Disgraceful. Paid $15 for a wine that was totally undrinkable. A Chardonnay that was orange and tasted awful. Guy wouldn’t even listen to me because the bottle had been opened. How was it that I knew it was off if l hadn’t opened the bottle and tasted it!!! Disgraceful.

Not sure why some people have left negative reviews. This is my local bottle O and my housemate and I have always been greeted with happy and friendly service. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!

Very poor customer service, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Nothing like the Celebrations add on TV. I will never buy from them ever again.

They were about to close their store but they kept open when I called them as it was urgency. Honest and frank people. Love it
