The only reason I visit this store is for the shoes because the clothes r ugly old fashioned n not my style. Customer service is rude n disrespectful. Stop watching n running towards the door whenever u c black woman leaving. Check the Chinese chic u got being security it’s not cute.

Cato fashions truly solved my issue. I had a funeral to attend with last minute color preferences. I went to Cato and ALL my needs were met! The prices were great, the selection was perfect and Tracy and her manager was AWESOME! Best customer service ever! Thank you both so much!

I need to exchange a pair of jeans and return a shirt. During the process, I received an important call and felt bad for being on the phone since I don't usually do that. But, the ladies at Cato handled everything wonderfully and quickly and with excellent customer service!

It used to be convenient for us but the new store in Orange Park in the old Walmart off Blanding Blvd is super nice, I love the girls help there..there clothes are perfect for working & going out and Affordable..
