I have had an assessment in the long COVID clinic today and I can't speak highly enough about the Staff in this Hospital. I have never been, never even knew it existed and from West Ealing I decided to go to Acton Mainline Station and travel on the 260 for 4 stops. The bus actually leaves from pretty much outside the Station and the stop outside Asda is across the street from the Hospital. The area around Park Royal is quite depressing in all fairness, all industrial estates have that sad look, hardly anyone walking around, loads of traffic, dust and smoke. The Hospital doesn't have an A&E dept and it's not signposted at all until you almost bumped into it , it wasn't easy to find it but City Mapper is a great app and I would be lost without it. The main entrance is very spacious, there are advantages to having glass building and it was a good idea to have so much light going in, I expect it makes it a good place to work and patients can see the sky without having to walk very far. I didn't take any photos but the corridors and waiting areas were clean and well kept, there were racks with leaflets and posters with useful information, plenty of seats and a good system of registering patients presence as they attended. I checked in and after less than 10 minutes a nice Nurse called me to take my BP and details and as soon as that was done I was met by the Physiotherapist for the start of my consultation. She was absolutely lovely, she explained everything that was going to happen and I didn't have to ask any questions because she even gave me an estimate of how long I was going to be in the Clinic. She was calm and polite, so respectful and immensely empathetic, I had a hard story to tell and she was listening to it not just like a Clinician but as someone who really cared. She never interrupted me to say that I was taking too long, never made any out of place remarks and treated me with dignity and respect. She was careful to type everything I was saying because she didn't want me to have to repeat myself and getting further distressed which I thought was very compassionate. She offered several pages of coping strategies which I actually didn't know about, not the usual common sense advice anybody can give you. After a long session with her I was seen by a Psychologist, a kind, down to earth woman really concerned with my welfare , made aware of the conversation I just had with the Physiotherapist so nothing had to be repeated and my interaction was only going forward. The third Clinician was also extremely kind and prepared, someone who knew about symptoms, pain, illness and everything that COVID entails. My medical history was reviewed, discussed and my care plan laid out, agreed, explained and set in motion. First time in three years that someone truly asked me how I am and wanted to hear the answer. It was an emotional morning, everyone looked after me, the Nurse checked if I was okay, if I needed anything, reassured me, comforted me. I have had to wait for six months, which by NGS standards is nothing in fairness and yet EVERYONE apologised for my having to deal with my health issues on my own, without the support they were adamant I should have had. What an amazing Team of professional, caring, empathetic human beings! If anyone has been referred to this Clinic and they are waiting to be seen please sit tight and rest assured that you matter. If anyone is struggling with post COVID symptoms ring your GP today and demand to be referred so you can start your healing journey!!

Doctor at Urgent Care Centre is a joke. Currently on day 8 of not being able to sleep due to pain in my left leg caused by sciatica. Back pain is gone but I have been in agony with pain in my left leg. I haven't been able to sit for more than 2 mins at a time for 8 days now as sitting exacerbate pain in my leg. Lying down also puts pressure on the nerve that it cause pain preventing me from going to sleep. I have been operating on approx. 1 to 2 hours sleep a day which are pretty much comprised of 5 minutes of micro sleep here and there as I am exhausted and I struggle to stay awake but quickly awaken when a slightest of movement shoots pain through my leg that I wake up. I am also struggling to get dressed myself especially on lower half of my body. Pain is intense enough that I am unable to focus on anything else which is affecting my work as well. Went to another urgent care on Sunday who prescribed me painkillers which does not seem to work for me so I would like to be out on another one. It is also day 23 of taking ibuprofen which you're not meant to do according to instructions in a packet of ibuprofen. I need better way to manage the pain so that is why I went to Urgent Care Centre at Central Middlesex Hospital. The initial assessment went well and that is why I rated it 2 stars but when I finally got seem by the doctor it felt like they did not understand how much of the pain I am in and suggested the usual remedy for sciatica related problems such as correcting my posture. This is something I have already been working on over the past few years. What I need now is to get my medication reviewed and possibly put me on another painkiller, something to help me sleep through the night, some sort of test to identify the root cause of the problem. Well there was no question from the doctor about my condition, he didn't understand how much pain I am currently in, pins and needles down my leg which the physio I saw last week stated I should go to hospital should this symptom appear, no test to check my current level of mobility which is severely limited. All in all I am highly disappointed with the treatment I received. I am seriously considering self medicating with booze or whatever the local drug dealers have. Pain is unbearable and I really need help managing my pain and I really need to sleep.

