સ્કેમર્સથી સાવધ રહો. જો હું કરી શકું તો મેં તેમને 0 સ્ટાર આપ્યા હોત. આ લોકો તેમની લાઉન્જ સેવાઓ વિશે ખોટું બોલીને અને વ્યક્તિદીઠ આશરે 3300 રૂપિયા વસૂલીને ખોટી રીતે વેચાણ કરીને છેતરપિંડી કરી રહ્યા છે. તેઓએ મારા માતા-પિતાને તેના વિશે કંઈપણ સમજાવ્યું ન હતું અને કોવિડ પછી તે ફરજિયાત હોવાનું કહીને તેમને ખરીદવા દબાણ કર્યું હતું, જે એક મોટું જૂઠ છે. મારા પિતાએ મને બે વાર ચેક કરવા માટે ફોન કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો અને તેઓએ તેમને ફોન બંધ કરવાનું કહ્યું. જેમ જ મને આ વિશે ખબર પડી અને તેને રદ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો તેઓએ કહ્યું કે તે રિફંડેબલ નથી. કારણ કે અમે સેવાઓનો ઉપયોગ કર્યો ન હતો અને એક કલાકમાં રદ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો પરંતુ સક્ષમ ન હતા. ઉપરાંત, આ માત્ર એક વીઆઈપી સેવા છે જે વિઝા અરજી અને વિઝાના નિર્ણયને અસર કરતી નથી. BEWARE FROM SCAMMERS. I would have given them 0 stars If I can. This people are scamming by mis-selling and manipulating people by lying about their lounge services and charging around 3300 rupees per person. They didn't explain anything to my parents about it and force them to buy it by saying that it has been mandatory after covid, which is a big lie. My father tried calling me to double check and they ask him to switch off phone. As soon as I come to know about this and tried to cancel it they said it's non refundable. Since we didn't use the services and tried to cancel In an hour but was not able to. Also, this is just a VIP service it does not affect to visa application and visa decision.

Staring from security staff, very courteous and polite (we usually face rude security staff but this was totally exceptional). First they check your appointment letter and let you go up (first floor) you have to wait there for your turn, then they let you in the center and allot a token number also give you information about premium lounge(i opted non-premium) Then you have to wait, waiting area was nice, clean. Then they make announcement for the numbers and allot you a counter, on that counter they take some basic information like phone number and email id. That girl on counter was also welcoming. After that you have to again wait for your number, they allot you one biometric counter. It was like small cabin, but then it was a bitter experience for me, the girl who took my fingerprints was rude, i was not even able to get what she was instructing. I mean its your daily work but i was there for the first time, she should give instructions in audible and polite tone. Somehow it was quick so I didn’t mind much. Then on the exit, they were providing free sim card for canada (free for one month, for student and work visa applicant) Overall it was nice and smooth, It hardly takes 45-50 minutes and they guide you very well for the process.

VFS Ahmedabad Totally Scamming Innocent people on the name of Premium services. One of the culprits are Submission Officer: NANDINI What is this nonsense of Premium lounge service and/or Non Premium service?? She asked my brother to either pay for premium services for two which was for INR 7000 or buy non premium service for INR 4400. And he ended up paying 7000 because she convinced him that there’s only INR 2600 difference between two services and premium service will have kore benefits. VFS is scamming innocent people by not saying/ letting them know that this service is optional, not mandatory. Big shame on you guys. We already had paid CA$85 for the biometrics and your website and social media accounts mentioned about don’t pay money to any agents for getting a Biometric appointments, but on the contrary their own submission Officers like NANDINI is looting people by asking them either purchase Premium lounge or Non Premium (Non Premium is new scam VFS has introduced in India) Hats off to you VFS scammers and Fraud agency.

**********SCAM******** Pemium lounge*********This people charged my parents Rs7000+ in name of premium lounge when they went for biometrics. They do not expain that its optional and indirectly force them to pay. They also force them to switch off their phone while inside, which is not required at all. Not expected from them. Bloody frauds. Gold diggers.. When UnKnown people visit such places for 1st time, they are very anxious, for which this people take wrong advantage by creating wrong hype and digging money out of innocent people. Innocent people end up giving money what they ask, so that the process goes smooth and there are no issues. But unfortunately they do not know the reality. God knows how many people became victim of this scam... Never pay for premium services. Only difference is that, your biometrics gets updated a week earlier than what the normal service would take. Which is not worth Rs 3000/person Can I give zero stars?

