Worst and dreadful experience please read this review to get flabbergasted by Mr. Aditya chawathe’s ignorant service! Booked our car Triber for 14th of May, received the car in a very bizarre state, was not at all cleaned, it was smelly and dirty. As we drove 10-15 km the car’s speedo meter started showing CAR SERVICE NEEDED! Meaning the car was not even serviced! We came back on 19th of May and we were supposed to handover the car next day to Mr. Aditya chawathe, surprisingly l get a call from Mr. Aditya chawathe saying “My next client will come at your house and pick the car. So kindly handover the car to MY next client!” We all were so flabbergasted that how can he even say like this because in anyways “HIS” next client will get the car Uncleaned, Without any Service and nothing of that sort! This is the service which Carzilla I mean Mr. Aditya chawathe provides! On top of that we had to give the deposit amount of 9000rs and according to Mr. Aditya chawathe will be refunded in 7 working days after the trip ends! We came back on 19th of May, after 7 working days will be 26th of may. Today is 13th of June almost 17 days past our trip Mr. Aditya chawathe hasn’t refunded our money back. We are personally calling him each and every day and every time Mr. Aditya chawathe comes up with a new different reason/excuse that sorry I am trying Sir, I am out of town sir, Tomorrow for sure will be sent it you sir and so on never ending reasons!! I don’t know how can Carzilla management be so lethargic and ignorant about their clients! I earge each and every person reading this review to think twice before doing any kind of business with Carzilla. If Carzilla wants to be in this Business please consider the ignorant attitude of Mr. Aditya chawathe This review is from Pune but I wanted the Mumbai carzilla owners to take a note of this incident so posting this review here

Wasn’t a great experience. They have alot of terms and conditions. Deposit was high comparatively for a 12hours rental. Car wasn’t taking that good pickup and were lagging alot. Wasn’t aware about the cleaning charges and had to literally fight for the refund of deposit out of which they deducted ₹500 as cleaning charges. We gave the car 3hrs before time and after the argument we got the refund for deposit as they mentioned LATER AFTER WE HANDOVER THE CAR THAT THEY WILL REFUND AFTER 24hours which they DID NOT MENTIONED while giving the car. Gladly we took the refund right away before the reviews says that they did not received it for over 7days
