I had a delivery today from UPS and no one was home to sign the package. It was then attempted here since this laundromat is a UPS Access Point at 11:30 AM ish. My package was refused by the worker in Castle Hill Laundry Station, I spoke with the UPS agent over the phone and was told they did not have enough room to store my package. I did not grant anyone permission to refuse my package, nor did I refuse the package myself. A courtesy phone call would have been fine from either party, but they took the initiative to refused my package without consulting ME, the receiver, is beyond me. Believe the other reviewers here regarding how unorganized this UPS Access Point is. I went to the laundromat at 5 PM hoping it would be there, but I was disappointed. Not once did the worker/owner tell me the package was refused. All they told me was the UPS driver usually drops off the package at around 6 PM.

Drop off service so they called me to let me know there was a issue with my clothes, when i get there apparently my clothes were mixed with another client! She tried to assure me they weren’t washed together & needed me to sort out my clothes. Now she assured me the rest of my clothes that were being packed were all in tact. NO! When i get my home and my husband goes through the bag he kept pulling out another MANS clothes (underwear, tshirts, socks, sweaters) NONE OF my husbands undershirts or underwear’s and socks were there. I call back to see what can be done NOW IM GETTING ATTITUDE FROM THE LADY AND TRYNA AVOID ME FROM SPEAKING TO THE OWNER! Now i have to go to the place and figure out how i can reach the owner!

Only come here because the big machine and they also give free soap. But here’s this these workers in here are super rude they don’t own it and they walk around like do. The little short one has the nastiest attitude she said something because I took the soap myself welll if you were at your station where your suppose to be I wouldn’t have had to. I need to find the energy to go to the other laundry mat up castle hill where it’s cleaner ... cause I find myself sweeping in this one at least my own area anddddd not to mention the washers smell like mildew you think you wanna do something about that.

I have been doing drop off for a while. However, lately my clothes are horrible. I just bought a new sweater and I sent it to be wash and I received it with some parts bleached. The sweater is suppose to be all gray. I been calling multiple times to complain and they pick up the phone and don't answer. I honestly wish I wasn't so busy so I can do it myself. I'm spending like 40 bucks every week and they are doing such a lousy job. I wish management can speak to me because this is unacceptable how people are paying for clothes to be washed and it's coming out damaged.

I like washing here but there is multiple issues and that's machines being out of service specifically one that is the biggest one they have which is the one for $11 and also the dryers doors dont seal well at all they open on their own. They also have a sign saying that if you use dryer for more than 30 mins it will catch on fire which I find disturbing since all machines should be able to be used without having any safety issues.

I have never written a review before but felt the need to for this place. The women here are extremely rude. They catch an attitude when youre asking them a question mind you ITS THEIR JOB !!! They dont even look at you when answering you, they even walk away before knowing if your question is answered. Management needs to get rid of them asap before they continue to lose customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They're always raising their prices, machines are always malfunctioning and God for bid the machine takes your money and the machine doesn't start. They won't refund you. They'll tell you to wait until Wednesday until the "manager" comes in to look at your card. The WORST experience I've ever had.

As far as a UPS access point station. This place sucks.... the lady Carmen doesn’t want to look for the package and gives you an attitude when you tell her UPS tracking says it’s here... even though there getting paid to store packages..it happened to me three times in row and all three times it was there.... terrible...

One star for free soap. One star for the ACTUAL employees being available. The place now subcontracts to an outside laundry service and now the community CUSTOMERS have to wait while they use EVERY washer and EVERY cart. It doesn't matter the day of the week. They're ALWAYS there.

People here are very rude and when asked simple questions they ignore you at first then after a while they answer you with an attitude. There are a bunch of other laundry that you can go to with both better customer service and better prices. Main problem: the employees.

THIS PLACE IS GOOD BUT THEY NEED TO GET RID OF ALL THE WORKERS THEY ARE NASTY, RUDE , AND USE UP ALL THE MACHINES. WHEN ASK CAN I USE ONE DRYER THERE RESPONSE WAS NO I HAVE TO COME BACK WHEN THERE DONE WASHING ALL THERE ORDERS OF CLOTHES SO I WALKED UP PRETTY UPSET

The place is 24/7 and they offer free laundry detergent at certain hours before 11am. To many machines have Out of Order signs on them. I also didn't like the fat guy that worked there who was mean muggin me, but if I really felt some type

The workers have the worst customer service. This location is a UPS access point. I went to drop off a package only for the workers to tell me, drop off service is not til 10a. And that 'SHE' dosen't take heavy packages.

The washers have a mildew smell. You have to check them. Had to throw away a lot of my clothing because I couldn’t get rid of that mildew smell. Washers should be cleaned out every week.

The workers here are very kind. They do a wonderful job and their service is excellent. I enjoy how well they fold my clothes after I do a laundry drop-off, a very inexpensive service.

Everything was decent. But 65% of their drying machine need to be repaired the door doesn't close of the drying machine. It was unconvinced for me. I hope they fix it soon.

The women here are rude, and when you ask them something they give off that don't bother me please look, Just very unperfestional please get it together women.

The best place to wash your clothes and they have a cleaners also ya can't beat that I love them and they are not too far from my house …

It's okay but the workers should give you honest advice about the dryers some of my clothes where still wet and I put it on 30 Mins.

Open 24/7. Have big washing machine great for bedding & rugs & home large washable item. Very clean comfortable convenient .

Always nice and so far I’ve never had an issue with my laundry being serviced there. Staff is nice and place is clean.

The laundromat is clean the staff is very friendly my clothes always come back in good condition higly recommend

I never drop off clothes to them I prefer doing it myself. But they're clean and 24/7 which is great.

Washing machine are very tiny and way too expensive. Also most machine were out of service.
