Когда платишь 90€ за час мойки машины ты ожидаешь забрать идеальную машину без потёков от сока и жирных пятен на сидении . Я продавала машину и пришла с клиентом которая забирала машину . Я им выслала фото потёков от сока и жирные пятна , они мне сказали что сделали всё что могли за час . Я предложила вернуть мне 20 € так как эта работа не стоит 90€ . Они ответили «это не возможно», предложили чтоб я привезла машину и они дочистят , но я её продала и клиент на ней уже уехал в другую страну прямо с авто мойки со всеми чемоданами . Клиент подвёз меня домой и в это время я увидела что машина не помыта так как я ожидала. Так же я просила нанести кондиционер на сидения чтоб кожаное покрытие машины выглядело лучше . Они сказали что сделали , но я знаю точно как выглядит машина после такой процедуры и какой запах сидений . Я им написала чтоб выяснить почему это не так как я ожидала , они ответили что на такой вид услуги нужно 3 часа а не час и что сделали всё возможное за час . Тогда вопрос , почему они не изменили стоимость услуги ? Мы договорились что они мне сделаю всё как я хочу за 90€ , и сказали это займёт 3 часа . Мы не могли столько ждать и сказали что у нас есть только 1 час . Договорились что они всё сделают как я хочу . Но в итоге сей час они говорят что на такую работу нужно было 3 часа . А за час они с меня взяли те же 90 € как за 3 часа . И сказали ещё что за 90€ это наличка , а если картой то такая услуга стоит 120€ . Я расстроилась и решила поделиться своим опытом .

Dear Sir Nav, Unfortunately, i must express my deep disatisfaction with your professional engagement. We spoke 3 times and 3 times I've been lied to: 1. On the phone I am told that the carwas service for my small car (Citroen Picasso) would cost aroung 40 eur, but you charged it 120 eur under the excusse "It was very dirty" 2. You said that it was so dirty that it will take you 3-4 h to clean it, but yet you called me after 2.5h to pick it up (I guess it was not that dirty aftert all) 3. There was an evident dirt on my car left which you tried to remove in front of me by rubbing your palm on my car and doing another round of vaccuuming. 4. On top of everything, you took the money I keep for parking in a small drawer. I am convinced 100% of that. And your "stories" about cameras that recorded the cleaning session in my car do not hold. 5. To excuse yourself you used LA JEFA as a person telling you what to do, but somehow la jefa was answering your phone while you were taking shower and asking me questions why i am calling you :) (seems you have something romantic with la jefa) If you decide to charge luxurios price make sure you know how to deliver luxurios service as well. Unfortunatly, very negative experience that i will never repeat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Desgraciadamente, mi experiencia es pésima. Llevé mi coche para un lavado completo en el día 31/12/22 con a intención de ponerlo a la venta. No sólo me han entregado el coche con los asientos y alfombras (dentro de una bolsa) completamente mojados, como han quemado el sensor de cinturón del pasajero. Como me orientaron, en el día 02/01/2023 he llevado el coche a su taller de confianza, donde me han dicho que encargarían el sensor y me llamarían cuando la pieza hubiera llegado para ele recambio. Sin embargo, estamos al día 25/01/2023, casi 30 días después, todavía no me han llamado y en contacto con ambos car detailing y taller, dicen que han accionado el seguro y que todavía no tienen respuesta. Mientras tanto, no puedo vender el coche y sigo cubriendo con los gastos de seguro y parking. He pagado 100€, pero me ha salido mucho más caro.

Tengo un coche que compré de segunda mano y que ya necesitaba una limpieza en profundidad, sobretodo el interior: tabaco de liar, asientos manchados de salitre, un chicle pegado, y también una playa (mucha arena). Llevé el coche un viernes y había cola, por lo que tuve que dejar el coche unas cuantas horas… pero valió la pena. El coche salió reluciente y con olor a limpio. La tapicería como nueva y el interior mejor que cuando lo compré. Los chicos se esmeraron mucho. Lo único que no quedó perfecto fueron los cristales, aunque tampoco me importa porque yo misma puedo darle un repaso pero no dispongo de las herramientas para una limpieza en profundidad. Repetiré.

Local de limpieza de coches a mano, muy céntrico en Poblenou, el personal es muy amable y te dejan el coche impecable, hay 5 niveles de limpieza adaptado a tu presupuesto, desde el basico, con un precio muy competitivo a el más alto que incluye tapicerias, techos, etc. Dedican el tiempo suficiente a dejar los recodos difíciles del interior, maletero, entre asientos, asideros huecos, muy bien aspirados y repasados. Doy fe que el mio lo llevé muy muy sucio tapiceria manchada, polvo por todas partes, restos de tierra, lunas, etc . Muy recomendable en Barcelona y si estàs por Poblenou.

Si quieres que tu coche brille y resbale todo, este es tu sitio. He contratado el servicio de 120€, ya que mi hija vómito y me dijo que tenía ese servicio. La mancha si que la quitaron, pero el acabado en general deja mucho que desear. Cristales mal acabados,salpicaderos, puertas y alfombrillas llenos de limpiasalpicaderos, de tal manera que todo resbala, los pedales que no limpiaron te resbalan a la hora de conducir, parte del parachoques delantero con manchas blancas ahí siguen , llantas mal limpiadas.

Lleve el coche la primera vez hace 1 año y me dijeron que la oferta no entraba en mi coche k estaba muy sucio y me salió por 50€ en vez de 20 k pone , y ahora pasado 3 meses y manteniéndolo me dice lo mismo que este coche 50€ , e probado llevar otros coches y en ninguno de los 3 el precio a sido 20€ me parece un engaño poner un cartel grande de súper oferta por 20€ y ninguno cueste eso sino más . Ay que llevar el coche salido de concesionario entonces si cuesta 20€

Llevamos el coche hoy, nos ofrecen el lavado de 36 € de interior y exterior sin los sillones, decepcionante, el coche tal y como lo hemos llevado, no han hecho nada, y además al pedirle factura se niegan y dicen que hay que sumar iva (en ningún lado ponen carteles), la verdad no pierdas tiempo en llevar el coche porque no te limpiaran nada y encima te tratan fatal

I have used there platinum service for my car cleaning. Service was up to the mark and every possible detail was taken into consideration. They somehow managed to clean sticky stains from my car seats that previous detailer said are impossible to be cleaned. Highly satisfied with there quality of service. Will visit again for sure. Beim ersten Mal bin ich da nicht so ganz vorbehaltlos hingegangen, aber nachdem ich dort dann auch das Motorrad hingebracht hatte, und die es mir in einem absolut einwandfreien Zustand zurückgegeben hatten, quasi neuwertig, waren die Zweifel beseitigt. Sehr gute Arbeit!

I paid €20 for just a basic wash, inside and outside, the car had just dust. Outside was ok, good job. But inside they didn’t wipe the panel, doors and the cup stuff.

These guys did an amazing job with my car. I turned it in super dirty, and they gave it back clean as new. I highly recommend they went above and beyond. Can you file
