False advertising and terrible service. They've a big sign advertising €3 chicken rolls. The server ignored two paying customers so she could do some busy work. When she eventually acknowledged us she said in a rude tone "There are no €3 rolls." I point to the sign, she says "That's wrong". No apology, no courtesy, she didn't go take the sign down, just stood there as if I had ruined her day by daring to enter the shop. It was disgraceful.

Good Shop for getting essentials Groceries coming up towards Christmas & at related times. I don’t know of any other Grocery Shops that you can get (good) Coffee, Sugar, Cereal, Milk, Bread & similar necessary food in a walk in manner after 11:00pm - when ‘all the Petrol Stations close’ - for a fair price. No, I won’t drive into town after Midnight to buy Milk & Bread. Why not 5*? A little expensive to get 5/5.

I have been here multiple times to buy chicken fillet rolls, and the female attendant is so rude! Never a hello or how are you.. Every time she appears put out and seems annoyed she has to make a sandwich, then just slaps it all together without a care in the world. Never a thank you or a good bye.

Deli woman doesn't even speak English. Got my wrap order completely wrong and I just had to accept it as she doesn't understand anything. "I didn't even ask for lettuce" was responded to by random muttering in her native eastern european language. Useless kip.

Extremely rude staff and are false advertising as well. Went in to get a 3 euro chicken role which is currently being advertised with a big sign in the window only to be told by the deli lady that this is not an offer they have. Worst run centra I've been to.

The attendant is very rude, I often go to the store, she always keeps customers waiting while she replenishes the products, she doesn't even have the education to say sorry. You can say good morning and thank you to her, but she never replys.

The Manager of this shop is consistently offensive and disrespectful towards her customers and employees, one example consisting of when she hurled uneccesary abuse towards a sales assistant for allowing my Mother to use the shop toilet.

Very rude staff. Went in to top up my leap card before work and only had a ripped but still intact fiver note and got threatened to pay double next time cause of it. I'd never treat a customer the way I was treated and talked down to.

This place is a shame for CENTRA brand LoL. Staff is a joke, I have decided not to buy coffee and not to buy anything from Deli after 5 minutes short experience with the staff …
