Do not use this pharmacy- unreliable - not professional and aggressive attitude. I've only been at this pharmacy for a year or SO since I moved to hampstead and only ever needed to attend a handful of times. I noticed it had low reviews but thought to see for myself... I don't usually write reviews but this needs to be flagged up for awareness & For concerns - When I needed to collect my order I had rude, unprofessional blonde head staff lady and also to mention exposing my sensitive information out loud in the shop in front of other customers and asking me "why I need this medication" and goes onto telling me (like its a burden for them) "oh so much prescriptions you have, why" (the medication that the Gp prescribed for me!!!??? ) when I would collect my medication because of this I wasn't happy and moving forward when I pick up medication the same blonde female always at the desk has a sarcastic, nasty attitude towards customers ( I don't know what her problem is tbh.) We will never know... but now we will be changing pharmacy for the best! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Horrible staff that need changing ASAP. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. They are intrusive and it's against pharmacy policy. No customer care or privacy BE AWARE.

The Central Pharmacy was great, before the owner changed, with very helpful, friendly and professional staff. If the prescription was ready the informed you about it via text msg. Now under a new owner the quality of customer service is low. It feels every time when I am here that is still chaos. It is not easy to get information. My GP sent repeating prescription and they could not find it in the system. They ignored me and it was me who made all the work to find out what happened - the prescription was in the system . They refused to call me or send me a msg when the order is ready. With sadness I changed the pharmacy after 16 years of being a costumer in this place.

It is the worst pharmacy that I have seen in my life, you are a person with pain who needs the medicines that the doctor has prescribed and then they ask you for: where you live? your name? Your middle name? Your post code? and at the end of everything they do not give you the medicine you need, they give you a similar medicine with less milligrams per pill but the same , or that's what they say... not professional at all...

Been using this place for years and never had a problem. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. However, during my last visit one of the male pharmacists thought it was funny to make a completely inappropriate joke about killing another member of staff, right in front of me. Violence against anyone is not funny at all and should not be taken lightly. Disgusting behaviour

Rude staff and unprofessional behaviour bordering on being racist. They do not comply with clinical standards (and labour rules) in simple matters which makes me feel extremely hesitant in using them for any medicinal issues. I have raised a formal complaint with NHS England. Recommend to avoid at any costs as other commentators have already mentioned.

Over the years this place has turned into an unusually friendly local pharmacy with quite good service: they have gone out of their way to get me stuff and done tricky negotiations with doctors over my prescriptions. They are not the cheapest but I don't go expecting that, they have a good stock, they are knowledgeable and above all approachable.

It looks like this pharmacy may have changed hands recently. Can’t be sure since I haven’t lived here long. I asked to fill one prescription here for a non-NHS medication. The pharmacist literally just made up the price in front of me. No checking price lists. I bought it in Boots for 30% less. Won’t be using this place in the future.

When purchasing medication the staff have very loudly repeated my ailments and symptoms in front of other customers (genuinely shouting across other people in the store multiple times!) and also have no idea what anything that I've ever requested is, which include incredibly common health issues and bog-standard medication.

I have been coming here two years and they are always friendly and quick with my prescriptions. I didn't do very well with one of the Brands of medicine and they went through the trouble of finding another (the medicine itself is very expensive/a faff to find)!

It’s a very nice pharmacy with helpful kind and professional staff ! They also work very fast and are very organised ! Ewa is my contact person and no one can replace her I will give her 5 stars ! Kristina

Extremely slow and I don’t think the staff got any training. Staff couldn’t care less when you describe your problem. Very disappointed to know that apparently ANYONE can just run a pharmacy.

Very nice staff. Even when my local practice fobbed off blame to them, they were patient with my annoyance and delayed closing by a few minutes to give me proof from their end.

My regular pharmacy where nothing is too much trouble.....I always get a text when they have heard from the surgery and my prescription is ready - perfect service.
