I love this place, I go there at least 6 times a year, and I live in Broward. This time was a celebration, my birthday. Food was amazing and I got a prime table (next to the water). Yet the waitress, God, I gave her a 3 because I was generous, she was not focused at all. As a waitress your job is to sell the products and incentivize the customer to consume. Whenever she was asked what was in the menu, side's , or drinks, she was giving you the menu back and was pointing to the area to read, leaving the table and going to take orders from another table/customers. This was repeated 4 times, during the drink selection, the appetizers, the main course even at the desert time. It was a bother for her to explain, her face suffered a full transformation whenever she was asked. I will go there again for sure, because of the food quality, but I will try to get another server.

I've been coming here for decades. Good food, good service and always nice sitting outside by the busy Miami River. The prices have pretty much sky-rocketed over the past couple of years, tho. And on a recent visit I ordered a drink from the bar and a "glass of water".. the waitress asked if I wanted carbonated or regular, I said regular. So they brought me a small bottle of water with their own label printed on it, which the waiter had already opened and started to pour, and I thought was unusual, And I saw other patrons having their glasses filled by a pitcher of water. Then I got the bill, and there was a nearly $4.00 charge for the little bottle of water that I received and technically didn't ask for... I didn't complain, but I wasn't happy about it.. I'll be more careful next time. But I hate to think that I have to be careful, you know?

My one star is all about the food, what an distastedful food, no flavor at all. I couldn't enjoy anything, the coconut shrimps and the lobster ravioli with shrimp are so so, but low salted, the paella was no good, and the mixed ceviche was like chewing rubber, the crab stuffed shrimp was dried. Drinks were excellent, we ordered all virgin, the service was excellent from the guys at the ballet parking, the welcoming, to the table service, even from the food preparation, the restaurant was full but timing was great . 10 stars for the service. The place was clean, organized, music enjoyable, the setting and the view, all super. Overall we enjoyed our dinner, my one star is all to the food taste, the chef needs to go over the recipes, we expect better. Thank you and I hope to visit again soon.

Awesome Seafood restaurant on the Miami river in close proximity to Miami Beach! Lively, airy atmosphere with an extremely friendly staff. Emilio, our server, was extremely helpful with the menu and made our experience 10x better. If you love seafood, this is the place to be. They offer almost every seafood dish imaginable. The salmon will melt in your mouth, the red snapper was fresh, and the linguini lobster was made to perfection to name a few. The view on the river was great and just added to the vibes of the restaurant. I will say some of the portions are a little small for the price (ex. surf n turf) but not unreasonable. They are also pet friendly! Overall, great seafood restaurant to try if you’re in Miami!

My recent visit to the restaurant left me with mixed feelings. To begin with, the parking fee at the restaurant entrance was $25, which I found to be quite high. In terms of the meal, I was disappointed by the disparity between the food’s price and its quality. The burger I ordered had a patty that was somewhat dry, though the accompanying fries were acceptable. I also tried the seafood rice, which unfortunately had uneven seasoning – some parts were overly salty, suggesting that it wasn’t stirred properly. Overall, while the restaurant has potential, there’s definitely room for improvement in both the culinary execution and the pricing structure

My mom and I had the Mediterranean Seafood Linguine, and it was delicious! Great price too. It was in a tasty red sauce, and it had a bunch of seafood in every bite. My cousin said the Paella was really good as well. The calamari was also yummy. I heard from others that their fish was ok. This was my 3rd time there. It is on the Miami River, and it is so pretty sitting outside. Great atmosphere.

Casablanca it’s not what it use to be. Waiters don’t give you their full attention, food was either too seasoned or no flavor and as usual always have one boater that has to play the loud music to impress someone. If you’re looking for a nice atmosphere and quality service don’t waste your time. Especially what they charge for food. Better off going to rusty pelican in key Biscayne or next door to Garcia’s.

The best part of this restaurant was being by the water. I was served my cocktail in a glass with lipstick around the rim. The waitress did nothing and still attempted to charge me. The manager did not even come and check in after serving a customer a contaminated glass. The waitress service was very poor as she couldn’t keep up with the drink orders. Another guest at our table had to count the amount of drinks needed. Food was a 1/10 as it was not seasoned and the fried food taste like it was cooked in old grease. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Seated without a reservation on a very busy night so that was a great first impression. Our server was attentive and accommodating. The sangria was delicous! Stone crab was fresh and tasty. We also tried the shrimp bruschetta and enjoyed it. For main meals we had a fish soup and lobster ravioli. Dessert was the guava cheesecake. Loved everything! Highly recommended. Tip, if you don’t want to pay for the valet park on the street and walk over!

The location & views were fantastic on the outdoor patio overlooking the water! The food was phenomenal I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely return again! The shrimp ceviche was some of the best I’ve ever had, the crab cakes well couldn’t get enough of them & coconut shrimp was cooked to perfection topped it all off with a key lime pie which was probably the best I’ve ever had! Key lime pie is a must when visiting Florida! The service was lacking the staff was not very attentive but they were very busy so totally understandable.
Great seafood restaurant, they also have a seafood market if you need one. Super fresh, delicious food. Traditional Miami go-to place!

Always a great experience. Love the terrace view. It’s a pleasure see all the families goes in boats in and out the river. Great and beautiful boats and an amazing view of Miami downtown. Food have been always great. We visit this place for many years and their quality never goes down.
Great food as always! Had the grilled octopus and crab stuffed shrimp among a few drinks. The only downside about this place If you can even call it that is KIKIs music disturbing the atmosphere for what otherwise is a Latin family resturants. None the less do recommend More
The people and service was great, the appetizers where marvelous. The Beef tostones and the Shrimp tostones, highly recommend. The main course needs some work, the rice was too oily and the meat was savory but not for the price, the beef saltado needs some work. More
The Grand Hotel cuisine doesn’t have the same vigor behind it. For being a “fresh sea food place” especially since it’s on the water, the food was not even average. Fish of the day was good not impressive and barely had flavor tasted more breading than spices.
Amazing riverside dining! Great views of yacht passing by. Food portions are large, fresh and tasty. Paella was fantastic!

The place deserves 5 stars review: the food is delicious and atmosphere is great but service MUST have be better. We have been seated and got our water and juice, ordered appetizers and after our server forgot about us. He was walking
I would highly suggest making a reservation beforehand as they seem to always be fully booked. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar. The service was exceptional! The bartender took great care of us. We ordered the fried Calamari as
Good food and attendance… the terrace is completely hit by the sun in the afternoon even though they close the awning the ceiling fans are not enough for the intense hot temperature. Nice view to the river. Prices are fair. More

Beautiful place to eat and meal right on the water. Food was delicious and although this restaurant does not offer happy hour for oysters, it was reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again when in the Miami area. More