Had a day surgery in this hospital - the service couldn’t be better: professional and safe. Pre-op assessment was 30 mins telephone consultation followed by in-person tests. 3 days before surgery I had a pcr covid test, and plenty of information in weiting of how to isolate and prepare for the procedure. On the day of the surgery I was met at the B block entrance, and led to my ward & bed. Each of us had one nurse allocated - I was given a call button in case I needed help, but the nurse predicted all my needs, so I never had to press the button! The surgeon and the anaestetics doctor came separately to talk the procedure through with me, and answered all my questions. After the surgery, I was given plenty of drink and, when ready, food. The nurse checked on me regularly to see if I was rready to be escorted to the toilet; I needed my “waterworks” get going, before I couldbe discharged. But not for a minute I was rushed to do anything. Again, plenty of information was given about follow up care, the first of which was a phone call next morning to check on my condition. The only weakness of the hospital ward was their postal correspondance, letters about appointments came late, but telephone access was good and I got the necessary information on time. Perhaps they could use text messaging as well, to get appointment times out quickly. However, I am very satisfied overall, and grateful for the high quality care I received: I felt safe and in good hands, which I wasn’t always able to say about my (numerous) encounters with hospitals in North-West London.

After waiting a few hours to see a doctor, I did a few necessary tests but I didn’t even have a blood test and the doctor told me I should have been sent to A&E. The doctor was nice but then a nurse came to do a cardiograph. I don’t even have the words to describe the situation. She didn’t even say hi, she was shocked to see my chest and my tattoo which made me uncomfortable….she didn’t put the stickers in the right place, she asked me why I didn’t come earlier if I had symptoms for a few day, she grabbed my arm and told me not to move. Then she wasn’t sure how to use the machine for the test and started tapping on it, swearing. Then when it printed she just left without saying anything, she ripped the result papers and binned them, and didn’t even remove the stickers off my chest. I had rarely seen someone being that rude in a medical environment. I was just alone in there and didn’t know what to do next. When the doctor came back I explained the situation, he apologised and another nurse came to do the test again, replacing the stickers and actually showing me the results. The behaviour of the first nurse shouldn’t be allowed in places like hospitals where people can be stressed. Her attitude made me loose hope in hospitality especially after waiting that long. They need to find nurses that actually have empathy and like their jobs. It can affect people more then they expect. Hospitals should be a place where patient should feel free and confident to talk and be themselves.

Sadly waited about 8 months for an appointment due to carpal tunnel syndrome ( I have suffered for over 2 years) I cannot sleep at night and I find it difficult to work ( I’m a builder) I have no strength left in my hands and am in constant pain but I waited the 8 months for the consultant. Today was finally the day. And after waiting over 2 hours ( 1and 1/2 hours past my appointment time) I get told it’s another 90 mins at the earliest and that there was 7 people ahead of me. Now in the 2 hours I was there they only saw 3 people. So basic maths tell you it’s going to be a long wait inc the doctor going to lunch. Now this is unacceptable. I had meetings in the afternoon with councils so I could not stay there all day. Why have an appointment if they are not going to stick roughly to them. Turns out there was no doctors Now I pay my taxes and feel I am entitled to treatment when required. Why should I be in pain for over 2 years? I tried to speak to the reception but they had zero interest and just gave me pamphlets on how to complain and sent me away. Needless to say after such a long wait I didn’t even get to see the consultant. This is a disgrace. Clap for the NHS? Not a chance anymore as they do not care about us the people in pain

BEWARE- DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL AS THEY ONLY EVER HAVE ONE DOCTOR IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING! This is hands down THE worst hospital I have ever encountered.. I once saw someone having a literal HEART ATTACK being made to recite his Lithuanian name over and over, agonisingly slowly.. the poor man barely spoke English! That really was the single worst thing I've ever seen in any hospital in my entire life. It was so hard to watch. I arrived 3 hours early and was STILL told I would have to be sent somewhere else as they closed at midnight - even if I COULDNT BREATHE PROPERLY.... I told the nurse I simply couldn't go to another hospital as I don't have the means to and I am struggling to breathe. Still got told a simple "goodbye". The receptionists are mostly rude as hell which is a totally inappropriate way to handle sick and injured people who are in pain. I will be making a report of these guys for medical negligence.

