Very very bad experience buying a kitten here in Cat Exotica.. these people are completely cheating the customers selling the worst quality Ragdoll kittens.. from the day one the kitten is not active a single minute. They gave deworming very next day due to that full vomiting, then the next day diarrhoea. They mentioned me to give Zymopet syrup.. which is not even improved his health. Today i went to Vet doctor, he told the cat has ear infection with 1000s of micro sized mites… also it caught up with some bacterial infection.. we are now treating with some injections and antibiotic medicine.. hopefully he will get better.. But we are the sufferers buying the kitten from these guys.. not even a single call asking how he is till now.. total waste of money.. I dont know how people have given 5 star so far, probably they have their friends and relatives to post the reviews like that.. by seeing that i got completely cheated. If you guys want proof of the medicines i am giving currently here it is. (This is for your reply) I know you will definitely put blame on us.. Customers like me are very new to buying Kittens and we doesn’t know about the health issues just by looking at him once. Vendors like you should have treated him. And about Whiskas gravy wet food.. Doctor himself saying that might cause a one loose stools but this has been confirmed that it had viral infection before we received him.. because we wont have any other pets in the house. Doctor mentioned this as well, for anything happen they just put blame on the customers itself… whatever you say just say i don't mind.. That’s fine.. WRITE YOUR STORIES TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND NOT TO ME.. OR YOU CAN TAG ANYTHING ANYPLACE. TO YOUR HUSBAND WHAT IS THERE TO SPEAK FOR 40 MINUTES? If you take and see the call history it is 10 mins.. i only called him and told the scenario.. after that not even a single call or message from your husband asking about his health. NOW SINCE I PUT 1 STAR RATING HERE.. YOU ARE SUDDENLY CALLING ME AT 12.30AM in the night.. just to enquire about this rating and comments here. Nothing else. After reading the positive reviews, I made the decision to purchase a kitten from a seller named Uzma. She claimed to have a healthy lynx point ragdoll kitten, but when the kitten arrived, it was infested with fleas and displayed behavioral issues. It didn't get along with my other cat, and later, when I tried to register it with FCI, it turned out that the kitten was actually a doll-faced Persian, not a ragdoll as originally claimed. Other breeders confirmed this discrepancy. Due to family circumstances and the kitten's inability to coexist with my other pets, I need to find a new home for it. Unfortunately, Uzma is unresponsive and unwilling to provide a proper explanation. I wanted to share my experience as a cautionary tale for those considering purchasing from her, in the hopes that they won't become victims as well, I’m reposting this again after she threatened me and made me delete it because she accused of me being an animal abuser and that her family members in the so called peta board will take action against me etc if I don’t delete it and that she’d post my identity and etc on Instagram to her followers, at first I was weirded out despite doing nothing wrong, why is accused me of being an animal abuser was due to the fact that I held the kitten a bit tighter because it was going to scratch me and the fact that I bought a baby bed for her to sleep in ( when in fact she does the same so does that make her an animal abuser as well?) I deleted the post because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it not because I was afraid but now she’s refusing to refund the 35,000 I paid ( which I told her she could take the transportation costs and give me the rest because the kitten was here for just a week) she only agrees to a 20,000 refund after alot of back and forth, she was also very much aware of the fact that it was a doll faced persian cat because she told me to let her register through FCI rather than me doing it directly but for some reason thankfully I did it and became aware of this, to anyone trusting google reviews and thinking this cattery is good, please rethink. The 5 star review might be maintained due to the fact that she threatens people to delete any negative reviews. Stay safe everyone.

I had a special requirement, hence met her quite early i.e., 6 months prior as i wanted to gift kittens to my daughter on her birthday. Usma took complete details of my requirement for 2 kittens and as i was particular about one ginger kitten, she dint hesitate nor deny and gave me what i wanted for my daughter and made it possible to give my daughter the best gift of 2 kittens of our particular choice and made my daughter's bday a special memorable bday year for her. I cannot be more thankful from the bottom of my heart usma for making my dream come true to gift my daughter her kittens of choice on her bday and you have seen the video how much worth it was and what great part you have in that. Usma is also very very helpful n available all the time if needed be regarding any help with upbringing of kittens. Infact she herself was expecting her first child soon during my requirement but was just available even during that time to clear any of my q's. Usma's Hubby too was very very helpful in the entire process of our kittens purchase from them. Coming to the quality of the kittens given by Usma , there is no doubt about it as they are first class pedigree breeds and she doesnt compromise on that at any cost. My kittens given were just healthy , playful and beautiful and they remain as such till date without any problems. So if you are looking for purrfect addition to your family in form of kittens/cats of Persian, Siberian, Ragdoll and Himalayan breeds, i highly recommend Cat Exotica as with Usma it can never go wrong as its personal love from them than business oriented minds. We got a beautiful Ragdoll kitten from cat Exotica. We were planning to get a kitten and were searching online, got in touch with some vendors but somehow were not satisfied with their assistance and and the process. At first we searched virtually every cattery in india for a top quality ragdoll, but none of them caught our eye quite like Reggie did, honestly speaking the quality of all the kittens we've gotten from here are beyond expectation. Having imported a siamese recently, there was a clear distinction of quality between the cats bred in india vs abroad, but this cattery literally provides international quality kittens at reasonable prices. The best cattery I've ever experienced. I lost my kittie a month back because of FIP (A deadly viral disease). So, this time I was extremely cautious. I bought two Persian siblings from cat exotica which are very healthy, dewormed, de-parasited and vaccinated. I even had a blood test done for them. They are super healthy. No ticks, no ear mites, no fungus and no viruses I'm extremely happy how uzma takes care of the kitties and the customers.
