"Son unos rateros deposite unos cheques de mi trabajo y el cheque mas grande se perdio y teniendo yo el recibo y el cheque en el recibo no me ayudaron en nada y ahora resulta que no puedo disponer de mi dinero y me cerraron la cuenta y que me van a mandar un cheque de mi dinero a ver cuando y si no me roban,la dueña de la compañia que trabajo dijo que ya cobraron ellos los cheques que le hablen y ella les dice pero no ayudan en nada ni porque tengo pruebas del deposito dicen que iban a investigar sus errores porque yo con pruebas y ni asi me ayudaron"

"Female teller today is rude just went in for change wasn't even her customer gentle man was polite she was just wow cuts people of while talking because I saw how she spoke with her customer and lady before needs to learn to stay in her lane unless asked for her assistant and quit being nosy he said he couldn't give me change and she budded in and started interrogating me simple answer would've been we don't give out change sorry and went about my business!! Would put no stars if possible she needs more training"

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I have to let people of the horrible experience I experienced here. I had a foreign check that I needed to deposit. I went to my local branch in Carrollton and they would send it to a different office to process. I get a call from them saying that I needed to open a regular checking/savings (I have 360). Ok, cool. This morning I go into this capital one because it's next to my work to open a savings account. Spoke with relationship banker Ana who was nice and professional. She excuses herself for a minute and brings back a different woman. I didn't catch her name. She seemed like a supervisor. She started speaking with me which felt like an interrogation. - "You know savings account is long term". "Yes, I plan on making it my primary savings account". - "Why do you need a regular checking account?" "I need to deposit a foreign check" - "You can deposit it in 360 account" "No I can't. I've already tried" - "Yes. You can" - "You have a lot of inquiries on your account. Why is that?" "Because I recently financed a car and I think that's why." -"No, it's only for banking". -"We're unable to get you a savings." It went on for a few more minutes. I kept trying to help her understand but it seemed like the conversation was one sided. Yes, I wasn't able to get the savings. But that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm very dissatisfied with the level of service that was provided by that woman. This is the first time that I ever felt attacked. I love Capital One. Needless to say, I will not be coming to this branch again. Anthony Kuy

You can’t spend your own money only when they tell you when and how you can.then when you don’t listen to them they will close your account and say they can’t verify you!like really I was literally in the bank while on the phone with the agent standing In front of the banker on speaker phone with all my information and no the agent still did not believe us.please if you want to save your time and frustration please take a copy of your DNA and maybe just maybe they will believe you…the account I had was the checking 360

Worst customer service! Shantae was extremely rude and confrontational. They made customers wait while they did nothing. I have never had such a bad experience at a bank in my life. Please make changes with the employees. Especially, Shantae! Shantae is the WORST employee and person EVER! Carolynn the manager shouldn't be a manager. Doesn’t have the proper skills to be a manager. Talked to her friends while laughing on the phone and ignored customers and wouldn't help.
It is to share a bad experience at your Webb Chapel branch to create a new business account. It took more than 2 hours to open an account. According to your representative the computer is not working. In addition the customer service was really pathetic. And taking an appointment was also very problematic. We give a big businees to capital one but we are seriously thinking to transfer to other bank.
This capital one is the worst. The drive-through ATM is always out of service. The outside lobby ATM looks like it’s functioning but they lock the doors so you can’t use it after hours, which I truly don’t understand. With all of the other capital one branches closing you’d think they’d do everything to keep their clientele traffic high. I don’t expect this branch to be open too much longer.
Worst experience ever..!!! Most banks welcome their customers, not here. When I ask where's the sign in sheet to talk to a representative a lady just said, "just take a sit" I had to wait about an hour to talk to a representative regarding my account, and there was just one person ahead of me. First and last time at this branch.

Ana went above and beyond in assisting me today. I had been calling several of locations to find one that was open and she took it upon herself to locate a location nearby for me because the automated systems stated every location I called was closed. Thank you for the kind service you offered today!
Called in because i havent received anything other than a temporary card since i opened my account. Their response was that they could give me another temporary card or i could be put on hold again. When i complained about the lack of options they got very sassy. Ill drive the extra 3miles
Outside atm wasn't doing withdrawals or deposits. Front doors were locked and couldn't use the inside atm, which looked like it was working fine. Why lock the front doors with access to the only other ATM that was working?
The incompetence and lack of customer service here is ridiculous. I hope Capital one can find a way to provide better training or find better candidates because interactions like this make me want to switch banks.
4 out of 5 times coming to this bank, the ATM is not working. Drive-through banking times are, ridiculous. I waited 25 mins with only 1 car ahead of me. Two people staffing a bank seems unreasonable.
The relationship banker is the worst employee in all of Capital One. She only cares about her rank in the company and not the customer. She needs to be trained in customer service.
Clerk tells me give me a second starts counting coins and I leave about 5 mins later . They think it's funny to play with people time. This is the review