UPDATE: The original date of the operation was 20th April but 2-3 days after my pre-assessment I received a phone call saying there is a chance to do my operation earlier on 5th April. Great service, I accepted the opportunity. On the operation date, all of the staff members including nurses and doctors were very professional, helpful and friendly, they do their best during the whole procedure. I am extremely grateful for the quality service which was provided by Central Middlesex Hospital. I give them 5 stars again. :) Modern building with state-of-the-art facilities. Nice and helpful nurses and doctors with a good sense of humor. I arrived almost an hour before my appointment but after some minutes my assessment started. It was a smooth procedure and I finished before my original appointment. Thank you for the staff members especially for those who dealt with me today very professionally. :)

I’ve been to a lot of hospitals in my time but the Urgent Care centre here has been by far the best. I’ve unfortunately had to visit twice this year and both time the waiting room was warm and comfortable (as far as hospital can go) with a vending machine and water available which is a really luxury in places like this. I was seen quickly and every staff member there spoke to me with compassion and respect. They answered all the questions I had to the best of their ability. I wasn’t spoken down to or treated as though I’m an idiot. The diagnosis, medicine and the treatment I was being prescribed was all clearly explained to me. So over all. Brilliant practice. Would highly recommend if your in the unfortunate situation of needing to visit.

  • Amin Zribi

The A and E is brand new, and never gets overcrowded but the waiting time is crazy, also if you made a 111 call by phone you will see a doctor before the someone who has been waiting there for more than 2 hours. There seems to be a lack in doctors, maybe 1 doctor for the A and E literally no more. I definitely would not recommend this hospital for A and E. Its not how it used to be if your going there to see a doctor urgently it will take you around 3 hours. So take your sleeping bag with you. Also if its something serious you will be transferred to a different hospital because its A and E sort off fake it doesnt do serious problems. Go to a proper main hospital instead of this one definitely.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The receptionist and nurse were nice and helpful. But I did not expect the doctor of ALL people to be the absolute RUDEST person I have ever come across in my life. NO people skills whatsoever. I asked her a simple question of when would I be seen, she barely looked at me when she replied saying 'this is not the place you ask these questions, go ask the nurse or receptionist' then slammed the door in my face. DISGUSTING. I only wish I caught her name, but she was a short older black lady with auburn dyed hair. I HOPE you get sanctioned because of your VULGAR attitude, get another job so that your face can display some sort of emotion.

  • Monica Kapoor

Absolutely brilliant staff. Needed to visit the urgent care last night (17/10/18). I was told that the waiting time to see the nurse was 20 minutes and 3hrs to see the doctor. Nurse ( i think Ms Prasad) called me within 5 minutes and then looking at my bad state she immediately sent me to the doctor. So i was attended within 10 minutes. Both doctor and nurse were like God sent. I wish I had taken the name of the doctor so that I could thank him here! The speed and compassion with which I was attended by the staff is commendable. The doctor was under extreme pressure but was still calm and smiling! Thanks a lot to you both!

  • Meix Mu

Very bad experience. The emergency doctor didn't listen to people and put her pressure on me. She also said that I told her my condition really put pressure on her. Later, I apologized to her and stopped telling her about my condition. She kept repeating to me how busy she was and how many patients she saw this day. When I was in a very bad mood because I have some mental health problems, she blamed me and said that she had seen thousands of foreign patients and they all could deal with their own problems. I want to say that although I haven't been here long, I also saw several doctors, none of whom was as rude as her.

  • Sophie K

I had such a terrible experience in this hospital! I had two nurses who were extremely rude to me after having surgery she came to argue with me because I told one of the doctors she didn’t give me my medication. I had to have an overnight stay and I wish I never did due to what I experienced. I have never experienced such terrible experience. Another nurse told me they are short of staff which is why she couldn’t help me I had my mouth bleeding due to having to shout for help I have tried calling there offices to leave a complaint and I can’t even get through. You should be appalled with treating patients like this!!

  • Paula

Urology department. Waiting time over an hour and it is not accidental, happened twice. Seems overstaffed by people who actually aren't able to provide relevant information to patients. During my first visit the doc was asking me what seems to be the problem as there is no record / report on the system, such a waste of time. Being scanned for the second time but who cares its taxpayers money. No respect towards patients' time, no heads up about delays, no proper information, you just gotta wait, it's free so what do you expect and and pay for the parking! £2.5 per hour. Disappointing experience!

