Acudí a un evento deportivo en directo, vimos el partido del Barça con Gerard Romero retransmitiendo en directo en su canal de twich. Respecto al local, la primera planta me pareció más bonita que la segunda. Dispone de terraza en la segunda planta. No puedo opinar a cerca del juego y la atención de esas zonas pero si acerca de la atención recibida en la sala reservada donde estamos viendo el partido. Nefasta! casi 100 personas atendidas por 2 personas, que ni se entiendan entre ellos ni hacían por entenderse, en mi opinión había demasiada necesidad entre esas dos persona en poder dejar claro quien estaba por encima del otro y la atención en resumen fue terrible, acabamos sin cenar ya que no nos tomaron comanda jamás, únicamente pudimos picar al inicio de la velada. Sobre esto, las cantidades, de risa, lamentable, pedimos unas bravas y LITERAL, eran 8 patatitas cuadradas, congeladas colocadas en fila en un plato alargado.. lamentable. Los nachos, otra broma.. Para colmo, nos sirvieron unas bebidas que no habíamos pedido y trataron de echarnos la culpa , en vez de disculparse por el error y traer lo correcto, buscaron excusarse diciéndonos que si no era lo pedido que hubiéramos avisado… para empezar, no llegamos ni a ser atendidos , nos sirvieron dos bebidas sin mas sobre la mesa, tratamos de avisarles, pero de nuevo no atendían.. En fin, que al casino no se va a comer bien lo tenía claro, pero lo que vimos fue una broma. calidad precio.. horrible, ni calidad y el precio muy elevado, lo esperado.. Creo que esa sala estuvo muy muy mal gestionada y organizada. La atención al entrar fantástica, personal muy amable. Lastima que en la sala no fuera así.

Hace tiempo que queríamos ir al Casino de Barcelona, pero la recepción ha sido pésima. Al llegar quería entrar ya que mis amigos ya estaban jugando dentro, el primer seguridad ya me dijo que tenía que dar mis datos para entrar y me mando al guardarropa, allí de muy malas maneras casi sin ganas de saludar y como haciendo un favor le dije que quería entrar y darle los datos y me dijo que eso eran las chicas de las pantallas, luego al ir a las pantallas me dijeron que no podía pasar con el casco y que lo tenia que dejar en el guardarropa, volví al mismo y otra vez la mujer mayor sin ganas de atender, le pregunte si me guardaba el casco y me ignoró y se metió para dentro, y la chica de la recepción de datos al ver que no me atendían apareció y me pregunto si no me cogían el casco y le dije que no, y ella tubo que ser la que me guardo el casco muy amablemente, esto casi hizo que casi ni entrara. Después dentro todo muy bien pero al salir lo mismo, al recoger nuestras cosas del guardarropa la mujer desganada mi compañero le dio su tique y yo le iba a dar el mio pero me hizo un gesto de desprecio y no me lo cogió viendo que íbamos juntos, eso si luego a apareció con las cosas de mi amigo y las mías y entonces si me pidió o mejor día exigió el tique de malas maneras. En fin espero que mejoren este aspecto, por que para que vuelva al casino que quería ir con otro amigos me lo pensaré bastante. Muchas gracias

If you are a foreigner/tourist DO NOT go to this casino! I have been traveling around the world and visited half of Europe this last couple of years. This is the first private place where I am asked for an ID and my official Argentinian ID is not accepted, they ask for your passport to let you in This casino is pretty close to the beach and I wonder if they know anything about tourism… are people going to the beach and to have dinner/lunch with their PASSPORTS? Obviously not. I was nice enough to offer my ID AND a picture of my passport. They said they needed to see my passport. Oh but they said they would take an ID from other European country. Sounds pretty xenophobic to me. Also there is no sign or anything outside or online saying this information. Makes no sense at all Also, this is not a fancy place at all, just a snobbish mediocre place Como diríamos en mi país: bastante grasa y mersa como para tener semejantes requisitos de admisión

Casino Barcelona, situado justo al lado de la playa. Está bien comunicado con autobuses y dispone de parada de taxis justo delante de la puerta de entrada. El personal del casino es muy amable, atento y profesional. El casino consta de dos plantas, en la planta a pie de calle están situadas las máquinas de azar o tragaperras, mientras que la planta inferior están las mesas de juego de poker, blackjack, ruleta, etc ya sean mesas convencionales o mesas electrónicas. En la planta de abajo está situado el restaurante. Durante el mes de agosto se acostumbra a disputar el torneo de poker más grande de Europa, el European Poker Tour organizado por PokerStars. En él se congregan más de 2000 jugadores de todo el mundo durante las 3 semanas que acostumbra a durar el torneo.

