Great shop and experience! I purchased Mac keyboard which was broken in different CeX store, came here and they gave me a refund so I replaced it and bought another one straight away :) The seller was genuinely helpful. The shop is a great source of all sorts of tech equipment and is great way in helping reducing too much tech waste.

Shocking service. I took my iPhone and iPad last week to CEX to sell. They haven’t bothered to contact me about a final price. I contacted customer support on messenger and he dragged me along for two days while he checked for answers. Waste of time. CEX have my items but I have no money.

Not a good experience with a member of staff. Who has zero interest in his job. No interaction with the public. When I pulled him up on it. Lousy attitude…he was tired was his reply. Dropped off a few bits and returned next day.

Even though we now live in a digital society the joys of spending time browsing DVDs will never leave me and it's practically impossible to find somewhere to do this now so thank you CEX, I love these stores

Went in with son to get some games , he loves older ones/retro so he was in heaven. Staff so nice and helpful. Good range of games , dvds and tech stuff in general . I'll be back

Been here a bunch and love the place just wondering if anyone knows how persice the opening times are I've to drop some stuff in before work to get an estimate.