  • Daffodil L

I’ve been referred for a lumbar MRI. Patient transport has been arranged through my GP (after some fight for it). The Ambulance driver Adam was very helpful and kind. Everyone at the MRI department the same. This was the first time someone took my problem seriously and as soon as they’ve been informed that the wait for my transport back home would be hours they arranged me a taxi as they know that I am not able to sit on those chairs for long. Without even asking for it. So thank you so much.

  • Lusine Inman

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! We had the most terrible experience. My daughter was diagnosed with Strep A by doctor from 111 and who sent us to Central Middlesex Hospital. We were waiting from 10.40 in the morning for 6 hours!! Their nasty and unprofessional nurse was very rude to us. The waiting area is absolutely freezing with 0 degree outside the doors are open for most of the time. We gave up after 6 hours when my daughter was freezing and shaking in need of antibiotics..

  • Zenab Tawfik

I would like to thank Mohammed at the CT scan department for all his help and support with my appointment. He went the extra mile and is an asset to the NHS and to Central Middlesex Hospital. I am forever thankful for his help and also the kindness that the receptionist on the 19th morning, at the CT scan department showed me. He was also very helpful and supportive with my matter. You are both great examples of our NHS and are absolutely wonderful humans.

  • Hussain Al Kamali

Worst experience of my life. I had an appointment I had been waiting for two years and while I was in my dressing gown they cancelled my operation and then lied on my discharge form and threw me out. Very rasict staff and very disrespectful. The phone rang at least twenty times and the staff would rather talk about a barbeque than pick it up. I feel sorry for people being forced to use their services. Horrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars

  • Shanice

Arrived at 8 to urgent care. 1 Dr and 1 nurse wait is around 4-6 hrs. Patients are seen in priority of sickness which I get but also v frustrating given the limited/lack there of medical professionals. I ended up leaving and went to Queen Mary in Paddington waited 1hr30 saw a nurse and then ENT Dr received treatment in under 3hrs and home in 5hrs. I will never come back to this urgent care and will stick to central London hospitals

  • Allison Follett

My husband had seen a GP 5.30pm on a Thursday evening about not feeling well, by 9.30am the next day he had a call from the Urology department at Central Middlesex hospital for an appointment the following Wednesday.. The service he received was top quality, the staff were amazing and made you feel at ease and you can certainly see they love their job.. Best hospital I have been recently. Keep up the good work and stay safe...

  • Margaret Michaelides

I was seen in the Gastro Clinic as a follow up appointment. Was seen straight away by Doctor Martin. Was given lots of information and I didn t feel hurried. I also went to the Blood test department and was treated by a very kind friendly Palastinian young man who made me feel very at ease. I am nervous of blood tests. The only negative thing is getting to the hospital. No tube and very expensive to park the car.

  • Liliana Avram

My husband had an echocardiogram test in June. To this day, we don't know the result of the test. When I called the hospital to ask about the test, I was told on a dismissive tone that we should wait. It is ridiculous and infuriating. How long do we have to wait. What if there is a problem and he needs medical care? They are playing with people's lives. This should not be allowed to happen in a health care system

  • high heels club heels club

I guess this hospital is a hit or miss case. I went to have my foot checked and the person taking care of me (doctor or nurse) kept the same rubber gloves for everything : for opening and closing doors, to touch my open wound and God knows for what else. In the end I ended up not having my situation sorted and now feel even more pain. What a waste of day! Get a private GP instead of going to this place .

  • Shiva Ram Baniya

Excellent staff and very clean hospital. I had my operation there and was very pleased. But the noise level inside the hospital is unbearable. Why do the Nurses keep talking all the time? They need to improve this. Being a medical practitioner they should know some patients need rest. I think the NHS trust should implement this noise reduction scheme inside the ward. This problem is wide spread.

  • P R

New buildings are really impressive from what it used to be. I was born here in the 80’s and I recently had my maternity appointments at this hospital but I had give birth at Northwick Park hospital. Parking is Asda and crossing the road is the best idea. Appointments won’t take that long. Went for a CT scan with my partner. It was over within 30 minutes. Straight in and out. Very good service.

  • Margaret Vaz

Worst experience. The receptionist was rude. I spoke to her nicely & yet she kept saying I’m not going to argue with you. Finally she spoke softly when I addressed about the way she reacted for no reason. The nurse had no empathy towards me. She was even making wrong notes & I had to correct her twice. It sad when we all are going through a lot in our personal lives & they treat us this way.

