Absolutely shocking behaviour here, they are fast taking your money and charging their cancellation fees but don't want to do anything for you. Do not recommend this place if you're in pain because they don't want to take responsibility. And to quote their words from Dr Devika was "there are doctors that don't want to look after your case, find a new doctor and start over" this was upsetting as you wouldn't hear this from any doctor, also in terms of medication they also don't want to prescribe it even though the hospital has sent multiple reports to them and before you say anything the phone call hangs up immediately, so if they are detailed to the millisecond of the telehealth time then why is it so hard for them to be in detail about your pain and doing things for you. Very rude and unprofessional, we've been going here for about a year now and will stop. Please look for another GP and avoid these guys. Reception is also rude and no customer service at all

Take this as a warning for anyone considering going here. My partner went here for treatment for a suspected bug bite, that may have been infected. We wouldn’t normally go here, but it was urgent and close by. She was in and out within 3 minutes, with a complete disregard for thoroughness. My partner was prescribed an antibiotic and a cream almost instantly with no questioning involved. The next day my partner visited our regular doctor, who informed us that the antibiotic prescribed was no where near strong enough and the cream was only meant for minor abrasions. He recommended getting tested for an infection and was able to prescribe the correct antibiotic and prevent a potentially dangerous outcome. If you’re genuinely concerned about something, avoid this clinic like the plague.

I have seen a few drs at this practice dr Devika and dr Avandi and dr Kanchana and all have been excellent. I have seen the nurse and the lady doing blood tests etc are all good and friendly. I have never had to wait long and although the receptionist/s dont say too much they are usually very busy but I do understand why so many people think they look rude. Truly it costs nothing to greet patients in a respectful and friendly matter and I think that’s the only thing that lacks in this centre. I don’t think they are rude just busy but bring reminding that good customer service comes with a smile might help

The doctors lack of care is abysmal. They want you in and out in 5 minutes. Not to mention the receptionist professionalism in non-existent. I tried to re-schedule an appointment 3+ hours prior to be left on hold for 20 minutes. When I called for the third time an hour before my appointment she told me I had to pay a cancellation fee of $40. Firstly, a reschedule is not the same as a cancellation. Secondly, I had already tried to call hours before but she didn’t answer. She proceeded to be completely unhelpful and actually hung up on me. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go to this practice.

My son had wax build up in his ears. I mentioned this to the receptionist when I phoned. Made an appointment however, my son was prescribed medication for an infection, though the Doctor was unable to confirm if indeed he had an infection. The drops he was prescribed to soften the wax only made it worse as the wax was so soft it just went in further. He was unable to be seen for 6 days to have the wax removed and he had some pain in one of his ears. Not happy with the service.

I've been going here for about a year and have few consultation with Dr. Aixia and Dr. Devika and I am pretty happy with the experience with them. I liked how they were taking my health concerns seriously with asking me further questions. Happy with GPs but giving 4 starts as little poor service on the receiption. Sending me an invoice that's already been paid on the day (made payment right after seeing the Dr., and this was only to get the results)

DR DEVIKA JAYAWARDENA very unprofessional and disappointing. I have seen Dr Devika 5 weeks ago about my toe fracture.Made a follow-up appointment today at 9.20 she didn't calm me back, I called the clinic to be told she will call you shortly then to then be told she left a note and won't see you. I have always been really nice and polite no season not to see me. You have appointments available all day very disappointing.

Need to be shut down. I have called 3 times and keep getting cut off, while on hold. Booked appointment online, and have been asked for payment upfront. Which is all good, added details My appointment was at 9.10 and it is now 10.25..still on hold for a teleheath appointment. Unacceptable. For just a repeat prescription for a regular medication. Had to end the phone call and will be visiting another practice.

I visited on a Saturday morning for an appointment with Dr Wu. She is great, throughout and askes plenty of questions. The receptionist was also kind and quick to process my payment and explain the steps on how to claim the Medicare rebate. Note that the pathologist only works on weekdays so if you're expecting fluids to be taken, book for a week day.

I wish I could give zero stars. The doctor lacked basic courtesy and compassion, not even greeting me. I only needed a medical certificate, a task that took about five minutes. Yet, the only thing she said to me was a reminder to pay $75 at the front counter. If you're looking for a doctor who listens and is pleasant, I'd suggest looking elsewhere

My only comment is I wish the receptionists would introduce themselves like they do at other practices. It’s nice to feel you’re welcomed. It also helps with being friendlier. Doctors always introduce themselves. Service very good can’t complain Dr Kanchana Ranasinghe was very kind over the phone with regard my two sons who were really sick today

Used to be great and in the last year the appointments I book get cancelled THE DAY OF. Then I am left trying to scramble around to book in somewhere else. Woman on the reception is rude and not very helpful. Very annoyed and disappointed. Will not be returning anymore, I am over being screwed around.

Worst practice I’ve ever had the misfortune to be at. Not any more thank goodness. The rudest, bombastic receptionist I’ve ever come across. That is the white Caucasian one. Don’t go there their lack of patient care is gobsmacking. Only concerned with the money they can make.
