As soon as you run out of money you get kicked out I spent $1000 or more on the poker machines when I was out of money I called and waited for my friend to pick me up after 15 minutes the very rude staff member mainly the lady that looks after the poker machines. Kicked me out in the middle of the night and told me to wait outside on the street. I saw a friend of a friend while I was there and was talking to these 2 guys. she had quietly asked them if they wanted me not to talk to them even after he offered me a Drink. They said she's a friend it's ok. So if your a young female make sure you don't run out of money. The security guard didn't say anything just the lady who was a waitress and very rude I'll be making a complaint to the management I wasn't the only person she was rude too. She was rude whenever anyone asked for a free complementary drink while we were playing. I wasn't drunk or disturbing anyone. Just waited for 15 min to get picked up after I'd been there for hours and spent over 1000 dollars. Otherwise it's a good place

If I could give no stars I would! This place is so unreliable and in organised, can’t even serve a simple dish. We called ahead to see if the kitchen was open and we were advised that opening hours were at 11am, when we arrived they said the kitchen is still closed and we will have to wait 40 mins more. Went and came back and was told again to wait another 20 mins as the staff are busy doing there stock orders?? When we finally were able to order, we waited 15 mins for food to come out with no green vegetables as per our order I returned the food to the kitchen and the chef was rude saying I wasn’t told and I don’t have any green vegetables even though it’s in the menu and when I ordered them the lady didn’t advise me just took payment and made us wait for practically nothing. Would never recommend, service is rubbish, food is unreliable, and they care more about there daily duties then there customers. Rude rude rude.

For some reason my team love coming here for lunches. It must be the food because the parking is generally pretty tough to find a good spot (unless you're as lucky as a cockroach after a nuclear explosion). It's not a big place so if you are a party of multiple bodies, it's best to book so you get a big table. The big table has access to two television screens in your view, so if you sit at the right spot, you can watch two spots instead of conversing with other beings. Food is great, although I haven't tried it all, but the grill stuff is normally top notch. Pizza is alright but I wouldn't have the seafood pizza again and I ain't going to this place to have pasta! I'm very sure I'll be back with my team at some point in the future, as long as I don't lose my job that is, at which point my farewell will probably be here, and I'll get either a burger or steak, washing it down with a cider.

What a meal!! That was the BEST chicken parma I have ever had (Chuck Norris special). The cheeseburger tasted awesome (I snuck a bite) and the T-bone was beautiful (yes I snuck a bite of that too ). The chef here definitely knows their stuff. Going to be back here for sure. Also got here on the recommendation off a bar fly from another bar after that place was closed for the new year lol. Best food ever and the timing was quick as well. Be less than a 20min wait from ordering.

Best steak ever! My favourite place. The meat always cook to perfection, very tender and juicy, chips very crispy and pepper sauce so highly addictive. Whenever I'm craving for steak this is the place I always go to and they never disappoint me. I used to come here when i was teenager now my kids love their steak too. When we eat steaks from other places we always compare to this place and we all agreed that steak in Canley Heights always the best.

Pretty good place for steak, pizza and the normal pub food you get. The ribs has been a let down since a few years ago, quality and rib sauce has changed pretty average, they use to be know for their good ribs which made this place popular a few years back. Overall good drinks, pokies, tab and chill out for family and friends. Parking is a pain but worth it for the night out, close to all other food joints and desert, coffee places.

Newly renovated with a new menu. Much larger seating area and brighter than before. Food is decent. I tried the tortellini bosciola which was nice and I added in extra chicken for $4, making it a total of $15. You come in and order before you move to a seat with a number (you should for available tables beforehand). When the food is ready they bring over the food to your table. A jug of soft drink will cost you $8 from the bar.

This was the go to place for a pub feed back in the days. The steak and beer battered chips was what people came for. Unfortunately the food is subpar now. Didn't feel like steak so had the fish and chips and was not impressed at all. My mate had the ribs and that too was pretty average. The bar tender had a bit of an attitude. Don't know why. Maybe her dog died that day. Would I return? Probably not for a very long time.

The food hasn't been as nice as it used to be.....when food was served the chips were cold and such a small portion. Steak was overcooked.....when you tell staff that the chip portion is very small they look at you rudely. Overall the place has really changed from what it used to be.....definately won't be going back there ever again. Don't waste your money....find somewhere else.

Very clean pub in Canley. The menu is great, from pizza and pasta to steaks and seafood, all cooked very well. The drinks I would say are a little expensive for the area ($6 for a schooner) but food was well priced. Pokies area is also a smoking section, so if you don't like the smell of cigarettes, you won't like that section. Overall a nice place for pub food in the area.

Changed a lot since I went there in my 20s but still the same vibe, lots of people drinking and gambling. Some guy suited a $3k feature, that was pretty wild. I enjoyed the beer on tap especially the Kirin, friendly smiling staff which was good to see. May visit again in another 10 years or so! The main bar could use an upgrade, was cracking up a bit.

