There is no point to get a package from this car wash as they cannot deliver their service to you. This is my second time that was forced to find alternative car wash place as they cannot clean my car due to "large traffic arrived just a few seconds" before my arrival at 4pm, which is one hour before their closure time. They only started to estimate the situation when you drive your car in! And yes, the entrance door was still open after I finished my car clean at another place and passed by their shop at 4.52pm. What a false image that they've left to their customer! But honestly the most unhappy experience was that they blamed me of not coming early enough for the car wash, and they never said at least sorry for the inconvenience caused! Such a "premier" customer service as they claimed.

Not a very good service at all. We paid for the gold service and it didn't even look like they had even hoovered or dusted the inside of the car. There was white speckled stuff on the car and it just looked like a very rushed unfinished job. I wish I had never taken the car here it was in better shape before than after the "supposed" gold service. I rarely write reviews but this job angered me so much I had to share to save others their time and money. I got sucked in by the "blue planet" ethos, discount vouchers and other reviews that had said it was excellent??? and for what I thought was good value for an inside & outside clean. It didn't sparkle, it had dirt and dust on the inside, it didn't even look like they had opened the boot.... Yours, a very dissatisfied customer.

Thorough | Professional | Punctual | Excellent Communication | Great Result | Reasonably Priced Navi and his offsider are very friendly fellows and did an amazing job cleaning and detailing our 7 year old Mazda CX5. They gave an accurate and reasonable quote prior to the day of work and at this time established sources of power and water in our underground garage. They were always on time, explained everything fully and really listened to my requests and the things that were important to me, like not too much synthetic fragrance. Then when asking me to check the car and their work afterward, Navi checked in with me about these same requests. These guys really take pride in their work. And our car looks and feels amazing! Thank you Navi!

Don't listen to the manager when he tells you to upgrade the car wash to a MORE EXPENSIVE wash because it makes no difference. You still get a really bad wash. Their expensive and very bad and rude staff .. my boyfriend pointed out the uncleaned areas but the staff said thats the way it is in a very angry and rude manner. Told the manager but he didn't care... never go back because I had to get my car wash again the next day FOR ONLY $30 AT MAGIC HAND CAR WASH WHICH DID A BETTER JOB FOR $30. My boyfriend wasted $60 with these guys... Check out the pictures which I took for proof which I was there ..

I have to admit, i was impressed. Not just with the quality of the wash but the customer service that was provided. I actually felt like they cared, not just for the business but to ensure i was satisfied with the outcome. Car was accepted quick and full inside and out wash on my mitsubishi was completed within 30 minutes. They done a great job, all while i was enjoying a nice coffee. I ended up buy 10 washes in advance, at a decent discount. I recommend you do the same. Keep up the good work.

After a long period of Covid lockdown in Melbourne in 2020, my Redline Sportwagon was looking the worse for wear. The duco had degraded, and the interior of the car, especially after many take-away coffees consumed/spilt sitting in the car, wasn't flash. A few hours of hard work by Navi and Michael, and my car had been restored to showroom condition. The exterior paintwork was back to silky smooth. Nothing had been overlooked, both inside and out.. Bringing my BMW X6 and Mercedes Benz AMG GL63 to Blue Planet and very happy with the professionalism and good quality of the service provided by the car wash personnel. Always being explained the scope of the service that will be provided for my money and they always deliver to perfection. The fact that companies and private owners of luxury cars kept coming to this car wash is for my a guarantee that my cars are in good hands.

A very average clean, got the Diamond Polish deal and I could of done a better job myself down at the car wash for $10. - The car was vacuumed but lots of areas were missed (down the sides of the seats). - The instrument panel still had a fair amount of dust left over. - There was a coffee stain on the outside of the car that had not been cleaned off. - A positive was that the hand polish was shinny. Overall an average job.

Its hard to find a good hand car wash as mostly cleaners leave scratches on your car and mostly we don't have enough time to find a good car hand wash. I found these guys very friendly and I am glad I went there to get my job done on time and am quite satisfied. I am giving 4 stars as I think this could be little more better but I will talk to them when I visit them again.

Following iso our 2 cars were filthy. I booked Carwash2you and had them call me that day to arrange a time. Then the day before I had a text from Navi confirming the scheduled time. He (and Michael) arrived on time and once they had everything connected, I left them to it...a few hours later our two cars were gleaming inside and out (and smelled great too BTW).

I have been to many car wash services in my time but no other provides an immaculate clean every time. Staff are great, coffee is excellent and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Blue Planet Hand Carwash- give it a go - I have been going there for the past 5 years and won’t go anywhere else.

Good car-wash - did a good job, cleaned the windows inside and out (the latter I always seem to miss out on at other locations!) Also cleaned up my coffee spill - and well. If they could put the seats back when they are done that would be nice as I am not 3 feet tall! Good service, competitive price!

The best Hand Car Wash in town. They have the best detailers and pay great attention to all your vehicle detailing needs at very affordable prices. The staff are polite and friendly and will do their job quickly and efficiently. And you can also enjoy a cup of coffee while you wait.

Quick service, terrible job though. Inside of my car looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Floors still had dirt on them, back seat still had sand, worst cleaning job i've ever seen. If you want my advice go somewhere else or even do it yourself, at least you know it'll be done right.

Dropped my car off for a full exterior detail and was pleased with the results! Navi's attention to detail was fantastic for an OCD person like me. Great job cleaning my matte black wheels as well - they are a pain to clean! Very convenient for nearby residents. Highly recommended.

Do not buy their bulk packages. Every time you go to request a wash, they find some excuse to charge you extra. Absolute scam. Damaged the seals on my driver's side door and refused to accept responsibility. Other car washes in the area that are much better. Avoid these thieves.

Frank did a great job with a cut and polish of a large paint scratch. Restored the door panel almost back to normal as the scratch went through the paint layer and only a few scratches remain. Very pleased with the level of professionalism

They are not used to cleaning 4 x 4 telling me the vehicle was very dirty and I had already hosed it down before. The vehicle looked good afterward but they didn't clean the roof fully so will not be returning any time soon.

Been bringing my Subaru Impreza since new 4 years ago, it still looks like the day we bought it, apart from a few dint's. The boys are courteous polite and friendly, not the cheapest in town but the quality is good.

I’ve got two little boys and a 4WD the clean once a month is a big job. I get the spring clean for $70 this takes half an hour and my cars is like new once again. I have a latte in the coffee shop while I wait.
