Initially, I started going to Canna North out of convince. But after a few visits, it started to turn into my routine. The Budtenderz are amazing! Jenna - is fantastic. She always tries to save me a dollar, without sacrificing quality. She might even steal the heart of your dog (pet friendly establishment....subjective to policy of course). Is always a absolute pleasure to talk to. Folk - is always pleasant, polite, and super kind. She knows her dubes and Has always directed me to what I am looking for. Liam - I think we talked about pot for like 20 minutes. He's an absolute gem of a human and knows what joints slap the hardest Shawn - introduced me to BZAM and I have written him into my last will and testament for that. Older, knowledgeable, very pleasant. Since they went through whatever hitch that had their doors locked for a short time, they have upped their game. Prices are decent, selection is okay closer to delivery dates, but it is a smaller shop.

This shop has always given me great service. In my last visit I had a few extra questions and I was happily assisted by not just one but two service reps (Paul and Jenna). Not that Paul couldn't handle my questions alone, but having both voice the same opinion and reassurance, I couldn't help but give both Kudos where it's due. This shop has a very rewarding customer loyalty program, one that I have been able to capitalize on more than once despite having only visited the stored about 5 times. Will be coming back here for sure.

Leonardo gave me a warm welcome when I walked into the store and it didn’t take long for me to start asking my hundreds of questions lol. He was very kind and patient with me as well as being very knowledgeable about his products. This location has a good variety of products that I haven’t even heard of before, I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you Leonardo for your expertise and amicability, will be coming back from the far end of the city, worth it!

Dispensaries are the new Tim Horton's, there is one practically every where you go, but the one that I keep going back to is the Canna North store. Clean and unpretentious, with a great selection of products to suite any kind of need or want. Shout out to Sean for being friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Might I add that I love your labeling stickers to be able to quickly distinguish between Sativa, Indica, and Hybrids :)

I live a block away and I will not be back. Customer service is great. They even share my concerns. Management is very lacking in respect of inventory. I just walked through a blizzard to find out they closed for lack of product again. Never the same stuff. 14g bags dont exist to them. Fake membership discount to make you think you're saving on overpriced items.

Really sad to find out this location is temporarily closed. I loved their convenience during Covid and had no complaints even after lockdown stuff was lifted. I hope they do reopen this location. At the time their prices were VERY reasonable but mind you I’m talking about my experiences almost 2 years ago. Hope they’re able to bring that level of service back!

Chris was a helluva well lad, especially considering it's crimmus! Did his best flying solo, granted it's the ONLY cannabis shop open in Ottawa today (trust me, I phoned around; no answer or not open) but Chris was answering phones all day (been there, my guy) and making sure folks had what they needed. 10/10, bossman, pay-up for Chris!

I came into this location today and was greeted by a very attractive young woman. Jenna hooked me up with some fire for my evening. Dabs all the way. when I thought my day couldn't get better, she got me the discount for signing up and pointed out some very sexy glass pieces that would be amazing to smoke out of. Thank you

I have come into the store 2 times now and was helped by Sean on both occasions. As someone who doesn’t really know much about this type of product, Sean was an awesome help. His recommendations have greatly exceeded my expectations and I will keep coming back because of how helpful and friendly Sean was towards me!

Went a couple days ago since I was going through stuff and I met Jenna and she was fantastic. Recommendations aside (which was on point) but her attitude was very kind and made me forget all my trouble by the time I left the store. Keep up the great service

I want to start off by saying the overall service is incredible. The staff listens to your needs & tried to tend to them as well as possible. Josiah has been the most impressive to me & I definitely will be returning.

Eric was extremely helpful and friendly when I came in, and I was more than happy with their selection, prices, and hours (open late enough for me to stop by after my flight got in at 9pm). Great dispensary!
