They will make you wait one hour and a half to “test” the product you’d want to sell, you’ll come back and then all of a sudden they’ll tell you to wait again (they don’t test it when they tell you they will, only when they’re ready too)

Unprofessional staff . Product over priced be careful before you buying anything check first online cuz the same product different £40 to £50 in the store more expensive. They wouldn’t let you know .

Bought an item took it home and it was faulty buttons on a mouse not working. Brought it back within 2 hours and they wanted to go through a lengthy testing process before I could straight swap it.

Found the game I was looking for reasonably price. Short wait in the queue. Helpful staff member, found my old account and issued me with a new card. I will be back to trade in games, dvds etc

Last time when I visited here the staff was good but when I visited today the staff was very rude and he didn’t gave me the disc because I was underage I cooperated with him but he was rude
