately cant when I need to pick something up. Please avoid this office.

I had looked at the reviews online and wasn't feeling too confident going in to any post office around here but Michelle went over and above and was so incredibly helpful and kind for everything I needed to sort out. It was a great experience!! I look forward to my future dealings here.

Failed delivery twice despite tickets and talking to multiple people. Paid for expedited shipping. No one seems to know whats going on with packages here. Also made retrieving a package in person super difficult a few years back and was just reminded of this experience.

Older lady is rude..clearly hates her job! Have had many issues. If I see her I will turn around and go to another location this is the last time I deal with her rude comments and having to inconvenience her to do her actual job.

Ok - had a terrible day and Jenn at the post office completely turned it around. I don’t know if she will ever see this, but Jenn thank you for being such a joy today.

Worst service ever. We wanted to ship something large and the worker literally didn't want to bother to measure it or anything. We had to take it elsewhere.

Came at 130 on a Wed hand written sign says back at 210. Do you have hours of operation or not. Not waiting 40 min, will have to make another trip
