UPDATE: We got our bed today and it actually matches perfectly with our furniture and is sooo so comfy! We love it! After making my order online for a bed frame and mattress, I received a call the next morning from Juan who told me the bed frame was not in stock but they were ordering it right away. Today he told me that he tried to rush the shipment because it was delayed and it couldn’t be here by this weekend. This made me sad, but he then sent me a list of beds I could choose from if I didn’t want to wait. He was super accommodating and very sweet the entire time. I did end up picking out a bed $20 more than the one I wanted, but he told me not to worry about the $20, which was nice and also made me feel like he understood the inconvenience and wasn’t trying to push me to buy any higher priced beds. I felt like he genuinely cared about me being happy with what I got. He is still trying to get the new bed out to me by tomorrow even though we just scheduled it like an hour ago. How amazing! I know where I will continue to shop from in the future. If you can give me customer service like this, in the end it wont even matter if I can find better prices somewhere else (even though I’m pretty sure I can’t anyway) I want someone I can trust and I trust Juan! At first, it was a five star review. The service was really good when I went into the store and everything was confirm that my bed was going to be delivered on time about two days later. The day that the man came for the delivery they did a good job setting up the bed but of course I inspected the bed to make sure everything was OK. The mattress had three holes inside of it plus the dent on the bed which the man explain that the dent would go away within time. I contacted the people from the store to let them know that I am not going to stay with a mattress that has holes inside of them. After all the money I paid for for the mattress. I was told to send some pictures to the phone which I did then I was told that my mattress would be delivered on Saturday or Monday since they are closed on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I still have not got any new mattress. I have been calling the store the past couple of days and I have been not getting a response or answer. I did not pay for a used mattress I paid for a brand new mattress, so why would you give me something that looks like a used mattress. I will no longer shop at the store.

Wednesday was my second time using this location to purchase furniture for my home. Just like the first time this time was amazing. I was immediately helped by Isaias and May. I came in with what I wanted already printed out and ready to go. However the store didn’t have all of the pieces that were needed to make my purchase. May got on the phone a tracked it down for me at another location! I was super excited and grateful that she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. Isaias was right there through the whole process to help and he also is the reason I left with a free Thanksgiving turkey!! Lol The day I came in was May’s first day and she handled it like a pro! Isaias picked up my furniture to have it delivered to me the next day! I’m in love with my new bedroom! I will definitely be back AGAIN. If you need a place to buy furniture and want to be treated the right way.. here’s where you should be! Thanks guys

I have purchased from here 3 times this is my fourth and they always help out. My reviews are honest so I gave a 4 star because they were out of stock on almost everything but we are in a pandemic so its to be expected. The price match was amazing , and Kevin Sanchez was up until 11 pm helping me put together my order and getting this done with out having to leave my house which was amazing. Only thing I was really unhappy about was the delivery fee , first I was told it was going to be waived but installation was 80 then I got told its 200 bc im in Anna TX plus installation, I feel like there was something that could have been done here we just didn't try hard enough. Overall, I love them though. So I'll keep coming back so maybe next time they can help me with something

I stopped by Canales on Spring Valley Road in Dallas right before closing time desperately looking for a dining room set that I needed badly for an event I was having at my home the next day. I was greeted nicely by Isaiah. He was very kind, patient and helpful. He helped me find a dining set at a great price. He and Maria made it happen!!! They were awesome and kind. They were very nice and so helpful. Maria got on the phone and was able to get me on the schedule for delivery for the next day! Now how awesome is that???!!!! They made me very happy! My overall experience was great! Kevin was very helpful in helping me pick out furniture that was in my price range and that I liked. I can’t remember the other gentlemen’s name but he was also very helpful when I had to come back the same day because I forgot to order a bed. Delivery was smooth!!! Pablo and Jesus were awesome! They were quick and efficient, they answered any questions that I had and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. If all of your employees are like any of the guys I mentioned, then y’all have a great company and I’ll definitely be recommending you all to my friends and family. Went into the store and was immediately greeted warmly! Francisco accommodated all of my furniture needs (all while giving me a great deal) and I was in and out within the hour. Next day delivery was phenomenal (considering I am still waiting on a living room set to be delivered that I purchased from a larger competitor). If I had known about this place sooner I would have furnished the whole apartment here. Movers were quick, clean, and very friendly! They were very quiet and put everything together perfectly and moved it according to my needs/wishes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and 10/10 will have my return business.

My roommate and I had just moved in to a new apartment. We were looking around for a new sofa for the living room. When we stopped by Canales, the staff was very welcoming and they let us walk around to check out what they had at the store. They even gave us their own opinion about which were the better options. After not having found the right one at the store, we were able to look at their catalogue until we found the perfect one. Ordering it was really easy. It took just about a week to arrive at the store. When we went to pick it up, the staff took care of loading it into our truck. It was a nice and easy overall experience.

Very nice furniture for a great price. Sales people do a good job being accommodating but delivery people need to do a better job at communicating. This is my 2nd time using this company and I had no issues the first time. This time my furniture was supposed to be delivered 9/15 after 5pm. I didn't hear anything from them and by 9:30 I had texted the website at least twice that I needed to reschedule. The next day I called the store and told them about the no show. My furniture was finally delivered at 3 pm and that was with me calling them twice that day to get an update.

**Update** So per my last review I came back!! This is my second or third time coming here and the service was just as good as before. Luis worked with us and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place again . . . Found this place online. Called and spoke with Maria. She stayed in contact with h me all week. We met up on Saturday and she took care of me. In and out with EXCELLENT customer service!! The place is really clean and everyone is friendly. Will definitely be coming back!!

Stacey Sotelo helped me and was knowledgeable and patient with the many questions I had. They didn't have all that I needed right then, but they were able to order it for me; although it'll take longer to arrive. I will add another review once I receive the furniture . I received my furniture so soon! They guys setting it up were so good and professional. Unfortunately, the picture in the catalog wasn't very clear and I wasn't very impressed with the actual furniture (yes, that was my mistake), but other than that, you get what you pay for.

I was looking for some time a bunk bed with specific characteristics and I found it there. The price was good so I decided to get a second one for my big family! The furniture was delivered with no issues and nothing damaged and came within a week of ordering which was nice. They put it together for me for a small Price and it’s worth it. Overall no real complaints. Would buy from them again. Only reason for four stars is the communication was a little difficult and I had to wait til almost 8pm after waiting all day for a call about them delivering that day.

I purchased four furnitures from this store and I asked to return a sofa. They refused to return it saying 24hr lapsed since the purchase, even though they don’t directly communicate this policy to me. They only mention you have to pay 25% re-stocking fee (higher than any store I have been to) to return without mentioning the time frame. The store only got have one English-speaking customer service.

My wife and I came here to get several pieces of furniture. Courtney from the block greeted us with a very friendly and welcoming smile! He was very helpful with narrowing down our choices and making us feel like we had made the right decisions. The only downside was that it took forever to process our info amd get approved for everything. Other than that, our experience was great!!

The sales rep Courtney Mitchell was awesome with helping me in purchasing a new washer and dryer on today. I have rented from Aaron’s in the past and was very upset with the service that I received. He was truly accommodating and offered beverages and served my children hotdogs as well. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future for a living room set as well.

They have amazing customer service, we were greeted at the door, they helped us find a mattress that was right for both of us, and had very good discounts and pricing! Although most places will typically try to sell you the most expensive piece available to make a better sale, German Portillo helped my family find pieces that were within our budget, needs and desires. His patience and attention to detail were well appreciated. I would definitely purchase more furniture here in the future.