Nice place to relax and unwind after work or have dinner. Locals and staff are very friendly, pricing for drinks and food is standard. However, twice i went to order a drink and the bar was unmanned. Had to wait a few minutes on both occasions. And the toilets were very dirty, at the time of 7pm. Apart from that, would've been 5*.

Worst customer service ever by 2 Asian young girls. Walked in and was expecting to get seated for dinner. Waiter just stared at us and walked away when we were clearly waiting to be seated. We left straight after that, won’t be coming back. Shame as I was eager to have dinner here as I have enjoyed the food here a lot in the past.

Well, pub food is always pub food but the place has been renovated since the last time I was here. This time it has a little upbeat to the place. Beers are cold on tap and fresh. Good value for money food as well. A bit crowded on Friday nights which is expected. A good place to have a bite and unwind with work mates and friends.

The rump steak I had was good quality and perfectly cooked (medium rare). Had a Kirin on the side and that was a satisfying meal. The food is a bit on the pricey side. I’ll only come here once in a while for that reason. (Edit) So I came back again and the steak was really bad (3/10). Still good mushroom sauce though.

Alot better then I initially expected. With great food at a reasonable price. Good area for drinking with mates aswell in canely heights offering a wide variety of drinks and happy hour prices. Only issue was the couches in the drinking area are not very appealing, as they appear to not have been cleaned in a while.

Today was my first time coming here in a long time, the food was amazing before but now the quality and quantity is so below average I got half of a barramundi what is wrong with you ? $26 for a kids meal portion I won't be returning.

one of the best pub food in Sydney and definitely the best in the area! their fish and chips is not oily, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and no fishy taste at all! steak is melt on your mouth tender! definitely one of my favourites now!

Was looking forward to this lunch, unfortunatly, the chef was eating his lunch over our meal while cooking it. Our Meal was refunded when we brought this to their attention which we were appreciative of. Atmosphere good, drink & gaming inviting.

I'm surprised that all the dishes we ordered were not too bad. Last time i came here the food was disgusting. Luckily it wasn't too busy hence the proper cooked food... although my fiance asked for no meat/protein in my salad there was lots

The manager (female) said she was going to spit in my friends face as he was trying to help clean up a table. The other staff members were very nice so it was a shame that I witnessed this and completely ruined our experience.

Sadly I give this Bistro a 1 star, the food I had today was not cooked properly, cause the kitchen staff are too busy on their phones and carry on loudly. I hope management can do something about this to rectify the issue..

Paid $20 for a schnitzel. Paid $2 extra for sauce. The parmi was $22. There are a handful selection of beers on tap. Cannot complain about the quality of food. Will definitely be back for some pub food if I'm in the area.

A very easy go to with food that has never ever disappointed. A great local eat and not too expensive. My favorites are the salmon, chicken schnitzel and caesar salad. My family also really like the steak.

Steak was undercooked n had tissues that can’t be chewed. Returned it and only to be served with the same piece of steak that was very oily and cut in half. This steak can turn a meat lover into a vegan.

My go to bistro lately for a pub grub meal. Quality cooked meals , decent price and generous serving. Their veggies are fresh not like your typical bistro -cheap veggies from a can. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to grab some food and chill out. Although parking is limited sometimes getting to the place can be a bit hectic if there's traffic. Staff are super laid back and friendly.

Always a good meal here – I had the BEST sirloin steak here the other day. Meat was cooked to perfection, chips was crisp, mushroom sauce was the perfect consistency with REAL mushrooms.

Just ordered takeaway tonight. Very bad beef salad! Was given old dry meat and very little dressing. The worst beef salad I had from here and I have ordered here many times before.

Poorly cooked steak. Medium rare order came as rare. Sent back to kitchen and same steak was returned medium well, covered in oil, and cut in half by the chef. Never coming back.

Came here for dinner. Staff are attentive and the steaks is okay ($28 sirloin) Interior is nice and clean, though the seating near big screen is quite dark for my liking.

Great atmosphere with nice people, nice layout and friendly staff. Wasn't planning on staying ling ended up staying 3 hours because it was so comfortable to be in.

The scotch fillet was amazingly well-done. Chips were nice textures and went really well with mushroom sauce. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Best place for a "Pub feed" I usually opt for the rib eye with side of veg n mash but tried the Cajun chicken. Chicken wasn't dry and the sides were great

Best place for steak but no cheap, still it's the best you'd get out west. Make sure if ask for beer batter chips, it's extra $1 but it's well worth it.

Service was a little slow. Chicken snitzsel was excelent but my pasta maranara lacked a little salt or pepper...I was not sure. Something was missing.

It does everthing pretty well. The steaks and sauces are good. Decent beer line up however could do with more local craft beers.
