What a pleasant experience! I suspected this would be a great place by the time I called to get an appointment. The costumer service is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and professional. My hair was done by Stephanie, and she it top! It was my first time today, and I came to fix my yellow highlights tone and get a haircut. Absolutely loved the result. They are punctual, which I absolutely appreciate, and pay really attention to what is asked. The place is conveniently located inside the Central Station DH, it’s beautifully decorated, super clean, elegant and cozy! Also super convenient, is the fact they have a nail stylist. I did not have my nails done today, but checked Lydia’s work, and she is Fab!! I will probably redo my shellac when I return for highlights. Yep... Will definitely come back!

I will post this again, since my experience was censored. I chose this hairsalon based on its great reviews, but unfortunately I had an awful experience here! Before getting to the hairsalon I called in to let them know I will be arriving late and I was assured on the phone that it wouldn't be a problem. However, once I arrived I was "welcomed" by a woman with an angry face and a passive-aggressive attitude. Not only did she refuse to provide the full service, she was also very careless throughout, took no time to properly wash my hair but still managed to scratch my scalp with her long nails and was very rough during the blowdry. Needless to say i felt extremely uncomfortable up until the end and am still in disbelief at the unacceptable customer service!! Do better!

Bij Victor mijn haren laten knippen. Hij heeft echt zijn best gedaan met knippen en pöhnen maar helaas niet het resultaat wat ik wilde. Ik wilde mijn lengte graag behouden en mijn haar in lange lagen met mijn punten uitgedund hebben. Nu heb ik nog meer korte plukken en lagen in mijn haar waardoor de punten alle kanten op steken. Uiteindelijk heeft hij teveel vd lengte van mijn lagen afgeknipt en is mijn haar nog korter dan t was. Voor mij zit er nu niks anders op dan het in een staart te dragen en het weer te laten groeien. Ondanks zijn inzet voor mij geen positieve resultaat.

I had such a good experience at Central Hair Salon. Victor understood all of my demands and how to achieve the result I wished for with my type of hair. Not only does it look good now but I can already tell that it will grow very nicely and I look forward to seeing the result in a few weeks from now too. I have been struggling to find a good hair salon since moving to the NL but this is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. When Eva opened her salon it was near my office, so I figured I would try it out since it was so convenient for me. I am very picky and had not been able to find someone to cut my hair in Den Haag that I felt like I could patronize regularly. But she did such a great job that I continue to go back regularly and also she now cuts my wife's and daughter's hair. She takes her time, is very professional, and always fun to chat with. I went to this salon because I read a lot og good things about a man called Victor. My daughter has curly hair and she wanted to have a wolfcut. I thought it woud not be that possible but i saw the review and i went there any way. Victor is really very professional hairdresser. The moment i told him what we wanted he understood it immediately and he delivered above our expectations! My daughter was very happy and of course as a mother what do you want more? Anything you’d expect in a salon, the central hair salon has it. Highly competent and friendly staff, great prices, located right at the central station of den Haag, it can’t get any better than that. Victor is very attentive, precise and comes with unique suggestions for the hair colour and styling. I am always happy with the final outcome. Eva and other staff are very flexible with appointments and do their best to accommodate customers schedules. It is easily the best salon in the den Haag; I highly recommend it .

First time I visited the salon for a redo of my bob haircut. I was welcomed by Mariana, who first inquired of my wishes, then took me for a wash, super quick and precise cut, then the blowdry.. my hair has never been so straight just from a blowdry! I paid €78 for all of it, which is a bit pricy, but for my very thick and dry hair, and how relaxed I felt, it was totally worth it. Definitely recommend! It was very difficult and a lot of painful experience finding good hairdresser. Anfisa is super!! She is very professional hairdresser. I brought a picture with me, she cut my hair the way l expected. More then that she gave many advises how to take care of my hair. One month passed already and l still get compliments about my hair. THE BEST! I went to the salon to get some highlights/balayage with Stephanie and I can only say great things about the whole experience and results! This is my first google review and it’s only because it was such a nice experience going to Eva for my color and highlights. She is incredibly professional and she did an amazing job with my hair. But what I was most impressed with was how wonderful and personal she made the whole salon experience. Going to her salon is like spending the afternoon with your best friend at the spa. Got my hair done by Anfisa. Airtouch and a haircut. I am very grateful to her for the work. It is very difficult to find a real expert colorist who will both advise and bring your idea to life. My hair tends to turn orange when bleached and have grey roots. Anfisa dyed them the way I always wanted, masking imperfections and emphasizing the beauty. I was also pleased with the location of the salon, the cheerful Christmas atmosphere and delicious coffee. 5 stars.

Visited once by an occasion and now I am a loyal customer of this hair salon. I do men haircuts from Victor and am always happy with the result. He is ready to suggest the best option of haircut for you and he is a true professional, a real hairdresser, not like those guys in the barber shop. As well as it is really easy to make an appointment through their website. The price is moderate and I highly recommend this salon and Victor's services especially.

Mariana does gorgeous, innovative color and cuts. I honestly don't feel like I need to ask for specifics anymore besides "please color my roots", because I know she'll suggest something perfect (and I always agree). I know I'll walk out looking like "me, but better" every time! The location is really convenient, and it's fun to sit while my color sets in and watch the people go by in the station below (those people can't really see you - I've checked).

My complaint was about the price, you will be asked something when you are making an appointment then you will be asked to pay more!!! I am not happy with the fact that you can't expect how much you are going to pay!!! I’m very happy with the salon and especially with Anfisa. I came with blond hair and she returned me back to my natural hair color in 1,5 hours. She also gave me lots of advice on how to keep the color till next appointment and made an excellent haircut. Next appointment was as much as good as the first one. Atmosphere at this salon is very comfy and relaxing. Location is very convenient.

I had a great experience having my highlights and haircut done by Victor. Beautiful result and easy communication. On top of that, Victor was understanding and helpful when it turned out that I left my debit card at home. He arranged for me to make a bank transfer, avoiding me having to go home to look for the card. The salon is also beautiful and very comfy.

I can fairly say that they are nice and treat you well while you are there, they can cut hair, yes, but not as exactly as you want. Their level of experience doesn't come across as professional, possibly because of their fancy place and high prices. It's kinda misleading, making you think that all professionals work here.