Tips for newbies 1. If you’re willing to go with the premium, take 3500/- because generally the premium lounge fee is 3000/- but there are some fluctuations in the fees, for example, I was charged 3169/-, so it’s better to be safe. 2. At Ahmedabad VFS, we don’t need to take the consent form along with us, in fact, they’ll give you one(I’m talking abt the premium lounge, I have no idea abt the normal one) 3. They accept both Cash and UPI 4. Most important of all: Beverages = Appy Fizz & Water(in premium lounge) 5. Remove your passport cover before going in the biometrics booth My Review: It was very good and seamless, except you’ll not get the process that’s done after PPR, so keep asking them until you don’t get it! ALERT - BEWARE OF THERE PREMIUM LOUNGE 'SCAM'... I took premium lounge but no benefit. If you want to sit on sofa in separate cabin with Fizz then you can give more ₹3050/- for it... They will try to convince you by doing false claims. You will have to wait in que for many minutes... So be prepared for this... I don't understand that if they gave us the appointment then also they take lot of time for process... But allover the experience was nice because of the staff ⚕️ and other members... NOTE - They will tell u to put the bag out if you have any electronic item Inside it... Simply refuse and keep phone switched off... I turned on it because of online payment... Shop keepers will charge you 50 to 100 rupees for putting your bag with then for few minutes...

Beware.... Please stop paying money in name of premium longue service at VFS ahmedabad, and It is optional not mandatory, just paying 3500 Rps. and still had to wait to 1 hour in the line does not make sense. My parents experienced the same issue today, they were told that they had to pay this fee amount as it is mandatory, also someone had experienced same issues in the past, it seems like VFS ahmedabad haven't take accountable steps towards this issue. And if possible I want these money back,please and thank you.

Very Bad Experience the fron staff is very rude and forces you to take premium and they dint give you other options make you retake appointment if you dint choose the premium package. If you take premium package thwre is no fast or extea service just ine lounge the process is still the same and when they give you the option send your passport through mail there also you have to pay 700. Rs for the delivery. Bad service on the front the management should do something about it.

Staff were mostly polite and had really good at providing a good service. But the lady staff in the premium lounge doesn’t even speak English. I don’t understand hindi and hard a hard time understanding what they were saying. Another lady staff over there entered my mobile number incorrectly. The funny part is that my mobile number now just has 9digits. They should be more careful and help us better as we are paying for premium lounge for nothing.

Worst office, there is no sitting area for people to wait outside the office. People have to wait by standing until there turn come. Security guards are also rude in behavior. Nobody is supportive all are working only for money purpose and they will do so many things to convince you to take premium launge but there is not a little difference in both of them. Please be aware while going for biometric

You are not allowed to carry a Laptop/ USB inside the office, no locker service is there. The process went smoothly and finished in only 15 mins. Representatives explained carefully about Normal/Premium service. If you are able to submit your passport in person and you are not in a hurry, no need to opt for the Premium (As explained by the representative)

Strict rules to follow,be there before time and don't carry food or water ,they explain everything ones you enter the place well maintained with all safety precautions for COVID and staff members are so polite in nature they help us with everything so no need to worry for old people just bring all documents and Lounge facility is also good .

Bit crowded but the team managed it well... the crowd was also because people arrive way earlier than scheduled appointment. Make sure you reach just 15-20 min before your appointment time. They provide premium services (expect to shell out ~1500 INR per person, cash or UPI). No public parking nearby, plan accordingly.

Great and prompt service. However, they don't allow power bank and other electronics excluding phone, so kindly make a note. Otherwise you have to pay them locker fees because they don't allow you to keep it outside. You may keep it with your relatives or friends, who accompanied you. Overall, it was nice experience.

Little bit chaotic once you get inside after getting token, may be it's only that particular day, idk, but staff's face looks like they are getting tired and hard to manage the inflow of the ppl. Still they are doing their best, may be it's Inpatient ppl or under staff on particular day when I visit.

Everyone was helpful, I have to bring my father in the wheel chair. VFS have their people to help with wheel chair. He served very nice. At last I offer him tip but he denied at all. I was not offering any bribe but I was amazed from his service that's why I offered tip to him. But he denied.

Staff and service was good but the way they sell premium service it’s fake. It’s confused us while speaking to us and security guards will say switch off mobile too so I was unable to call my friends. So avoid all service if visa come then pay later for currier charges at first entrance.

My experience was good , it's easy no hush !... I took non premium services... It was easy and quick ... Just have to follow the token numbers only ! Laptop, powerbank , etc electronic items are not allowed inside ! You have to keep your phone either silent or switch off !

Canada vfs center has to provide parking and sitting facilities for outside aaplicant in summer outside temperature ️ 45 degree Celsius how can they wait for a long without facilities of shade and parking......they have to arrange something for applicants …

Nicely organized. Well trained staff. There is only parking related issue for this place as it is located near paldi which is the most busiest place in Ahmedabad. Other then that process was smooth and sign boards were self explanatory. Had a great experience

Overall experience was good, there are number of facilities available though a person has to wait in queue because of lack of staff. My time was 1:30 P.M. and i entered in office after 2:15 so long waiting line was there
