There was an older blonde lady that was at the cash register and I felt like she was extremely rude. I was looking for a shirt that said they had in stock and was available to pick up. Before I went to the store I called to make sure and they said yes. When I couldn’t find it I asked he about it she said they didn’t have it and she had never seen that shirt. She kept telling me they didn’t have it. She then walked over to a spot that had Valentine’s Day stuff and she saw it. Didn’t even point it out to me she just said it was there somewhere behind the girl stuff. There was a second shirt I was looking for and she didn’t even look at the picture I was showing her, she just said to go look in clearance. What I was looking for was actually not in clearance. Usually our experience it pretty good in this store. But the lady there was rude and very unfriendly.

Had an awful experience this afternoon. My son was gifted a clothing set, but the pants were a smaller size than the top. I tried to exchange the pants but was told because I didn’t have the top I couldn’t exchange them. I even had the receipt! The sales woman was so unhelpful, she wouldn’t think of any alternative than “no.” What is so frustrating is the error in sizes was made by Carter’s! And now I have pants that my son can’t wear. Don’t waste your time at this location. Would have given it zero stars if I could.

Drove here from Vancouver and arrived at 6pm and online said they were open till 7 and the ladies told me they were actually closed at 6 and wouldn’t let me shop. The First Lady that greeted me told me I could quickly then the second lady assuming the manager told me no. Very rude and really disappointed in the customer service. It would have taken me 5 min to get what I needed.

In the past ive gone in after 5 pm and sometimes feel like I'm bothering the staff but this morning I went in looking for a sun hat and Ashley was so helpful! She originally thought there was only one left but it was a bit to loud for me. I looked around to see if there were any sweaters and she came back to me and showed me a cute denim hat I ended up buying! It was fantastic!

We drove a half an hour out of the way to pick up an order today just to get there and see a sign on the door that said "temporarily closed." It was 3:30 PM. That's really not okay considering the store is supposed to be open until 7 PM. I intend to make an official complaint. Who is running this store?!

The worst customer experience I have ever had, the older blonde lady working today clearly hates her job and people. Was extremely rude, accusing people in the store of stealing and disrespectful attitude towards every customer she interacted with. Will not be returning.

Hours online aren’t accurate, they close at 6pm!! Not 7. Just drove across town for my newborn. Come on, this is ridiculous that you can’t keep things updated for the price we pay.. It takes less then 5min to change, I do it for my business. Thanks Jantzen beach!

So I went in here to get a premie outfit for my newborn and the selection was amazing compared to places like Walmart and target. Upon talking to the worker I found out that they constantly have sales will be going back for sure!

Terrible customer service. Clearly the lady dislikes her job. Blamed my daughter and i for not putting some rings in their place and when i told her those weren’t ours she said “well, i just got yelled at for putting stuff away”.

Clothes is cute but the staff was not helpful or friendly to myself or even my son. I was the only customer in the store but felt like she couldn't be bothered to help us. Took my business elsewhere.

Can't navigate a stroller in the store very well due to close quarters, but other than that an okay location I'd say. Had a decent amount of inventory and I found what I needed easily.

A small, little Carter's store. Most of the time even their clearance prices aren't entirely worth it. But they do have site to store pick up which is nice.

Quick and easy online order return! It's located in the mall next to Lane Bryant and across from Target, not where Google currently pins it.

Such a cute store. Lots of baby clothes, but a very small selection of the older kids sizes.
