Das schlechteste Casino in dem ich je war. Erstmal dauerte der check in ewig, mit einer Dame welche so wenig Lust hatte, dass ihr selbst das Sprechen schwer fiel. Oben ganz schönes Ambiente, welches allerdings wieder von den Mitarbeitern zerstört wird. Ich habe 2000 Kronen beim Roulette eingezahlt und chips mit Blumen oder sowas bekommen. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen, chips bei denen der Wert nicht aufgeruckt ist. Dementsprechend schwer war es zu setzen und mit dem Mindesteinsatz klarzukommen. Einen hunderter Chip konnte man setzen, bei dem Kinderchips mussten es dann aber mindestens 8 sein, was ein viertel meines Stacks war, also 500 Kronen. Auch die Mitarbeiterin welche ebenfalls nicht die Energie aufbringen konnte zu sprechen hat hier den Rest gegeben. Negativ ging es an den Automaten weiter, 100 Kronen rein, bisschen gedreht, da die Spiele allesamt schlecht waren wollte ich 120 auszahlen und direkt an den nächsten Automat; Es kommt aber kein Ticket raus sondern ein Angestellter zahlt das Geld aus dem Geldbeutel mit einem abfälligen Kommentar „nice 20 coronas“, ja Junge natürlich will ich keine 20 Gewinn „auscashen“ sondern einfach einen anderen Automat ausprobieren. Automaten im Endeffekt alle schrott, spielt auch keiner an denen.

Easily the worst casino I’ve ever been too in my life. This place is nothing but a scam. If you go, please make 100% sure you keep track of every single one of your chips and payout and call out the dealers when they try to speed out your payouts and start any next round. I saw multiple rounds on blackjack where the dealer tried to call bust on people that weren’t busted (they apologized and said “oh this never happens!”. During roulette, multiple times they didn’t pay people out until called out on inner numbers and multiple times they paid the wrong person. What a joke. On cashing out, I was given 2000 less Koruna than the chips I had. After I made a scene they provided 1500 and apologized but nah, miss this place and every corrupt dealer inside. I hope the absolute worst for them.

Nejhorší casino v celé ČR. Dýleři kteří dělaj tolik chyb na pokeru a miss dealu že to svět neviděl. Samá Ukrajina která neumí ani pořádně česky. Na záchod si nezajdete protože se hulí na všech záchodech co maj. Totální humáč. Jdete na záchod a nemůžete ani dýchat. Hulení u pokrových stolů elektronických cigaret . Dodržování nějakých protipožárních řádů samozřejmě nikdo nedodržuje. Podporujou Ukrajinský hráče kteří místo mobilizace a bránění vlastní země utekly a užívají si v casinech a jejich zemi nechali napospas válce. Jídlo totální hnus. Mají tam nastrčený své hráče na pokru.

Am Ambiente und dem Spiel kann man nicht meckern. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu spielen. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr unfreundlich. Ich liebe es an Tischen zu sitzen und mit den Leute zu sprechen und sich über Gewinne zu freuen, genau das macht für mich ein Casino aus. Als ich gewonnen habe und ich mich freute wurde sich erstmal über meine Nationalität lustig gemacht und mir untersagt sich zu freuen. Es ist sehr schade, dass ein sonst wirklich schönes Erlebnis zu zerstört wurde. Für Touristen ist es auf keinen Fall geeignet

What a fabulous casino, we came to Prague on holiday and wanting to play some poker, we played 10/20 every day, tables were open early, didn't have to wait long, nice staff, well run, one of the nicest casinos we've been in, will be coming back to Prague again very soon if only for the poker, only thing I don't think is very good is the ladies toilet facilities which is in the same room as the men's which is not very good at all, this should be sorted but otherwise brilliant.

Dealeři byli tak důsledně hrubí, až to bylo téměř komické, naše skupina nechala dealery vystřídat 4krát v krátkém čase a ze všech byl pouze jeden neutrální/slušný, ostatní byli nejen hrubí, ale dokonce zpochybňovali rozhodnutí a sázky, včetně dotazů, proč já stáhl, když v pozitivní. Dokonce si mumlali pod dechem, což bylo zjevně urážlivé. Naštěstí se té noci skupině dařilo dobře, takže noc nebyla zničena Jinak pěkné místo, štědré s nápoji, malý výběr her, ale bude uspořádán.

The best spot in Prague old town for Poker - mostly Texas Holdem but som PLO games running during the weekend. Min stakes are 10-20czk and sometimes you would find a game of 50-100 running late. Staff is friendly and professional, I would recommend arriving before 8pm as otherwise you’d wait a lot for the bigger games (25-50/50-100). Smaller games run always and full of recreational crowd

V Ambassadoru jsme uspořádali vánoční večírek a byli maximálně spokojeni. Příjemné prostředí, rychlá obsluha, kvalitní raut i drinky a hlavně příjemná slečna dealerka. Poker dokázala vysvětlit i kolegům, kteří hazardu neholdují a já nemám co vytknout. Ještě jednou díky za parádní zážitek!

Tried to walk in to gamble. Highly rated gambler and the meathead at the door stopped me. If I was sober you shouldn’t let me in much less a few drinks. Couldn’t speak English and the Casino lost out on some good money.
