I bought OTC medication at the dispensary today and was charged a ridiculous dipencing fee of R71.25 and 35.37 which is highly overpriced and abnormal that a dispensing fee is charged on an OTC purchase.I will not support this exploitation again. It was approximately the price of the medication.Dischem should look into this kind of pricing

Excellent. We needed a rapid antigeen test voor KLM flight to Amsterdam. Arrived there early, very friendly reception by the staff who helped us with the registration. No appointment needed. The 4 of us were in and out in 25 minutes with the required paperwork. Costs 150 rand pp

Quick, easy PCR testing site with results in 2 hours and no appointment necessary. Easy registration on site, payment and testing. Nice staff too. $1100 rand per person. My boyfriend and I were in and out in 5 mins and received our results via email less than a hour later.

For covid testing: Go inside and pay at the cashier. Then go outside and stand in the queue on the left for testing. Once done then queue at the queue on the right to get your results. This queue is extremely slow (7 people in front of me took 40 minutes).

A great pharmacy for all needs but also So very helpful in a situation like covid and testing and assisting generally with all the new difficulties that traveling in the times of covid has brought. Many thanks to the super pharmacist

Trying to contact the pharmacy but no one answers the phone. Got a empty Valoid pack when I opened it. Already too far from airport to make the trip worth while. Might be worth investigating who took the pills out of the box.

My family of 5 completed pcr tests within 20min… and no appointment needed. We paid R500 per person and we’re told to wait 24hrs for the results… the results were ready within 7 hours. Friendly and professional staff… 6 stars

Staff is not helpful and kinda rude unfortunately. We wanted to get a rapid test but the nurse did not show up and we weren't even allowed to wait inside the store. We couldn't wait longer. Would not recommend

The rudest Pharmacist on duty ! I walked out without making a purchase. I didn’t need a blinking lecture from someone whose advice I was seeking! Totally unprofessional despicable treatment of a customer.

The prices are exorbitant & range of products are extremely limited. Does not match what Dischem stands for. Products have a huge mark up on it. The Dischem name should be removed from this pharmacy.

Brilliant service, first went to Novamix for a Covert test and got the worst service ever...... walked around the corner to Dischem and was greeted by friendly efficient staff. Well done
