Great staff, my appointment was at 11:00 and I only waited 2 minutes. The dental technician named Hailey (not sure how it’s spelled) explained everything and also asked what I wanted and recommended options that fit, she even explained how to save working with my insurance and when would be the best time to come in for offers and the like. Never was condescending about the condition of the teeth and explained symptoms of conditions to look out for and how to take care of it at home. She offered stuff they have in office but never pushed any treatments and made me feel as though my schedule was important and they could make time whenever to see me. She reminded me of any cancer screens (that came at no cost mind you). Not to mention the doctor is kind but will get to the point at your pace and explain everything she is using if you’re not going to the dentist regularly. I couldn’t recommend them more. Office is clean and organized, and you can fill out paperwork online so you don’t have to do it in office.

Everything seems fine from the outside looking in, but don’t be fooled. Go elsewhere if you can. Had a tooth extraction and over 24 hours and SEVERAL calls later, I still don’t have my prescription for pain meds and antibiotics. Went to the pharmacy, was told there was not a script under my name. Called the office & left a message - no response. Called again the next day, spoke to someone who assured me they’d look into it and get it handled. Four hours later, still nothing. Called AGAIN - was told that earlier person “went home sick” and didn’t pass along the message. I was then told the reason the script wasn’t at the pharmacy is because it was NEVER SENT… because the doctor is new, can’t send them electronically herself and also? She “forgot” to tell her superior so that it could be sent. Smh. I was really excited to see a dentist office with a ton of staff who looked like me, but if this is what I can expect moving forward? I’ll just keep looking for a new dentist. Very disappointing.

Truly the worst dental experience I've had. The dental hygienists are course and have terrible attitudes when you ask them questions - genuinely seems like they don't care about the patients and are just there for a check. The dental assistants rush to get things done, but don't pay attention to their work so you have to get things done again and again (I had to suction my own mouth because I was numb and they weren't paying attention). I've had to get my temporary dental crown re-done/re-fitted three times in 5 days because they can't get it right. I'm nervous about the real one. At this point, I'm looking for a new dentist because I don't trust either of the dentists, none of the hygienists, and definitely none of the assistants. Every time I've left (even from a simple cleaning with no cavities), I've been in pain or disappointed with my treatment. Save your time and your money. It's not worth it - especially as a Black person looking for care from Black dental professionals.

It's all about money. I do not recommend it. This is the worst place to visit. I had my x-ray done back in April, and they are supposed to be accepting my insurance. Well, they were supposed to be contacting me back to do the cleaning, but they never did. I had to call them, and every time they stated that they were still waiting on my insurance. I finally gave up in October and told them not to worry about the cleaning any more and just apply the X-ray cost to the insurance. Well, they did not, and they kept sending me the bill. I just decided to pay the bill myself, and I did. Well, they started sending me another bill with a higher amount (all this because of an X-ray only; if I went with the cleaning, I would probably have to sell my house to pay the bill). I am still receiving bills to pay. I would not recommend anyone go to this place unless you really want to waste your money, even if you do have insurance, because they will charge you regardless.

Had an a crown pop off made an appointment with this office. Expressed it was urgent as I was experiencing discomfort and occasional pain, they told the. Eat they could do was a week later. Cool, not the issue. They sent a couple text messages that look like reminders a couple days later. I go in the day of the appointment and they inform me my appointment has been canceled because I didn’t confirm. The text are hand written identically. There is no absolute instruction to respond to confirm the appointment. They asked for insurance and I went online and submitted the online paperwork’s for new customers. My tooth is literally off and I’m in pain it’s safe to say I’m coming in 100%.. they canceled the appointment with no notice. They claimed they called but the office number was not in the log and no voicemail was left. Wasted precision time I could have used waiting or going to another provider.

Took my 65+ yo mother to this location and was somewhat impressed. Their patient care areas are really small however. Their financial planner was polite but was not in sync with the hygienist recommendations nor with insurance coverages. So be careful and also ask to have your dental insurance coverages checked prior to agreeing to pay for each treatment fee. Especially when it has to do with preventative care that should be covered such as fluoride varnish and mouth cancer screenings. Dr. Bolland was polite but to the point. The ones who shined during her care were Carrington (or may have been Harrington?) who was super respectful and paused and asked at each step in care to tell us exactly what would happen as well as the hygienist Sherell (apologies if I misspelled) and another hygienist who attended to her the next day for a filling but didn't catch her name.

I haven't been to a dentist in years because of fear. I have had a few really bad experiences and developed a phobia. Last night while I was eating Swedish Fish when my 20 year old cap came off! It was scary and awful. I put it back on, woke up the next day and called this dentist. I was so nervous, but they took all that away from the second I walked in. Very friendly and nice staff. Really nice, big office too. The Dr was comforting, understanding and knowledgeable above and beyond. He put me at ease pretty much right away. I am so grateful I found a new dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with. Returning in 2 weeks for my new porcelain crown. And although a little nervous, I am not dreading it! Looking forward to having a full happy mouth of teeth. Highly recommend!

