"I think it's forbidden to answer the phone in houses in Bahia, I've been trying to talk to a store in Cuiabá and the region for 3 days, I even tried in the warehouse, after 2 days the VG Store answered, I was so happy, that the operator transferred it and the call dropped, it's disrespectful to the customer"

I think it's forbidden to answer the phone in houses in Bahia, I've been trying to talk to a store in Cuiabá and the region for 3 days, I even tried in the warehouse, after 2 days the VG Store answered, I was so happy, that the operator transferred it and the call dropped, it's disrespectful to the customer.
I placed an order for a fan via the website and the email status says it was delivered, so I didn't receive the product. I called SAC and as always it got an answering machine and it didn't solve anything.
There is no signage, so you have to pay close attention, but the service is quick and the staff are attentive.
I'm trying to call and the phone just says busy.
