I should have listened to the reviews. The staff/pharmacist at this pharmacy are extremely rude. I went in when there weren't any customers in the store and I must have disrupted the two staff member's conversation as they weren’t pleased that I had to ask for help after standing around for 5-10mins. I had an issue with my eye and was looking at getting some eye drops to help soothe my symptoms and the pharmacist (she had dark shoulder length hair) wasn't listening to my symptoms (in fact, she was smirking at my discomfort) and was quick to dismiss me, and palm me off to an optometrist. I had to push back numerous times and ask if there was anything I could take in the meantime as I was still at work before she recommended me eye drops. Even though this place is extremely close to my work, I'd rather walk 10-15mins to another pharmacy where the staff are helpful and know what customer service is. For those looking for a pharmacy in the area, there's a Priceline/Chemist Warehouse on the other side of the station. Never again. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Reply to manager: yes I am definitely certain that this is the pharmacy where I received terrible service. My original comment was posted a while back and at that time, the pharmacist had short brown hair so it has probably grown since then.

Tried to push 'natural' remedies on me. I went in asking for pain relief tablets for a bad back, suggesting Voltaren has worked for me in the past. I got taken straight to the 'natural remedies' section, I think it was Blackmores. I said I'd prefer some evidence-based-actual-medicine. The girl did not seem pleased. She told me about how we all have natural something something in our bodies (I was not listening), and that scientific studies had been done. I said no thanks to any herbal remedies. I was then shown some $40 bottle of 'natural' supplement (magnesium, if I recall correctly). That was on a shelf behind the counter, so I guess must have been the good stuff. I was told this is something that I would take on an ongoing basis. So, $20 a month. I was told that there were 'scientific benefits' to it and that I should 'go and read their website' if I was skeptical. Yes I'm sure that's an unbiased source of information. Will not be returning to this place.

I came by yesterday for some medication for my wife yesterday morning on my way to work, and they happen to have the medicine that my wife needed and have been searchor for a while now. I didn't have the script with me at the time, and so I asked the pharmacist if she could hold off the medication until the afternoon, I gave her my name and number. I came back about 3pm that day with the script under my wife's name. When another Pharmacist came to help me out, the Pharmacist from the morning saw that the medicine I asked her to reserve is being sold to someone else according to script, she then asked the other Pharmacist and told her that it reserved for someone, and that's when she noticed me and told me that she was trying to figure iyt who is getting the medication that I asked her to reserve. True to her word, she reserved it for me and I now have a happy wife. Thank you for your excellent service and word of honour.

Terrible experience from judgemental pharmacists. I suffer from chronic sinusitis due to a dust and mould sensitivity and use pseudoephedrine regularly as this is the only decongestant that I can rely on to work. When I tried to buy this medicine, I was refused sale and lied to that I would need a prescription. I was treated with suspicion and hostility even though I use this medication sparingly and had not purchased any for at least one month. I was told no other chemist would sell me this product based on my sales history. Essentially, I was made to feel like a junkie and turned away without hope. Chemist warehouse Haymarket gave me what I needed promptly and without undue scrutiny. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS OVERPRICED AND UNCARING CHEMIST.

Staff at this pharmacy are amazing very helpful. I went in with on going back pain and the staff offered me anti-inflammatorys and magnesium to help relax the muscles well i can say that they really knew what they were talking about and ny back pain is pretty much gone. I now go to this pharmacy regularly and would highly recommended it to everyone. I also noticed they have started a 1 a month discount on selected lines, absolutely enjoy my visits and am very happy with the whole experience i have had here.

Pharmacist and staff are always friendly and professional. I take a weekly script out and have never once had an issue - the i's are always dotted and the t's crossed, and there is clearly great communication between dispensary and counter staff reducing the need to explain every time the script, unlike larger pharmacies and chains. the staff are helpful and friendly and are always happy to help or answer queries.

We badly needed K-N 95 masks because we were traveling. We were running late and ended up arriving at Centennial Plaza Pharmacy 6:02 pm - 2 minutes after the 6:00 pm closing time. The owner, seeing desperate at the locked front door opened it for us and quickly got us the masks. After paying we weee quickly on our way and very appreciative of her “ going the extra mile” service. Travelers from the US

Rudest, most unhelpful pharmacist I have ever encountered. I was simply questioning when I should be taking an over the counter med and she refused to listen to concerns and just spoke to me as if i was an idiot. Im in shock over how awful she was. It was totally unreal. Msg to pharmacist: why dont you get a job where no member of the public has to be exposed to your disgusting attitude.

Horrifically Rude Staff If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Despite my rather desperate need for some sort of dry cough medicine I would rather cough up a lung than spend any more time with these horrific women. Reading some of the reviews, I feel some are unjust. Like the pharmacy closing at 6? that's the closing time..weird they are open 7.30-6pm, how much longer do you want them to stay open? I was there today for stomachache, trying to buy some medicine for stomache. However, suddenly I feel like puking and puked. The pharmacist there was really sweet and kind, help pulling my hair while I was puking. She also offered great advices and gave me some medicines that soothe me. Top service always. I get all of my scripts filled here because it’s closest to my office and the pharmacists have flagged potential bad interactions with my regular meds and other over the counter medications that no other pharmacist has. Endlessly grateful to this team and the care they show me for my many ailments.

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve been to, the staff are always nothing but friendly and accomodating and very knowledgeable on both chemical and holistic approaches to medicine. Highly recommend to anyone needing a good quality pharmacy with above average expectations of staff, they really are the best.

Expensive. They sold a prescription drug at $21 after i told them that i usually bought at less than $10, the best they can do is $17 under private pricing, whatever that means. Anyway, i went to Chemist warehouse and got the medicine for $7.50. How could the price difference be so huge? I am speechless.

Wow so this place is convenient and ever so quick but friendly and efficient, and I mean efficient (had the script ready to go before I could walk over to the counter… Brilliant! Not to mention the friendly personalised service! Looks like I’ve found my pharmacist for life!

The pharmacist on duty is very rude, dismissive and judgemental, the staff are no better, the girl behind the counter acted and looked like she wished she was somewhere else and having to serve customers was a huge inconvenience. Only go here if you have to

My wife bought an umbrella at this place. Changed our mind and decided to return (umbrella was 100% unused). Staff declined. Great customer service (sarcasm just in case it wasn't obvious). Didn't bother with fairtrading but try to avoid this place

Basically your friendly neighbourhood chemist. They remember my name and meds without having to look it up. Always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this business, because why wouldn’t you shop at a place run by great humans.

I called yesterday for something to be mailed to me in country NSW. The lady I spoke to was really helpful and today, less than 24 hours later, I have received my items. I really appreciate this efficient and friendly service.