This place provides a comfortable and safe environment to make money in poker. Perhaps gamble a portion of winnings in blackjack. Service is on point compared to other casinos in Portugal and Spain. The security team is wonderful here. Always present but laid back at the same time. Food is a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for here. When order arrived everything was really quite delicious. Steak and asparagus was cooked exactly as ordered. Squid was also done exceptionally well. The outdoor area was perfect place to unwind and mingle. Outdoor bar/restaurant was closed (probably due to covid or winter season). Love the laid back vibe here. Increíblemente cutre, creía que un casino sería un lugar elegante como en las películas, y lo que vi fue un montón de neones horteras multicolor, máquinas con gráficos de PlayStation 2 por todas partes, un grupo de chinos jugando en bañador, camiseta y chancletas de playa (evidentemente no hay ningún filtro en cuanto al vestuario requerido para acceder al interior), unas turistas borrachas que hablaban a gritos y derramaban sus bebidas sobre la moqueta ante la total pasividad del personal del casino, etcétera. Todo era vulgar, cutre y hortera, no se parece en nada a la idea que tenía de un casino, sino que parecía el típico salón de juegos de barrio un poco más grande.

Somos clientes desde 6 años. El dia 25 de Junio 2022, la máquina de los tickets falló y no me devolví 30 Euros. Una semana despues estuve en la caja del Casino con el ticket para que me lo pagan. Me han dicho que ya he sacado el dinero aunque saben muy bien que si la máquina lo paga no devuelve el ticket. Se quedaron con mi dinero! El dia 5 de Noviembre 2023 me ha informado, que la última vez me pagaron en caja 200 Euros más de lo que deberían. Y que el pobre empleado lo tenia que pagar de su bolsillo. Después de 2 semanas me informan de eso. Y que si no lo pago, puede ser que no me dejan entrar más. Yo no tengo que ser solidaria si ellos tampoco lo son!!

I love the city of Barcelona and this is one of the nice casinos I have been to play poker in Europe. There are always some good cash games and interesting tournaments ongoing. The restaurant has a great selection of local "tapas" and some delicious cut of meat. Everything was an excellent experience, the only downside was my failed attempt of getting a taxi or Uber at 3am, which is obviously not the casinos fault. As Barcelona is safe also at night, I opted for the 30' walk home...

One very sick dealer came to my table, he was sniffing his nose all the time, I asked for him to wear a mask and the supervisor said it's not mandatory, but I said that is common sense, anyway, they did nothing, I got up and just stared at the dealer who was wiping his nose to the hand and then just shuffle the cards and spread the chips, this was happening every minute, it was disgusting. I was loosing 6k and I just left. Total disrespect for the customers!

It seems to be bad . But most of machines having control by controller. Many people works as observers they call to someone when you get 1000euros. Once they informed you will not get amount. In slot machines Grand ( big amount of money) get by most of their people. We can't take photos. In proker if you get poker cards, straight, straight flush and big amonunt betting all informed someone in front us only.

I played this machine for a long time and a lot of money. When I heard coins falling and not getting them, again, I asked the staff where my coins where. Then they showed this HIDDEN holes that you don’t see when you play, where part of the coins disappear in! (Some go to “prizes”, but this is hidden from sight while playing and looking from above) Highly misleading you! Never again this casino for me.

This casino is trustworthy, and the electronic roulette bead fell to my point, but the machine did not display and started spinning again. They recorded it on camera and paid me money. Remember to be careful when playing electronic roulette. Sometimes there will be some problems with the machine, please report it to the manager in time. Overall I like it here very much and will come again :)

El lugar es bastante amplio, con varias mesas de ruleta convencional, electrónicas, Black Jack y póker. Hay variedad de traga monedas y el ambiente es agradable.

Para tan grandes instalaciones y la.variedas de máquinas que tiene disponible el único detalle que me gustaría destacar es que hay máquinas que están muy pegadas una de otras y para el jugador resulta un poco desagradable. Por lo demás super , eso sí hay que llevar suficiente plata si quieres pasar un buen rato ahí pues la apuesta minima es de 0,50 en las máquinas.

Parking is expensive, as are drinks, but that comes with the area. Free drinks voucher by showing the ticket downloaded from the casino website. Overall, well worth a visit.

Button straddle is enabled even if some players disagree. This is the only casino on the planet with this policy. There isn't a single poker player worth his money that is willingly sitting down on a table with a button straddle. Also, it's FREEZING COLD on the poker floor, and they can't do anything about it (yes, staff is freezing too).

Stuck me in a room where there was barely any ac in it the whole room is fanning themselves off sweating to death . Meanwhile the other tourney players get to play in well ventilated room with ac blasting . I paid 1100 euro to play in this event . Never in my life have I played tourney in these conditions. A nice casino, restaurant is a bit messy and you can have to wait far too long for the food which comes in different batches, potatoes first then meat can come 15 min later, and the sauce comes when you have finished eating, Total disaster bad reception on mobile phones inside the casino. We visited here all the way from Canada, the location is very nice right next to the beach. Central tourist location so very convenient being so close to other activities around the area. We were new to an international Casino, so make sure to bring your passport as your ID. Very nice atmosphere with a nice restaurant/bar inside.

A little different experience. You NEED your passport to get in. Blackjack was interesting with a video screen in the table to bet. They swap dealers way more often than at home in the US. Lots of locals that didn't know how to play properly. 3 hours later I doubled my money. Took forever to get a drink that was way overpriced!!

Nice brunch place in central Barcelona. Very recommended. I do have had better Egg's Benedicts... Maybe it was cause the salmon was not prime quality. But in total a good place. Very nice staff, great service and good detox juices.
