I was interested in making a appointment here for me and my wife but that quickly changed when they told me I had to wait a whole month. I asked about what was covered under my insurance they told me they will call me back they never did. I consider it okay since is been a while I figured I could wait and finally get my teeth looked at. A month passes by I'm looking forward to my appointment that was made Saturday. I finally get the phone call to confirm my appointment 1 month later. I confirm my appointment while also asking what is covered again, I find out only 80% is covered for the deep cleaning, afterward she states that doctor leaves early Saturday I was never told this. I was interested in a deep cleaning. She tells me Saturday they don't do much of anything. I'm consider a new patient not a routine follow up why would I come to a visit that is consider quick check up. She also stated I probably wouldn't get cleaning done that day since is a Saturday and the doctors leave early. Is important let the patient know about Saturdays before scheduling them. I ask for another appointment date she wants to schedule me another month waiting period. I'm strong believer in communication there wasn't any here. Unprofessional.

I had a really great experience with Centra Dental. Upon arriving the staff greeted me with a warm welcome at the door. They were polite, sociable and actually made me feel as if I was at home hanging out with friends. They were also punctual with my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early because I knew I'd probably be doing some paperwork. It took me just 5 minutes to fill out the new patient forms and as soon as I was done they sent me in to see Dr. Nguyen. That was probably the biggest shock...actually starting my appointment on time. Every dental and doctor's visit I've ever experienced prior to Centra has taken longer than expected. I'm a very punctual person and waiting around, wasting time is a huge pet peeve. The office itself was clean and tidy, another big plus in my book. And Dr.Nguyen couldn't have been more pleasant. I can tell she is quite skilled and knowledgeable in her practice, which is important to me because I like to feel safe and that I can trust my dentist entirely. All in all the visit was one of the best I've ever had and I'll definitely be coming back to Centra.

Centra has been in the area a long time and I'm really kicking myself for not checking it out sooner. The office is cozy and clean with what seems to be newer updated equipment. The staff is friendly and inviting unlike other dental clinics I've been to where they're rushing you out the door before you even set foot on the welcome mat. Dr. Nguyen was especially sincere with a candor that's rare to come across these days. She made sure I was completely comfortable and she was attentive when I addressed my concerns about my teeth. One thing I found quite surprising was the way children behaved in the clinic in that they actually behaved! They had toys in the lobby and tv's in the rooms playing children's movies to keep them preoccupied during their procedures. It just goes to show the thoughtfulness they put into their practice. I'm really pleased with Centra and their service and they will definitely be taking care of my pearly whites from now on.

I brought my mom here for the 5 star reviews. They did not disappoint! First off, my mother's English is not the best, every assistant there spoke Spanish and so did her dentist. I could not go in there with her and I hoped for the best. She came back telling me how wonderful and kind they were to her, the Dentist and every staff member she came across. That's the best part is the way they treated her. They even went out of their way to find her a closer appointment date since she is from out of town. They called me to follow up with everything. As I waited outside I saw Dr. Nguyen pick up trash from the parking lot. That says a lot to me about her character! My mom also said it was incredibly clean in there. They take sanitizing very serious. So glad I came here. I'll recommend anyone I can!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are top notch and very professional. The waiting time is quick and the girls are great at taking pictures. I always hate taking X-rays because they hurt but the dental assistants are very gentle. They have the state of the art equipment. I came I with my mom In law and baby and they were so accommodating to the both of us with the little one. We were able to get our teeth cleaned and exams done within a reasonable time frame. Dr. Natasha Perschke is an absolute angel! She and her staff provide stellar dental care! I started coming to this location about 2.5 years ago for sheer convenience because her previous location (near Chimney Rock) was very close to home but have stayed a loyal customer because of Dr. Perschke! She treats my kids and me like family. My kids don’t dread going to the dentist and look forward to their appointment. Her entire staff are super sweet and gentle. They always accommodate my appointments and are very flexible which I love because of my busy work schedule! I recommend Dr. Perschke for all your dental needs (kids and adults)!

The office is extremely kid friendly. My son's appointment was at 9am. He was seen immediately after I filled out the first time registration paperwork. The doctor was very informative and loves children. My child could not stop screaming of laughter his whole visit. Before leaving, my son was given toys, a balloon, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and stickers. Can't wait till his 10 month check up. Oh, and I was also entered into multiple raffles and I received a gift card to Starbucks!!!!! The people of the office definitely know how to put a smile on patient's faces!

