Being from out of state, I was very nervous to go to the doctor here in CA. From the minute I walked in the door, to the min I left I was treated with care and professionalism. Going to the doctor is never fun, but the staff here were so thorough and kind. I would 10/10 recommend and family and friends to be seen at this clinic.

I made online appointment and saw nurse and was prescribed medication. I went to pickup prescription at clinic and was told order was never placed. I had difficulty getting customer support. I called clinic many times but they weren’t picking up phone. General support line was unable to help. They simply said to talk to clinic.

The urgent care sucks. When they ask for credit card never give them. These guys are big time cheaters. They confirm they are covered with your insurance and without notifying you they just change you big amount. The service is also worst. I will never ever visit them again.
