I needed a second car key after purchasing a second hand car with only a single key. Contacted the local Mercedes dealership who were both 'underwhelming and unhelpful' Top tip to Mercedes - If I have just bought a car i wont have the V5 !!! Found car keys solutions after a pretty broad Google search and e mailed them. Withing minutes I had a reply, a quote and mutually convenient appointment made for their mobile technician to attend my address. Technician attended early (after checking with me that was OK) and within 30 minutes had produced a brand new 3 button fully functioning key for my car. Superb polite efficient service. Great Service & good price! I lost my spare car key a few months back and after repeatedly putting it off, I finally decided to replace it. I got in touch with Car Keys Solutions by phone and got a quote there and then. I booked in for my appointment (slotted for an jour )a week or so later. On arriving for my appointment, I parked where advised to and left the keys with them, grabbed a complimentary coffee and left them to it. 30mins later, i got a call saying they'd finished but were happy to for me come and collect the car at the end of the hour slot! Fab service, really efficient, friendly staff, no complaints. Highly recommended!!

VERY EXPENSIVE.... for a car key repair. TOO EXPENSIVE .... to replace a locking pin in the key fob. 5 minutes work £180.00p I was told the key had to be returned to Mercedes (who incidentally wanted to charge upwards of £250!....) The tech finally understood that I wanted the same key and fob returned to my hands having inserted and locked in a lock roll pin. He wanted me to buy a new key alltogether.... I will be contacting trading standards..... ....a shame as this is a good idea... but it is a RIP OFF. Should have a better pricing scale.

I used car key solutions to fit 3 hook mortice locks on my van, emailed them for a quote and they got back to me very promptly with all the information I needed and booked me in for fitting at the South Norwood branch, all staff where very polite and they got the job done to a great standard, fitter showed me what was done when arrived to pick up the van and explained about the key code card if a spare replacement was needed. You will be getting ripped off if you come here. Paid £180 for a copy of my car key fob, was never informed that I would get a plain blank key in return, at this price you’d be expecting an identical copy of the key with the logo. Was told by Madalina that a genuine key can only be programmed by the main dealer, but upon calling Nissan directly they said as long as you have your original key this isn’t the case and any where can program the key. You can buy a plain blank key for £20 which is what they gave me.

Highly recommended! Car Key Solutions provided a timely and efficient service. Quick response too. The engineer was lovely, patient, polite and very professional. The booking service and communication was easy, clear and equally efficient. The additional key was more expensive than anticipated but the engineer took time to do it right, explain why it was costly and checked that the key worked. Thank you.

Very impressed with the service and more importantly the engineer that visited because of his honesty despite the fact that l left him to carry out the work while l was in another meeting. He told me the truth after the job was completed and only charged me for what was done. Many thanks. Scammed out of £200 for a bad replica then when it was jammed in the car, they charged me another £250 to get their key out, blaming it on my ignition before even looking at my car and though I’ve never had this issue before. The key they gave was so poorly cut compared to the original spare. Go to an actual dealer, much cheaper and more reliable

They are a very misleading company, Yes they do the job, but that’s about it and for a cheap copy key and £180 you are better off going somewhere more professional and reputable for a similar price! Once the work has been completed if you are unsatisfied they are not interested, which makes it seem they just care about taking your money.

In under one week after the installation of Ghost system, there was an attempted theft of my car but the thieves could not take it. The thieves were ready to go with my car in minutes. I would have suffered a total loss without Ghost. Don’t think about getting the Ghost, just do it! Thank you Car Key Solutions and Ghost.

Very pleased with the service I received. I was provided with a quote straight away and then an engineer came out very quickly and reprogrammed both of my car keys. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very professional and helpful. I was also charged a lot less than other more well-known companies had quoted me!

Absolutely great service. I was told by another mechanic that would cost me 500 pounds to Replace my car key after I lost it on a night out. But car key solutions replaced the key for under HALF of the price in less than an hour. I am 100% recommend!
