Got scammed out of $545 with a non-functioning PC that I wanted to have as a spare. As I don't drive, took me over an hour with public transport to get there & cost me over $50 in taxi fare to get back, while carrying the PC back via public transport for as much of the way as possible to minimize taxi costs, in the middle of summer. Due to major health issues which drove me to the brink of insanity, I neglected using the PC for most of the 3-month warranty, but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I thought perhaps my monitor was too old and the VGA port was down. Despite having no display, the PC itself seem to be going on a restart loop which indicated internal hardware issues. When I contacted them - before the 3 months ended - they told me to bring the PC back to their store so they could look at it. I stated that would be very hard for me to do because I'm not looking forward to carrying the PC around on public transport again for over an hour, as I can't get anyone to drive me all the way out there during work hours. But they wouldn't accept having me take it to a closer CC store. They instead gave me an extra month to figure it out. And my choices were to either get a replacement or a partial refund. So now I had to buy a new monitor in hopes I could get a display visual to see what's what, or at the very least spend over $100 to take it into a PC repairer for a check-up. I needed a new monitor anyway, so I spent a few weeks putting the cash together & finally bought one. It worked fine with my main PC, but it wouldn't work with this spare. The machine would start, then stop, and start again on an endless loop. No display to speak of, which is a indication that it's a hardware problem. At the very least: a dead CMOS battery, since the PC was just sitting there on the shelf unplugged for God knows how long. I contacted the store again BEFORE the extra month ended and told them the issue. All they would've done is exactly what I did: hook up the PC to a newer monitor and see if it works. Well, it didn't. And they never got back to me. It's been about 4 months and I haven't heard a peep. Looks like they don't want to provide a replacement OR a partial refund. Well, lesson learned. Never trust second-hand peddlers of any kind.

Purchased some retro games today and had the best experience with Jade! Amongst being incredibly helpful and attentive, she also provided great insight and recommendations for other games that they had on hand. Big shoutout to her customer service.
