Purchased a bottle of Schweppes soda water, was flat as a tack, just like plain water when opened. Returned to store, was offered a replacement bottle of soda, but again it was flat. I then requested my $3 back, the owner totally refused a refund. If this is the service on offer from celebrations, it will be the last time I make a purchase from this company, very sad to experience such poor customer service.