I went to Centra the other day for a routine checkup and cleaning before the holiday season. The office looked very elegant and clean when I walked in, which is always welcoming. I arrived a little bit early, but it was nice being able to watch TV while waiting for the dentist. The doctor was kind and staff was courteous throughout my time there. I know everyone is scared of the dentist and that stigma will probably never go away, but she was great and I didn’t feel any pain what so ever. I think I may have found my new dentist!

This is truely the best dental office in Houston . The staff is very professional and friendly. The entire office is very clean , and looks very modern in terms of the enterior design. You as a parent are able to accompany your child during his/her dental procedure. The dental instruments are sterilized and only removed out of the sterilization bag just prior to the procedure being done . The dental assistants know proper glove sterilization technique. All in all your going to have a great experience going to this office.

I took my 6 month old today for her first dental check-up. As a new patient, I felt that Centra Dental has VERY nice and friendly staff. It was a quick visit, and I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room. My daughter was born with teeth, and the Dentist was able to give me information after the x-rays were taken, that the teeth she was born with are most likely her baby teeth, & are really loose. I have been going to Centra Dental for over 3 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. As soon as you step into the building, you will be greeted with a friendly smile from the staff. Their appointment system works great, I love showing up at the office and not having to wait long to be seen. Dr. Perschke is very knowledgeable, she does a very good job of explaining what the issues are, and which are the best treatment options. She treats all her patients with care. I've been need a cleaning for quite some time, but didn't get to schedule anything because of COVID. I finally got the courage to make an appointment with Dr. Nguyen and let me know tell you, her office was the cleanest! I think they had the best procedures on ensuring their patients that they will be safe from COVID - from entering the office, giving us shoe covers, taking your temperature, and oxygen levels. If anyone else is scared to see the dentist during these times, I would definitely recommend Centra.

This dental office is awesome! Right when you walk in, the lobby area has entertainment for kids and you fill out your paperwork on an iPad! So very tech savvy/efficient & environmentally friendly. Dr. Nguyen has helped me straighten out my teeth with braces! I had an underbite and now it’s all fixed! She’s very easy to talk to, and she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend this practice. They accept all types of insurances as well, so don’t hesistate to call & check if they accept yours!

Dr. Kathy Nguyen and staff are awesome. They’re very good with my little girls. They were always scared of the previous dental experiences, but the staff treat them like responsible little patients. Great dental office! I've been going here for 2 years and I never dread going to the dentist anymore! They are gentile with teeth cleaning and once I had a cavity filled and I didn't feel a thing! Not even the needle! Front staff is nice and helpful. Haven't had any issues with insurance billing or paperwork. The entire dental office is tidy, neat, and clean, which tells me that their utensils/tools are also clean!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dental services!

I've been looking for a dentist that was close to my work, Dr. Nguyen was recommended to me by a co-worker. First thing I noticed was how clean and modern the office looked. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered me refreshments which made me feel really welcomed. My wait time was less than 10 mins after stepping inside, definite plus when it comes to any medical visit. The fees were My overall experience was awesome and I definitely will be coming back!

I came to Centra Dental due to a dental emergency and I will def come back for future services. The office was clean and all necessary precautions (due to covid) were taken to make me feel comfortable about my appointment. Dr Natasha was very nice and informative about helping me understand my options. She even asked Dr. Kathy to come give me her professional opinion as well. Incredible experience from start to finish. As nervous as I am during the height of the pandemic, Centra Dental took extra measures to ensure the safety of their staff and patients. From waiting in the car to the staff in full head to toe PPE and sanitizing station every where you turn. Overall, I felt safe going in for my treatment. Let's be honest, we all hate the dentist. This office is the picture of COVID-19 adaptability. They have installed air filters and suction vents in each operatory. The staff (although what looks to be hot and uncomfortable) stays in their protection equipment throughout the visit. The doctors are knowledgable and patient. My sons are a handful, but the staff at Centra treated them like family. Great place, highly recommended.

I just finished getting a cleaning. I had very bad stains and needed ALOT of work. My prior experience was that the dentist and hygienist are so busy that they sorta rush you out. Centra takes their time and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They are very patient. They also used a small tool to clean my crowded teeth that I had not experienced before. I LOVE this place. Great staff. Great timing. The tablets in the reception area were a great help to keep the kids calm. Also the kids receive a price at the end wich definitely leaves them wanting to come back. The staff is very nice and they always greet you with a smile. While waiting they always put movies and up to date movies! The moment u walk in the office it smells good and clean. And they also have wifi ☺

Great office, Dr.Nguyen is very nice and so is the staff, I got appointment the very next day I called even though and did not have to wait around for hours after unlike my previous dentist! 10/10
