How wonderful it is to finally have peace about my teeth. I have really had a rocky road due to having gone to about a half dozen dentists in the past and having spent money and not having a change in my mouth. I moved to Charlotte exactly one year ago and knew that I would require major dental care to the tune of about forty thousand dollars. I saw a Prostodontist whom I liked but she had to send me to an oral surgeon who was extremely caviliar and told me he would need to extract all my upper teeth, and get at least four implants and place a denture on. I have a mixed cardiac history and am 73 years old . Dr. Cornell saw me at 7:10 am , examined me, gave me a treatment plan , found a fee things that other dentists had missed and told me I had a sick mouth and my best bet was to care for the abscess, fistula and lower teeth and then address the upper mouth with extractions and just a entire which will Dave me unnecessary money. She was HONEST and caring and I will start the process next week. What a relief to trust someone after all these years.

Finding the right dentist can be a challenge but I was blessed when I found Dr. C and her team; they are wonderful, always smiling, always chipper, always professional. It is a very good feeling when you can trust your dentist, she and her staff always have your best interest in mind, and they are always to the point about making sure you have a healthy smile. Prior to getting married- My husband had to get a lot of work done on his teeth. A lot of the work needed directly impacted his smile- to the point he wouldn't smile. When Dr.C caught wind that we were getting married and that the soonest appt wasn’t until after our wedding, she and her staff were able to wiggle him in their tight schedule that day and get him on the road to recovery. If it hadn’t been for her and her team, our wedding photos wouldn’t have turned out the way I wanted them to. So many thank you’s to her and her team they are wonderful and I hope to stay as long as they will have me and my husband as a patient.

I visited Dr. Moore regularly for 2 years. She is friendly and everything is good until she did my front teeth filling. The filling fells off after few months twice, until third time the filling is stick on but it's uneven. My one front tooth is bigger than the other one. Dr. Moore even charged me the third time for her lousy work. After I moved to Dalas Tx, I went to see a detist, he said he can fix it easily and that's not much to ask. Yes, he fixed my front teeth and it's perfect now. Dr. Moore did three times and failed. She kept saying it's my teeth's problem but it's really not. Worst of all, she even charged me three times. I'm not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Crowley and the entire team at Carmel Professional Dentistry is fantastic. I have been going to them from day one, and I can't say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and utmost care that they provide. While living overseas, I had a root canal done on my front teeth after an accident that was starting to decay. Dr. Crowley and her staff did a fantastic job fixing it with an implant and veneering another tooth that was partially cracked. They made my smile sparkle again! I would highly recommend to anyone, as a matter of fact my wife switched from her dentist to Carmel Professional Dentistry.

This is my favorite dental practice! I've had several in the 40+ years I've lived in Charlotte, and Dr. Crowley and her dental hygienist Mandy are both very gentle, but thorough. They don't push you into doing anything you don't want to do, nor do they shame you if you decide to wait on a procedure until you're either mentally or financially prepared! The front staff is super nice and always willing to answer questions. Kindness goes a long way, and when you hire employees who care, you are going to get repeat business. I have found that all the employees at this practice truly care about their patients. A+!!!

I have always had an extreme fear of dentists and unfortunately neglected my dental care. About 5 years ago, my wife recommended I see Carmel Professional Dentistry. Dr. Moore and everyone have been amazing. Every time I visit they make me very comfortable and treat me great. I have had in depth conversation about my dental care, a plan of action, costs, and insurance. They have worked with me to prioritize and maximize my insurance reimbursements. Not to mention...Dr. Moore's work is truly top notch. By far the best dentist I have ever been to and I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies who work in this office are absolutely fantastic. Our son (who has had 2 traumatic dental experiences prior to this visit) is a very nervous patient. Everyone was extremely kind and patient from the woman who checked us in to Marcie, Mandy and Dr. Carolyn. On top of that, they took us in as a new patient right away to help us with a tooth that needed immediate attention. We can not thank Dr. Carolyn and her team enough and although our son was very nervous he left saying that he wanted to go back and see them when it's time for his cleaning. That's a win for us!!!

