Estás aburrid@ en casa y deseas gastar un tiempo de tu vida buscando productos en tu Carrefour favorito ..... Es incomprensible la manera de ordenar los productos dentro de este establecimiento, será que se requiere un Mapa del Tesoro??.... En todos los otros supermercados, si deseas un producto esperás que todos los de su mismo tipo estén juntos..... Me explico mejor con un ejemplo: si buscas pizzas en cualquier otro supermercado, pues todas las marcas de pizza estarán ubicadas en la misma área.... pero en Carrefour no! ... En Carrefour necesitas un guía turístico para conseguirlas!! Hace unos días, fuimos a buscar una "carne vegetal" que creíamos era única de Carrefour y bueno como ya sabíamos lo caótico que era encontrar los productos allí, nos armamos de paciencia .... Asumimos intuitivamente que las "Carnes vegetales" podían estar en neveras, en el área Bio ..... para no aburrirlos, les diré que el tour por Carrefour me mostró que tiene varias neveras de Bio ..... Al final conseguimos las "carnes vegetales" en 2 lugares (ver fotos): - en una nevera de productos Bio, cerca de las "carnes de hamburguesa de origen animal" - y en otra nevera de productos congelados, que no tenía nada que ver con productos BIO ni con "Carnes Vegetales" , sólo con productos congelados Lo peor de todo es que no conseguimos la marca que buscábamos!!

A lot of products, good price but the alarm system has some issues. When we finish payment and go out, the alarm bell ring! The security guy come and check and I think this happen so often that he easily know the reason. He checked the receipt and said one of the ham that we bought has a strong signal that tickle the alarm. We shared with him that this is not the best user experience that we expect from a popular supermarket chain and we think that the management should do something with that. He seems a good guy and said that we can share our feedback to his superior. He said sorry and good night to us and just then, another woman come out of the supermarket and the alarm ring again. He need to rush and stop her. I supposed the "strong signal" ham ring the bell again!

Ahora entre para comprar 3 4 cosas. Tenía unos dulces árabes y Cuando me ha preguntado seguridad. Le enseñe Le dije que estos dulces arabes aquí en carrefour no hay. Bueno son 4 baklava en una bolsa pequeña. El empezado gritarme Le dije que no voy a discutir. Empezado decirme cosas y me dijo que va a poner una pegatina. Bueno le dije vale. Al decir vale Empezado decirme porque hago esto. El tenía tantas ganas de discutir sin lógica diciéndome cosas No se si es envidioso o simplemente está aburrido. No tenía tiempo pero he pedido hablar con el encargado. Encargado es razonable. Me ha escuchado Me ha pedido disculpas. Pero si no tienes tiempo Mejor vayas a otro sitio porque al entrar seguridad monta un circo allí que no veas.

As your customer, you ignored my greeting, poked your finger at the counter to signal me to put the goods on the counter, and then spread out your palms to me and signaled me to pay. You may say, "I guess you can't speak Spanish (or Catalan), so I choose to be silent", but I don't believe that compulsory education in Spain has not taught you how to say "please" and "thank you" in English. The supermarket is nice. But today I was facing so embarrassing situation. I was going out from supermarket and for no reason security with his arms stop me and started to behave . I said what’s problem he started to be aggressive and asking for check even this door didn’t make any sound . He saw my bag was heavy and I am on 7,5 months pregnancy . Super disappointed and still can’t stop crying . I never felt embarrassed in my life that much like today . I asked him who gave right to touch me and stop for no reason . I started to record him but he was just turning out his face . Anyhow . You need to know “hero” in face

This carrefour supermarket is big. There are a lot of varieties of produce of each kind, like for wine and Vermut and cheese - many brands available. A wide variety of pate too. It’s the supermarket to go to for daily needs and pantry and cooking supplies. There are also many cashier counters so checking out is very efficient though the queue is long. Many visitors and foreigners are seen here to buy their essential goods. We are holidaying here in Barcelona, this Carrefour is just about 5 mins walk to our place. So convenient and we pleased about it.

