I recently visited the Central Bank of India, CG Road Branch, Ahmedabad to deposit a cheque. Unfortunately, the deposit slip was not available where it should have been, and when I approached a bank employee(a Lady) for assistance, I was told to wait. After a prolonged wait, I inquired again and requested a stamp on the deposit slip as proof of my transaction. To my surprise, the bank employee refused, citing a lack of staff and excessive workload. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. The behavior exhibited was unprofessional, untruthful, and quite drastic. Customer service was nonexistent, and it's disheartening to encounter such a level of service from a banking institution. I hope the management takes notice of such instances and takes corrective measures to improve customer satisfaction. A transparent and customer-friendly approach is crucial for maintaining trust in a banking relationship.

I came here from 8 kms away bank is open but denied for just passbook entry and withdrawals I reached here at 4:55 pm... Rude bank staff... Rude behavior... Asking that banking is till 4:00 pm only.. I said online it's showing till 5:30 and you are open also... Pl. Help me.. but they are not supportive....poor govt.. official behavior....

Its a bank where you can easily go and come with no problem of your parking and you can easily go in your bank and do the work easily with no tension of any problem its safe and secure bank as others have so finding best bank in your area then central bank is good to save your account Thanks Regards Cheet Raval :)

Worst cheif manager and worst staff,who comes at home for EMI,I never ever seen in my life that branch bank personally along with staff/employees go to loan holder home and ask for EMI and dues.so really I am completely dissatisfied and upset.

Full time pass. No one works here, they make me and my father come to the bank for three times just to close an account and still not sure whether it is going to close or not.
