It's early November and a Saturday. Local stores have been packed with shoppers lately. And they had only two cashes open or self checkout. Massive lines at each. Hoping this was exceptional (maybe an illness struck most of the team and people were absent??) because I won't have the patience to wait in long lines every single visit.

A smaller location in Sherbrooke than the other store on Boulevard Josaphat-Rancourt but really well stocked and staffed. I was in and out with just what I needed quickly and even found something in their clearance section discounted greatly for next season.

Terrible service. The auto service department is incapable of properly scheduling appointments and whoever did my oil change didn't close the oil tank, causing the oil to leak all under the hood of my car. Go to a privately owned garage instead.

The lady at the counter pissed me off, I was just checking for the price of bikes at this location, and when I was leaving I didn't know where to exit because the store was full, then i exit from one of the counter (where people do refunds)

Very unprofessional, and rude customer service at the car repair, and incompetent. I spent a lot of money repairing my car at this CT location (over $2000), I still had a 3 mnth guarantee on the work that they still did NOT do properly. The

The service at the car repair center is incompetent and awful. I paid more than 100$ and they asked me after one hour that we did not find the problem with your AC system yet... Another mechanic shop found it in less than 10 minutes.

Made me wait a whole day to put my winter tires. I had to walk back home I the morning after leaving my car, then take a cab back here to get my car in the afternoon …

Parking is limited and store feels overstocked. The store does not have the space to have presentations. Long wait to return items. Staff is friendly.
