Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewer above. I was recommended to this team as my previous accountant had retired. I specifically wanted to support a small non-corporate team. I came to the initial appointment with super-organized files and was reassured at this meeting that everything was in order and that there would be no need for an extension. I got a notification that the taxes were finally filed in November. I was charged 3 times as much as my old accountant for a service that was barely fit for purpose, given the mistakes that were made. I am usually extremely loyal to services and, in general, do not like to leave bad reviews. If the communication had been better, if I had received a sincere apology for mistakes made, or even if there had been insight communicated, I would have simply moved on, albeit furious, and would not have written this review. Sadly this did not happen and as a result this is my review.

Amy is a perfectly fine and kind human. And do not use them for your tax or accounting needs. Our taxes for 2021 still haven't been filed! We had all our stuff in long before the deadline and then I received an email from the IRS saying our extension had been granted. We had no idea that one was being filed for us in the first place. The response time is horrible to almost non-existent. This place cost us a couple grand in late fees as well. I understand being overwhelmed, and, ignoring and avoiding your clients and not being clear with communication is a terrible way to provide services.
