The employee named Jas shouldn’t even be working in customer service! She is rude, raising her voice on elderly customers who live in the area (I personally witnessed numerous times), if you ask some questions she is getting agitated and start yelling at you as if you’re someone who has some issues with understanding! Yesterday while I was at the counter paying for my transaction, she started helping another customer and when I asked for my receipt, she literally threw the receipt at my face! Employees like her causing businesses to loose customers, and I don’t even think a proper training would make a difference as she has some personal anger in her that needs to be addressed in a timely manner!

I am so impressed by this Canada Post location. Both Jas and Mona have been so helpful to me and very knowledgeable about postal services. I always drive to this location to drop off my packages because I find the staff much friendlier and helpful than my local postal office. You can tell they go above and beyond for their customers, always trying to meet everyone’s needs, balancing multiple requests at once, and keeping the line going. Also very accessible customer service, as I use a cane and have found the staff very accommodating. Thank you for your work during this pandemic.

I’ve never seen a better Canada post office around Toronto. People working here take time to help you get your work done. The lady called me up an hour after I left a parcel, just to tell me that she added extra tape, since I was worried that it didn’t have enough taping on it. Kudos!

The people who work at this post office are the epitome of customer care and kindness -- all of them. One, a young woman, even went out of her way to teach me how to use a small business account effectively. So wonderful!

The ladies that work in this location are extremely kind and efficient. They are attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.