Only Supermarket on la rambla ! The whole la rambla is really expensive in this scenario finding Carrefour on la rambla is really lottery , nothing extra charges like other little markets in la rambla ( those who loot poor tourist by putting double prices on products ) so take full advantage of Carrefour and buy whatever you can carry . They have two entrance one is on main la rambla and other is back street it's really huge market , they are always busy so might be have to wait for a while.

Discriminating rude security guard working at night June 15th, 2023 here. He stopped me and asked for my receipt like I was stealing, because I wasn't the same skin color as everyone else shopping in the store. I showed him my receipt and he let me go. Afterwards, I stood and watched the security guard let everyone lighter in color carry things out without asking them for a receipt, even though he didn't see most of them make a purchase in the store. They also like to delete truthful reviews.

Tienen publicidad engañosa. He comprado 2 productos de Barilla para participar en una promoción que mostraban en el stand, en la que participas por ganarte un auto Fiat. Compré y llego a casa y me aparece en la página web que la "promoción ha finalizado". Lo encuentro realmente una falta de respeto de parte de Carrefour que continúen mostrando una promoción ya vencida hace 15 días. Más encima que no muestran el valor de los productos en el stand, por lo que te engañan y estafan.

Muy buenos trabajadores, pero por la situación en la que nos encontramos, es obligatorio el uso de mascarillas, aún hay clientes sin mascarillas y se les permite entrar y comprar sin usarla. Así no avanzamos. Cuando hablas con el seguridad, solo se excusa y su respuesta es habla con el responsable. Una vergüenza, los clientes llevamos días avisando que es obligatorio el uso de mascarillas y aún así nada. Espero que tomen medidas.

I was in this shop yesterday afternoon. Whilst the counter staff could speak English, and I can only speak a smattering of Spanish I did pick out an exchange between two of the counter staff ending in the word "Loco" which could have been referring to me given the context of the situation. It could have not been referring to me but someone else but regardless I was not overly impressed by this incident.

I just love Carrefour. And this one on La Rambla was a feast for the eye and the tummy as well. Spanish food and drinks galore - no screw top wines, yippie! There are two delis if I remember rightly, an Asian one and a sandwich bar. There are other household items as well but all I can remember is the hams, cheeses and wine! And you step outside straight onto La Rambla! What's not to like!

Been here twice so far. Very good collection of almost everything. I’ve bought fruit, vegetables, pre-cut pineapples, beer, meat, detergent, pasta,… you name it. Also very convenient location. Right on la rambla and close to the metro station. It can get quite busy though. It also has a basement level. If you take one of the baskets you can use the escalator to go down.

Probably the best supermarket that I've found in Barcelona. Tons of ready to eat, picnic type food, ready made salads, sandwiches, sushi etc Amazing bakery section. Very large meat, fish, deli, dairy as well as fresh produce vegetables and fruit. Also has a pharmacy area. No more expensive than anywhere else in general, and worth it for the extensive range available.

Hay demasiada gente por todo el local siempre, sea el horario que sea y se montan unas colas larguísimas para pagar. El local siempre está dejadillo pero es por la cantidad de gente que hay porque siempre hay personal intentando reponer y limpiar pero me da la sensación que no dan a basto almenos las 4 veces que he ido en las últimas 2 semanas.

We were pleased to have this store so close to our accommodation when holidaying in Barcelona. Very busy and well stocked over 2 floors. Convenient with freshly made food - fresh fruit and veggies - a large variety of meats fish and poultry, drinks, desserts, breads…….. Efficient staff at the tills however could not find floor staff to assist.

