They are the worst. I went to ship a laptop with no such experience. Ask them to guide me through what to use to secure the laptop in a box. They just show me the boxes without giving me any information on what is the difference between flat rate box and the other boxes and told me to choose one that it fits in. Gave me some bubble wraps and airbags most of which were deflated. And left I chose one of the boxes and secure the laptop to my best knowledge because of course they were not willing to help. Although I nicely asked them if they could help me I would really appreciate it. Later when I was paying for the box and asked for coverage they told me flat rate boxes does not come with extra coverage. So I had to pay for the box I already sealed, and get a new one as well to be able to get coverage for the laptop! It was hours of frustration and stressed shipping experience. They literally provided me no information, and treated me like no one would wish to be treated when they are new to something. I would never post anything with them ever again. Stay clear of this branch if you are inexperienced with shipping process like me.

Great for visitors! I haven been here twice when I visited Vancity: the first time I went there to buy stamps and ask for advice on where to exchange US dollars for Canadian dollars; the second time I were there to pick up my passport after a visa interview and buy a few more stamps. A lady and a gentleman helped me these two times, and they were very patient, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the self-service machine is not really smart - if you buy two same items (two sheets of the same stamps on my case), it will pick up and pop out one item first and then do all the actions it needed to reset itself and do all the stuff again to give you the second one. I got four sheets of two different values of stamps in my first visit so you can imagine how long I waited in front of the machine… Purchasing stamps at the counter is much faster.

Poor customer service! The first thing the lady asked me when i brought my package to the counter was "is there anything dangerous in this?" as if I'm a criminal! I had already packaged up the jewelry i was sending out for a customer of mine, and all i had to do was pay for the shipping cost. They have to retrain their workers to gain better customer service skills! They need better interpersonal skills too!

The Canadian lady on July4,2023 at 9 am is so bad she was not abiding the rules and was not giving my passport back even though it was the last date and they are always closed like what are you being paid for and making people suffer. So bad customer service and uneven opening hours and they don’t even update it.

I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff here, especially compared to the nearby Canada Post in London Drugs on Granville Street. However, the self-service machine (for dropping off prepaid packages, like online order returns) is only available during store hours which defeats the purpose of it.

This post office is the best in downtown, I have never seen a post office like this one, very clean, very systematic. All staff are so polite and respectful. I am so glad after my previous experiences in canada post offices, I have this one near my house.

I have never seen a government post office this clean. Staff were attentive,friendly and professional. My package pickup was quick. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We have the best postal carrier! Ken is polite, friendly, efficient and fast. We couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Ken for being so awesome!

They have changerooms where you can try on clothes that you've purchased online. You don't them you can send them back. Very convenient.

Didn’t get my important mail and its been a week. Heard it takes 3days but its been a week. This is so unprofessional.
