So very very slow. I waited 45 minutes to get i to the wash with only 2 cars in front of me, which were both being washed. After the wash, it has been an hour since I arrived. I had another event to get to so I did not have the time to wait an hour. When I eventually got to the part where they clean the inside, I was already late. I asked how long this part was going to take and the guy answered very rudely about 20 minutes. I told him to leave it, I’ll just go with a clean outside. When I arrived at my destination I noted that there were still a lot of mud and dirty marks on my flaps. I am very disappointed with the slow, rude and terrible service I received here. I do not think I will return.

The employees rather not honest and seem to take stuff they find in car. Experienced this several times. They lost a good client in me because I went there for years till I noticed this sneaky behaviour from the boys… and most of the time don’t wipe interior properly even though I paid for full house… they really lost their touch and me as a good reliable client.

I love this location. I take my car here often for cleaning services. They service is great, with polite and attentive employees. The car is left exceptionally clean after the wash. There is a nice seating area. The bonus is that there is a Seattle coffee bar and fast food outlets available as well. It turns a chore into an outing. Just love it!

Really disappointed by the service. They lost my Evoque car mat and also did something in my back sore tyre that it now rattles. Very unprofessional experience.

Arrived just before closing but they still assisted me. Friendly staff, great service and good advice for the next time.
