As start the place is absolutely clean. Entering the office one is greeted by a happy proffesional stuff. Who knows the true value of the old slogan, that says, customer is a king. Truelly a breath of fresh air these days. The car service is excellent. Service documentation and TandCs are explained in details not left to customers to fumble with. Love their campaigns e.g. pensioners' day.