  • Darshan italiya

I am sharing my review because i have been chasing so many time about my knee surgery and still respose from today, they have been cancel twice a time my surgery date in a short time, and after passed this date its been now a 3 week and still no apoinment for surgery, i cant say howmuch i have pain and its very hard to survive in uk during this kind of situation for international.

  • Raff Owczarski

Absolutely horrible experience from today. The nurse from the triage made me feel extremely uncomfortable and completely ignored my issue. She interrupted me speaking half way through to tell me that there other patients waiting and my time speaking to her is up. This place could be defined as hell for someone seeking help. I would definitely recommend anyone to avoid it.

  • Highland Heating and plumbing

My overall experience in this hospital was fantastic. I had an operation on my sinuses by doctor Soman. And then stayed the night in Abbey suite. All the nurses were so friendly and were doing their job perfectly. I can't thank them enough. Hopefully soon they can get pay that they deserve. Thanks everyone in Central Middlesex hospital for the great job you do.

  • BK

Was asking for directions to the neurology department at 10:30 (21/02/22) from the entrance receptionist. Staff was extremely rude to my mum when she couldn’t hear her through her mask and desk shield. Proceeded to swear at my brother when he told her to behave professionally. Other patients also agreed that the staff was rude to them also. Very disappointed.

  • Ayesha Ali

Worst ever experienced took 2 months baby with heavy bleeding fingers they're didn't even look at my 2 months baby they're just sent us to another hospital like they're don't even know anything about hospitality and looking after the patient. And they're Very bad receptionist ever. In my opinion nobody go there for emergency or any kind of sickness

  • PJ Foster

A good clean hospital that gave my mother an emergency breast surgery operation. I waited overnight to take her home after her recovery, & the staff couldn't have been better. Wonderful doctors, kind nurses (please give them a rise above inflation) even the porters & staff in the shop had a kind word & a smile. Thank you ,thank you , thank you xxx

  • Dalek

Good , but busy Urgent Treatment Centre ( only open 8am to midnight ) . Many buses go here. ( closest tube station North Acton on the Central line - then buses 260, 487 or 440. Closest Accident and Emergency hospitals are Northwick Park hospital and St Marys Paddington hospital. And Charing Cross hospital in Fulham Palace Road , in Fulham.

  • nezar Barber

Please do not worse your time to go this hospital I have a fistula for 6 years and they do 6 operation for me but I am not 1% batter Specially doctor p.tozer they don't know what they do I was have in 1 place but now i have in 4 place they don't listen to people my problem is go more worse than before 0 experience look at the feedback

  • Ms H

To be honest I prefer going central Middlesex over any other hospital in Brent. Waiting time is very short if it's an emergency/serious situation. There's a lady doctor that I really like. Shes so we'll educated and has helped me and my family on many occasions. She has curly hair, looks asian. Thank you for all you have done for us.

  • Camilo Gil Nunez

Really bad service... I've had severe lower back pain for now 2 weeks and all they could say was that they were too busy today and so they couldn't get a doctor to see me. So all they could do was to appoint a doctor to call me later in the day, which they haven't yet. I just feel sometimes that this medical system is so useless.

  • Brian Ashley

Took my wife for a CT Scan, what a dream. Staff ; Polite, Friendly, Knowledgeable & clearly understood. Appointment: Dead on time. Treatment: Discrete, Explanatory, Polite, thorough. Obviously we keep any Hospital visits to the bare minimum, we have no experience with other departments so cannot comment on them. Thank you Area 4

  • kofi siribour

Very unfriendly place no covid restrictions apply at the emergency unit. My 18years old daughter was made to sit with other patients for almost 4hours. Without been seen though she was referred there after 111 consultation. Very shameful that the NHS has come to this. A rude receptionist was in charge and was of no help to us

  • H P

They are not connected to NHS 111, whatever NHS nurse tells you on the call, all the questions which they are supposed to email this place are useless because they don't see them. You ll be registered as a walk in patient and will have to wait 3 hours or more even if you have excruciating pain or a referral.

