No car lot is truly perfect but I do think they deserve 5 stars. I’ve written a review before (for the first month discount lol) but I’m writing one again. I bought my car in 2019 with $1k down & $175 car note every 2 weeks. My credit was definitely less than 600 or right around it(how come nobody ever say the down payment amount in reviews btw??). My down payment was supposedly not enough for the car but because it’s in house financing they can do what they want basically lol. Imo, my downpayment was enough though. I mean they was gonna take that $1k and give me a 2015 Lexus so stop the cap lol. I do believe you can put less down for cars but that’s what I had and used. I got an impala with like 139k miles (LOL) but I can’t lie that car is and was reliable. I think in the first year I had to replace the the serpentine belt and that’s it. It never gave me problems until I paid it off (I paid it off almost a year early) and had some engine problem, which sucked. That was in 2021. The car is STILL running strong at 190k miles but it’s time to give it up(transmission problems… I myself put too much trans oil in the car). I’m going to them again in the near future for a new car.

Just when i was going to give up for the day, i walked in & gave my super low credit a shot. I was immediately greeted my Luis which is one of the coolest people on the planet btw. He explained everything that would be taking place & that's exactly what happened. Luis & the manager Andy were extremely helpful & worked with me to get me in a vehicle that i was comfortable with & could afford after everybody told me no. I only put 750 down because again my credit is super low. The process was very short. It almost felt like buying a car from a family member. I strongly urge anyone who's looking to finance with bad credit or ok credit to come to this location. The place is clean professional & the best dealership in Chicagoland. & they have several locations that you can pick your car from & they'll bring it to you. I could go on & on but i say go in & try for yourself. I guarantee you won't be disappointed & I'm a first time buyer.

TERRIBLE NEVER I MEAN NEVERRRR BUY FROM HERE they told me my payments were every 2 weeks and I was paying way more then I should honestly wish I could give 0 stars. They gave me a Volkswagen Jetta from here and less then a week later is was giving me problems it took them almost another week to change my car no one from the archer location knows anything about anything no one communicates with each other they have numbers and extensions to people they don’t even know but when I changed my first car they gave me another car the exact same just different year and they don’t give out loner cars. right after the month mark of my warranty that car also had trouble and when they took me to pick up these cars it was a car from their own lot and they didn’t even work either. Just don’t buy from here the lady who sold me the car was Christina Laredo.

When I tell you guys to stay away from this place unless you’re desperate for a vehicle. I just started financing a vehicle from them not even a full two days ago and my car is already giving me problems. At first I was in love with the car it was very nice looking and clean, drove very smoothly but then the Check engine light came on the very next day and my car jerks so bad to the point it’s very unsafe to drive it. I called them about the problems I was having with the vehicle and I got hung up on twice then they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had to literally drive the car here for them to help me today. I’m completely disappointed because I thought they were very legit but I was wrong. And I bet everybody that left a good review only did it because they offer you 50 dollars off of your payment when you leave a review. Well here goes mine

So this is my first time buying a car and I went to this place and purchased a 2014 Ford edge two days later the car started cutting off but it started back up so the next day I took the car back where I got it from and told them that the car was cutting off so they made me an appointment for Service to get it looked at and fixed took it to the service shop got a fix next day it was cutting off again so I took it back to the place and told them that now we have to do something about it because now it’s still doing the same thing so like a long story short, he swapped it out and gave me a better car than what I had and I love it. They good people that get you in and out and I get you right check them out

They don’t list pricing on their website, so we called and spoke to a person who took all our info and tried to make an appointment for us without giving us any pricing. We said no and asked for a range of pricing for the car make/models we were looking at, and gave us a range that included what we could afford and assured us they could help us find what we were looking for. They lied about the pricing over the phone to get us in the door. When we got there the sales person said the only vehicles they have were priced out of the budget we gave them initially. We wasted time and money getting to a car dealer that would’ve never worked for our budget. Please be honest about your pricing over the phone and online!

I do not recommend if you’re trying to get a car. This place is unorganized they’re understaffed and will have you wait hours. They don’t focus on clients here they focus on getting them out fast instead of making sure your client is leaving and doing everything possible for you to get a car they focus on the new person coming in. I do not recommend to any professional. I recommend this place if you need a emergency car and are willing to wait 5+ hours. They just looked like they’re there and attend the person right if they know they’re getting the car today. Karina did not help me out whatsoever, she was ready to kick me out so she could focus on her other client. This place is a mess!

