"The arena is small, holding only 18,500 so the sight lines are decent even high up"
"Clean arena, lots of stairs, but well maintained"
"The Indigo parking is overpriced all over Canada and especially in Canadian Tire Centre! Our tickets to the show were $ 120 and then at the parking lot entrance we were charged another $ 20 for a two-hour show! That's very expensive"
"First the arena is 45 mins outside of Ottawa, second they charge for parking?? Already struggling to get fans then why make people pay $12 to park makes no sense"
"This parking is an absolute nightmare"
The arena is small, holding only 18,500 so the sight lines are decent even high up. But the halls are too small and there are not enough food and and drink options. The lines are ridiculous. But the worst is the time it takes to park and leave. 45 minutes to an hour is a fail. Unless you are nuts about hockey it’s just not worth it.
Clean arena, lots of stairs, but well maintained. We noticed that at the game start the section ushers could not keep the mass of fans from accessing their seats. Only once the game was well underway (5 minutes in) did the "stoppage of play" policy work well and ushers are visible throughout the section.
The Indigo parking is overpriced all over Canada and especially in Canadian Tire Centre! Our tickets to the show were $ 120 and then at the parking lot entrance we were charged another $ 20 for a two-hour show! That's very expensive. What kind of service do they exactly provide? Not fair at all!
First the arena is 45 mins outside of Ottawa, second they charge for parking?? Already struggling to get fans then why make people pay $12 to park makes no sense.. also the lot is a terrible design get ready to wait 30 mins to get in and out both ways. Just move the team at this point!
This parking is an absolute nightmare. Not enough entrances/exits... Be prepared to wait a very long time. Get to the event early if you don't want to be late for trying to get into a parking lot. It is also quite expensive. So plan your outing accordingly.
As a pro sports photographer I have been to a lot of Arena's and Parked everywhere. This is absolutely one of the worst spots to park in the NHL. Getting out of this place is a nightmare. Whoever designed this parking lot should be fired,
Arena is nice. Distance into downtown isn’t as bad as ppl say. What is bad, and i mean horrible is the post-game traffic jam caused by everyone trying to leave. Only 7000-8000 last night, and it took us 45 min to go onto the highway. Any
Terrible. Found out after we arrived for a hockey game that parking is paid on an app now. Attendant handed us a leaflet with a QR code that lead us to download the app. The app did not have the event or the correct parking lot code. So
What irked me a lot was that u arrived late into a game, the parking attendants were gone, but there were two snow removal guys going around trekking people to give them fifteen bucks to park. I asked if I'd get a receipt for thre dash,
The Senators Montreal Canadian game showed up 20 minutes early on March 18 from the 417 so we are heading east to park. Get to the first parking lot that is not reserved and they throw an orange cone in front of me stranding me at the
We gave ourselves over an hour to park on site at The CTC on April 3, 2016 for The Garth Brooks Concert. No attendants were directing traffic and therefore there were mis parked cars everywhere. No friendly faces or billboards to even
As a parking lot, it is pretty good. The gate is just far enough to not jam up traffic. Overall, traffic flow handling the vaccination recipients was good and people were pretty patient. As prking lots go, parking lot 3 was good.
I'm never sure what people expect when using an arena parking lot. It's a parking lot. People arrive at different times, but most leave at the same time. For all the complainers, if you're so smart come up with a solution.
I purchase my ticket online to save time. Took 1 hour to get out of parking lot 5. Image over 500 vehicles squeezing into 1 lane ... and no one out directing traffic.
Getting in and out is a disaster on game night. The routes and traffic design seems to have been done by a 4 year old with crayons on a blank sheet of paper.
Easy enough in but like a minnow trap trying to leave. It seems odd that they control cars into a single lane at a venue that seats 20,000 people.
Huge and well entertained lots. Prices are high but it is worth it. Great staff. Cards are now accepted as a method of payment.
If you didn't arrive in a helicopter but in car good luck driving out at the end of the game/show... it is worth it though :-p
Exit is always difficult, and attendants aren't always attentive. The lots aren't huge, though, so it's manageable.
So many years..exiting us stoll a mess. But e d of day. There is lots of oarkibg including valet.
Plenty of parking. Be sure to arrive early or be ready to be parked further away. GO SENS GO!
We parked here. The price was a little steep (12$) and exiting the lot was a mess.
Go send Go. When in Ottawa try and catch a Sens game. Always expecting hockey.
Super close to the door. We were out of the parking lot within 10 minutes.
Parking staff are funny and great. Arrive early to get the best spot.
Grid lock on exit unless you are willing to pay extra for VIP parking
Just overpriced. The add one only deter me from attending games
Awesome facility for sports, concerts and other special events!
The parking lot was exactly what I expected and then some.
My favourite team plays there (Ottawa seators)
$25! Parking downtown is cheaper
Parking is totally unorganized
Parking has gone up to 25.00
Very congested, and chaotic.
Awfully planned parking lot
Yup, it's a parking lot
Lots of parking around
To long to exit!
Great place
Go Sens!