Un Carrefour en pleno centro de Barcelona, aunque por esa razón hay productos un poco más caros que en los Carrefour de centros comerciales, no deja de tener productos de marca Carrefour a muy buen precio. De acceso fácil por Ramblas y Xuclà, y con todas las medidas de seguridad al día. Y lo que más me gusta es su pequeño rincón al 50%

el agente de seguridad sacó un artículo de mi bolso, lo pagué en otra tienda (condis) simplemente porque no guardé el recibo y tienen el mismo en este carrefour. Ni siquiera miraste las cámaras, simplemente decidiste que tenías razón porque el código de barras está activo... me robaste. ve a ver las camaras y dame mis cuotas

No es mala idea tampoco es lo mejor pero si no quieres gastar mucho dinero, estás de paseo te recomiendo que entres y te compres un bocatas, yo pedí panceta con queso y mi esposa chorizo con queso y el precio es bueno con 5€ compre los 2 más 1 refresco y en casa le agregamos algo más, pero solos están buenos quitan él hambre

Tienen mucha variedad de productos y marcas, ubicado muy céntrico y cerca del transporte público. La atención no es de las mejores ya que es un lugar muy concurrido y no se centran en ayudar al cliente a conseguir lo que busca. Lamentablemente compré un jamón cocido y al día ya el empaque estaba inflado y olía muy mal.

Carrefour es un Supermercado dónde puedes encontrar cualquier producto novedoso, además de la variación. Es interesante por ser de grandes dimensiones y grandes cantidades de productos de Calidad y Precio. El personal, es amable y con deseos de ayudar cuando se busca un producto para no perder tiempo. Les saluda atte.

No me parece coherente que llegue a las 9 a carnicería y no me pique carne cuando cierran a las 10. Le pregunto a la chica y me dice solo hasta las 9 se puede picar cuando estuve a las 9:04 en la parada. Lo normal sería que ofrecieran todos los servicios hasta la hora del cierre. Es la segunda vez que me pasa esto.

Me encanta ir a comprar al carrefour y este en especial, se me hace que es muy barato y tiene muchas cosas que me gusta, aparte es pequeño, eso sí cómo está en el centro vas a tener quehacer fila para pagar pero los cajeros son rápidos. Muy buena atención de los guardias también Es de dos plantas y tienen elevador.

I was very happy to find Carrefour near my hotel, not only cos it's a familiar brand, but also because it had everything necessary for my everyday needs. I usually dropped by once or twice a day, if only to buy water. The service and the variety of products were satisfactory. I even found something from Poland:)

One of the biggest supermarkets I've ever been in - on two floors. Very well stocked and well organized. They even have a machine for freshly squeezing juice from oranges. Regarding the cash registers - they have distribution depending on which one is free, so that there are no queues and crowding of people.

Large supermarket with pharmacy, toiletries, microwavable food, ready to eat sushi, fruits & veggies, pastries, snacks, alcohol etc. Kumpletos Rekados. We enjoyed buying necessities here for our hotel and vacation. Lots of cashier available and there's a strict security guard.

A very large, two-story supermarket, very central in Barcelona. I would like to see a better choice of juices there, otherwise it has a lot to choose from. Note, there's more than one check out points. Some are at the front (towards Rambla), some in the back.

Los lavabos de este supermercado siempre están asquerosos, sucios falta papel higiénico y nunca pero nunca jabón para lavarte las manos si es así los lavabos no te digo como deben estar las cámaras y el almacén no recomendable y no es la primera vez

Few steps away from Plaza Cataluna in La Rambla. I was staying in that area during my vacations and make it very convinient coz is the biggest supermarket in that area. You can find pretty much everything you may need in much affordable way.

En plena rambla, atestado de clientes, una fila kilométrica para pagar y sólo ponen 2 cajeros. Una falta de respeto total a los clientes. Pero a Carrefour le da igual, sólo le importa facturar, subir los precios y llenarse los bolsillos.

Carrefour Supermarkets are very consistent throughout Europe. Reasonable prices and quality products. I just walked a few extra blocks to go to this one and was worth it.