Cristina ( location 2435 N cicero) is by far the WORST salesperson I have ever met. She is very UNPROFESSIONAL, She doesn’t care about her customers after purchasing is complete. I tried contacting her shortly after purchasing a vehicle because it was giving me problems. She spoke with me once and ignored all other calls and text messages . I tried reaching out to her for several days straight and never got an answer from my number , I called her off another number and she answered. She was ignoring all calls from number . I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND HER to a single person. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

Took me about 3 weeks to write this review. Is just that I'm always so busy but finally found the time to do it. Hands down this place is legit, one of the friendliest dealers in my area, they will help you in any way they can to get you going. Went in there not knowing what I was eligible for came out with a nice, clean, in good condition Hyundai SUV! Process was pretty fast. My saleswoman Karina was super friendly, kind and patient. She got me a good deal I don't regret making that decision. Once again thank you guys, I will definitely recommend my family and friends to this place.

Literally the greatest experience I ever had with financing a car. When you go there ask for Raquel, she is LITERALLY THE GREATEST PERSON ON THE PLANET!!! She literally will try her hardest to get you the car you WANT/NEED. This place is robbing people for thousands of dollars, not sure how they're still in business! They shut the car off so you can't make it to work and pay them, then when you lose your job for not being able to afford Ubers or the payment, they will repo it after missing a couple payments. All while walking away with your couple thousand dollar down payment. It's like a pyramid scheme for car dealers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE!!! There's a Reason they don't respond to defend themselves!!

I have my SUV going at three months already. I did oil change on it last week and found a part that does not belong on my truck. I warn you not to buy any vehicles from them because they only give you a limited warranty on it. I will not be coming back to them to buy another vehicle from them. They cannot be trusted with vehicles. This is unacceptable that you put other parts on different vehicles, they do not belong on that vehicle

I worked with sales associate Liz Crespo and she was awesome!!!!!!! With all the other dealerships I went to in a week; I was constantly being told I needed this & that. I was even lied to about what my credit score was. Liz worked with me and worked her magic. In just a short time I was super excited to be able to drive off the lot with my much needed car. I highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Liz!!!!

Liz was super helpful, she got me in and out in a timely manner and I left with the vehicle I wanted. She was very honest & to the point . This is my second vehicle with auto warehouse and my first vehicle was great and had very minimal problems . My only suggestion would be to schedule a PDI(pre-delivery inspection) before the 30 days is up, to ensure your vehicle is okay and if they see anything they will fix it .

Judith was amazing! She worked with my budget along with her manager - sorry I don’t remember his name - and got me the vehicle I needed for my three young children, that was at a price I could afford! Extremely nice and felt like I was in the comfort of home! My credit isn’t that great and I was turned down at multiple places - but not here!! This was at the 45th & Archer location in Chicago.

I hate this company!! They make it seem like they’re helping you out in the beginning, helping you get a car making sure you leave with one, but they don’t help their customers. Especially during the pandemic they did not help with making payments late due to loss of jobs and global pandemic, they don’t care about sh!t but their money! They are hounds and I hate I even bought a car from here!

I’ve seen some negative reviews but I feel like it depends on what location you go to. I had a wonderful experience, I went in without and appointment and they were busy but I was constantly checked on. Liz was AMAZING, her energy is inviting and she breaks down everything effectively and efficiently. I recommend going to her and you will 100% leave with a smile. I love my new truck !

Lady had me drive 2 hours just to say that they don’t go by credit but your credit matters Will never waste my time with them again . Wanted 3,000 down for a van over 125,000 miles and warranty is 30 days . He’s like if u have bad credit that’s fine if your down payment is 3,000 or over . I’m like ok I’ll do 3,000 . Then came back and said well can you put more down like what ?

Jovany was very helpful worked with our downpayment and also made sure we had affordable insurance before we left . My credit is not great and they still worked with me and made sure I got the exact truck I wanted . Liz was also very sweet and understanding and made sure we stayed comfortable throughout the whole process . Will definitely recommend everyone I know here .

Came here a couple weeks ago for a car that ended up being sold the day before but they still got me a really nice car from another location and they even took note of a couple cars I would have been interested in checking out later on if I decided this car wasn’t for me. My car drives great. I 100% recommend this car lot and the saleswoman Cindy who helped me.

Raquel is a nice sell person but that is it. They sold a 2013 equinox to my daughter for triple the price with finance. They only give you 30 day warranty on the car that is over 100,000 miles. The car has been in the shop twice. Yes they will help you get ripped off. Will not send anyone there to get a car. Sorry take your money somewhere else

The experience was an ok one. I would have liked to have received more in-depth information about the vehicle (owners, mileage, history, etc) as a whole. The salesperson was very kind & accommodating for the most part. The warranty should be a whole lot better than what it is.