  • Ab Moh

I had very good experience in this hospital. I had an appointment. Although they told me not to come early. I got there 20 minutes early. I was given good directions by one of the staff. And then I had my appointment straight away. It was done very quick and I was out in ten minutes. Thanks

  • John jenkins

I went for a CT scan this morning it was as really positive experience all the staff and nurses who treated me were brilliant kind and very informative making for a stress free experience The scanner was state of the art as were the hospital facilities sparkling clean. Thank you NHS

  • Beshwar Saz

Waiting time is 4 hours but actually it took 8 hours to see a doctor. The most worsen hospital in the U.K. it is just bringing shame on NHS. Feel really sad and disappointed why even this hospital has been build? Big infrastructure but no staff. It all a waste. The budget and place.

  • Pratik Shah

My dad had operation yesterday, the operation and the staff were good. But there was no interpreter when I asked for one. There was no one at reception when I went to pick him up. You couldn't find mostly anything in the hospital. But due to the nurses being good I can give 3 stars.

  • Riaz Ahmad

I have been treated at this great hospital since 1985, both outpatients and surgery. My children and niblings were also born here. This is a great hospital regardless of what continuous tory reprobates have done to squash Central Middx. hospital. God bless you, God bless the NHS.

  • Lisa Hayashi

Both my parents were/are referred here for their cancer treatments. Both experiences have been awful, and an awful shame their last memories are with unhelpful cruel staff. They both ended with complications in or out of surgery and had to be transferred to a different hospital.

  • Priti Sagar

Waiting for one small surgery since morning 7.30. About 8 hours of waiting. After surgery, staff were so friendly and helpful. Makes me so much comfortable. Only waiting timing is awful without eat or drink anything more than 12 hours. Horrible! NHS becoming worst now.

  • Rakeen Afser

It is very disturbing to see patients waiting for hours to get a simple consultation from doctors in the urgent care unit. People come to hospitals with severe conditions to get treated ASAP. What does urgent care mean if a patient has to wait 3-4 hours to get a test?

  • Ssehar Farooq

CT department are brilliant- receptionist, nurses (Helen, Sonia, Jackie & priya) & Dr Rebecca all really supportive, informative and caring. I went in for a biopsy for the day way anxious and they all put me at ease and looked after me really well. Thank you

  • Kamryn O'Brien

these are the most kindest staff at any hospital I came here several times from hayes(heathrow) for operations as I was born with my right ear deaf. they allowed me to watch movies before and after the operation, showing how kind and polite they are.

  • Dominika Szyba

The worst hospital I have ever been! Couldn't walk cos of the belly pain after three hours see a doctor who send me another hospital my myself! When I asked for help to go there I been told that is a bus and I must to deal with this by myself!

  • Ana Maria Ciuca

The WORST costumer service on this planet. Literally the lady told me to wait on the line while she will put me through and she start laughing and closed the line. This after I’ve been transferred from the reception to her.( Cardiology

  • Ariane Mercadal

We had to take our baby today for an emergency appointment and the staff and doctor we saw were wonderful. Sadly I didn’t catch their name but the doctor (a lady) was very sweet with our little boy and made us feel at ease. Many thanks

WHATS THE PURPOSE OF AN HOSPITAL WITHOUT THE A&E WORKING ON NIGHT? We came here expecting to be visited as is an emergency and now we need to go very far as the hospital apparently is not doing his job proprrly. WE PAY TAXES FOR WHAT

  • Marina Clichici

hello everyone, I want to thank all the staff from the hospital with whom I had contact, and especially Amita, for the way she treated me, despite the fact that we are from different nations, but the treatment was equal to that with

The hospital is great. I had a knee replacement last year and had a very good experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their communication skills! I tried to get through to a department this morning. After about 18

Both times I went to this hospital I waited more than 4 hours to be seen. And there weren't many people to have to wait that long. This hospital is a disgrace. A disregard for the people who arrive there in need of urgent care.

  • Marilyn

Very impressed with this hospital. Seen on time with friendly attentive staff. It has a relaxed atmosphere does not seem overly busy or rushed. Very clean, modern and parking is easy by phone. Thank you to all NHS staff.

  • Michael Henderson

Urgent Treatment Unit. Arrived just after 8am (opening time) on a Monday morning. Not busy and triaged+x-ray within 30mins. Little wait to see the doctor but was out by 9.45am. Very efficient. Staff all very friendly.

  • Sara Ghiasvand

Yesterday I went to Urgent care centre and everything thing was fantastic The reception at the desk to first step of care till last step was fantastic The Dr whome treat me was professional, firm;kind and organize

  • John Elwis

crazy things people on the phone joking and others with their hands in their pockets when patients are in pain one of the worst hospitals in london, with people like that it should close as soon as possible

  • Paul Bayley
