The worst accommodation and experience we’ve ever had with this host and Airbnb. Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment left much to be desired. We encountered a series of disappointments that began with an unsettling pest predicament—cockroaches infiltrating the premises. We even had to take measures to secure the door, fearing their intrusion. Furthermore, the issue of security raised significant alarm, as only one out of the four keys provided was functional, and the main entrance could be effortlessly pushed open. The provided amenities fell below par than what was advertised; a malfunctioning shower head, a grimy coffee maker, insufficient basic supplies like paper towels, and bed linens that were less than clean. When we brought these concerns to the attention of the host, our attempts at productive communication were met with rude minimal communication, and instead of addressing the legitimate problems, we were unjustly accused of dishonesty and trying to exploit these valid issues to obtain a refund. This evasive response, rather than tackling the real problems, ultimately led us to secure alternative accommodations in a hotel for the remainder of our stay. Potential future visitors would be wise to exercise caution and thoroughly deliberate their options before finalizing plans for a stay at this property. In response to the host response to the last review: Out of the group staying in the apartment almost all were Italian with one being a citizen and we understand how a moka pot works and how it should be cleaned. We also just stopped using our keys to get in the building because you could just push the door right open. We understand you cannot control cockroaches in the streets. However, they are in the building. Every morning we would find 5 -8 new ones in the stairwells (we have video proof) and would watch them run under apartment doors into the apartment. Clearly there is a problem in the building which should be addressed in the listing. Even though you get everything professionally cleaned does not actually mean that things are getting cleaned. Both sets of sheets were dirty.

This deflection, instead of addressing the genuine problems, led us to book a hotel for the remainder of our stay. The worst accommodation we ever had. Floor and walls were dirty, kitchen equipments weren't clean also. Kettle, toaster and coffee machine didn't work. The company rent this apartment did nothing even we ask for help several times. Rooms aren't quiet also. You can hear almost everything from the neighbors and from the street. The only one positive thing is the location but it is not worth. You can find better and probably cheaper place with better sevice.

Bon pour une nuit de transite, entrée sordide , très vétuste....chambre correcte , sdb vétuste,...pas d'isolation pour le bruit , nos voisins de chambre étaient de jeunes amants...