The dentists are great! The hygienists are awesome! The staff is not. They repeatedly assess charges for services you don’t receive. They make mistakes with accounts, argue with you about whether or not you have insurance when you know insurance is coming out of your paycheck and never apologizes when they realize they are wrong. They tell you at each visit you have to update your chart when all they need to do is look to see it was updated on the prior visit! I’ve been going to this dental office over 20 years but since the staff has changed for the worse, I need to change too!

Posting under a fake name for anonymity. Got a teeth cleaning and X-ray. The cleaning was fine and they did a good job. Then came the X-rays… 6 months ago, my last dentist told me I had zero cavities. Cane Ridge told me to that I now I had 4 Something wasn’t adding up. So I went to another dentist who worked on salary and didn’t make money from unnecessary procedures. She gave me a prescription for high fluoride tooth paste and told me that the area will re-mineralize. AKA, I didn’t need any cavities filled. Shame on Cane Ridge Dentistry. I’ll never go back.

Had a great experience there. Staff was helpful, especially when it came to planning the treatment plan. I was very tight on money and new to insurance and they were more than helpful and patient to help me understand. The treatment was good too... of course the dentist can't be the funnest thing you do, but it really didn't hurt compared to other fillings I have had. They took the time to make sure I was numb, and efficient when working so it didn't take forever. Just a great job and from my experience I can say highly recommend!

Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable group they embrace you like family as opposed to like a customer. More of an educational experience than just a transaction and procedure. Timely with appointments and gentle and precise with oral procedures . Always has maintained a clean professional, and sanitized environment. I’d recommend them and my Dr Stone to anyone. The money has to go somewhere, you may as well invest it where it feels valued! Since I moved to Nashville I was referred and have never been to any other office!

Cane Ridge dentist provide a very good service to the customer. However, I had a problem with them. I had a dental Insurace instead of telling me they don’t accept my dental insurance, they waited until I was ready to check out, and they charged almost $300 for only the X-ray exam. I was shocked, but pay that amount anyway. Please let the customers know before getting any treatment or service. You might go back home broke even though you expected to get cover by your insurance.

This was the absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had! The office is clean, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, relatable! Dr.Stone is a God sent! I had a broken tooth and a abscess begin to grow under it. The process was quick and the moment she noticed I was in pain even though I was trying to deny it she stopped and numb me some more and my tooth was out in literally seconds. I made my appointment this morning and was seen at 2pm I was out of the office at 3:30!

I love this office!! The staff is amazing and supportive. They work with you and your insurance to make sure you have a clear understanding of billing and your coverage. I truly feel a part of my care team. My questions and concerns are always taken seriously and addressed. Dr. Kapur is an excellent dentist. I have been a patient for at least 3 years now and do not plan on going anywhere else. UPDATE: Still love this place and my new dentist Dr. Bolland!

I brought my son last month for the first time at this location and they did a great job.From the front desk team to the Dr ,each of them were so professional and super friendly.I was worried to bring him here because I saw some bad reviews but I'm glad I choose to still bring him because there were also some positive reviews. Today I came for my cleaning and, again they did not dessapointed,They were very friendly and did an awesome Job!.

The best dental place I have been! I have been to few other dentists in Nashville area and I have to say Cane Ridge is the best in town!! So glad I found them! Staff is super nice, doctors and hygienist are super professional and they care about you from the bottom of their heart!! This office is awesome. The majority of the staff here is Black Girl Magic, which I really really like despite not having the same type of magic myself. I get taken back at the time of my appointment. The dentist called me personally to check in the following day last time, when I had a crown put on because it was a little more involved than anticipated. Everyone here has been really cool and professional.

I had a wonderful first visit to fix what a previous dentist created. Dr. Bolland and his staff, talk and move like they know what they’re doing. I’m tired of dental assistants or front office staff that can hardly say a sentence with clarity and understanding. They will now remain managers of my dental care. Was recommended to them by my sister. No more large chain dental centers for me.

Clean and very antiseptic. Curtious and knowledgeable staff. No one tried to promote service I did not need in fact they tried to keep cost to a minimum. I have had a phenomenal experience at Cane Ridge Dentist. I’ve never liked going to the dentist because of all the bad experiences I’ve had and this place has put all of that bad history to rest. Sorry, previous appt sat in the waiting room for 30 mins past appointment. This time had appointment scheduled several weeks in advance and just wasn't going to sit all day long. Billing in the past was a problem on most appointments. Guess if I am going to spend hundreds of dollars ata dentist office, then probably billing and CSR should be there too. Just not a fan anymore.

Friendly staff, easy to set or even reschedule appointments with good notice, and most importantly you can tell the staff will help each other to take care of the patient with any assistance needed. My entire family have been receiving dental care for several years at this location. Even after moving further away, we still prefer to receive our dental care at this office.

My first time at Cane Ridge dentist was a wonderful experience. It's probably been over 10 years since I last went to the dentist and they made me feel at home and very comfortable. The new patient special was amazing and they get me an appointment in pretty fast after calling. I’ve never had such a thorough comprehensive exam and the staff was so lovely! I was kind of rushed to get to work on time and they were so kind in making sure I got out in time. Def plan on seeing them every 6 months :)

There are a few things I love about Cane Ridge Dental. The staff is very professional yet personable. They educate you right there in the chair, which I really appreciate.
