It's still not opened to public. So timings on this listing should not show as open 24 hrs. That said, it looks beautiful from outside and has the Baku eye, carpet museum and Exhibition center in the vicinity.

Regular tourist place with limited number of stores and number of coffee shops and restaurants (inside and outside) with good sea view. If you are up to shopping you'd better search for other malls.

Great shopping and entertainment place. A lot of vip restaurants in 1st floor and food zone in 4th floor. Also in 5th floor it has great photo zone.