I have been coming to Dr. CC for about 10 years now. She has a very friendly and attentive staff that seems to work really well together. When I was just in today they worked especially quickly to help me get out of there ASAP since I have a new baby at home and was on a tight schedule. I have always appreciated the informative and helpful attitudes the entire staff has, without putting on any pressure to do bigger procedures until it’s really necessary. I really feel like Dr. C is a competent dentist that really cares about me as a patient and not just her bottom line.

I have been a Dental Laboratory Technician for over 30 years, Dr. Crowley-Correll is perhaps the best dentist I have had to privilege to work with. I have such confidence in her skills that I referred both of my parents to be patients of hers. I will be remiss if I fail to mention the quality of her staff. Mandi and Shannon are thorough and gentle (according to my parents) and Marci and Cindy are exemplary assistants. Each of them treats every patient as if they were their family member. Dr C’s patients are in extraordinarily good hands for their dental care.

I recently visited Carmel Professional Dentistry due to a fractured tooth. Of course a crown is necessary, which leads to my review of the visit. Dr. Moore was awesome at making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions. She was very straight forward about the treatment that would be required and the office staff was very upfront concerning the cost. Aside from the people, the dentist office is very nice, clean, and up to date. I would (and will) definitely recommend Carmel Professional Dentistry to all of my friends and family.

This was my first visit with Dr. Correll. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. My experience was not at all what I expected. The Hygenist was gentle and careful with the X-rays and cleaning process. She was amazing. Afterwards Dr. Correll came in and spent time with me as much as I needed to ask the questions going forward where my health was concerned on extra dental work we discussed. I was so impressed. Was told they couldn't provide a regular cleaning for my teeth as I hadn't had a cleaning done in 2-3 years. They insisted that they had to do a "deep cleaning" at a cost of over $1,000, I said no way and that will be my last visit with them. The hygienist and Dr. Crowley also recommended that I have all my amalgam fillings replaced. Told my wife the same thing. No reason to replace them, no problems with them now. Not going to happen, I will look for a new dentist.

I love how relaxed and professional the whole staff is, they have created the perfect environment for sometimes painful work. I have gotten 6 crowns done or redone here and they have been perfect every time. I have great confidence in my dentist, Carolyn has helped me understand how to take better care of my teeth! I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an efficient and friendly dentist experience, this place is exceptional.

I am not one that is very fond of going to the dentist, but Dr. Crowely and Moore's practice is very comfortable and pleasant. The wait time is very reasonable. The staff is welcoming and pleasant to be around. The practice itself is very clean and designed well. There are private rooms for patients with televisions to keep you distracted from what's happening in your mouth. I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Crowely and Moore.

They’re always professional, but sets them apart from others I’ve been to is that they are really understanding and ask questions to make sure you are completely comfortable in their care. Dr. Crowley and company are very good at what they do. They are very responsive to how patients feel and go out of their way to accommodate and make them feel comfortable during their visit. We live in Indian Trail, surrounded by many dentists, but we make the drive to Carmel Rd. because I trust Dr. Crowley to do a wonderful job.

Lilly was great as my hygienist. She helped me with picking a new electronic toothbrush to replace the one I have. I’ve seen Dr Crowley for years and have 100% confidence in her and her staff. A call out to Marie at the front desk who always greets me by my name! A great personal touch. Also really like the new updated office!

Very Friendly Staff. Traditional Dentist Office. Cleaning done with tools and polish - not cutting edge but effective. Up front about dental work (I have some cavities that need to be taken care of), and able to schedule the follow up quickly. I will certainly be coming back, and feel comfortable in doing so.

I waited 8 years for a check-up, and finally went here! It is a small, cozy office with clean modern decor. I was on time and barely waited a minute before Emily took care of me, the nicest hygienist. No wasted time, no unnecessary pain, very attentive. I will be back for all of my future dental needs.

After going to a shady corporate dentist only interest in our pocketbooks we found a very professional and honest dentist in Dr Crowley Correll. During the visit we were put at ease and it is obvious that they are interested in us as patients and real people.
