Central is closed since 25-February-2022. Reliance took over Future Group and hence, Central Mall is closed for indefinite period as per security guard. In January 2022 month, did some shopping of around 9K and staff informed that I will receive 500Rs * 4 voucher (=2,000 INR) every month for next 12 months. So, went today on 1-March-2022 & realised Central is taken over by Reliance and hence, closed for indefinite period. Very poor customer management service. Central stores are all over india since many years and they have all the customers database. Ideally; they should have informed all their customers well in advance so that no one gets shock. Wasted Time, Petrol, Dahisar Toll Naka Charges today. Atleast send one sms or some notifications to all your customers about this update. Very disappointed. Also, with vouchers, is this one type of scam???

I am editing this review after I have visited yesterday to the mall. Anybody can enter in this mall they are not asking for the vaccine certificate. Although they have GOOD VARIETY of clothes, shoes, sandals, bags etc here, even food mall has started a little with 2 stalls open in the food court. Gaming zone is also opened now. THE WORST PART IS THEY KEEP THE AC OFF, SO ITS SUFFOCATING, you cannot remain in the mall for more time. So if management of @DahisarCentral mall is reading this review, kindly take some action here immediately.

Worst staff and cheating management. They first offer discount offers once you buy and ready to pay at cash counter the sales guy will come and say sir the offer is no more valid and have to pay full amount. I was in the store and saw the same things with multiple customers and brands Will never ever visit this cheat store any more and advice all of you to avoid shopping for this central mall I meet the department manager he was showing as he is helpless then why the hell 8s he exists. I was cheated by the wrangler brand guys

Like always the staff were helpful in all over dept., as of now due to difficult situation of COVID the experience was bit dull, when it came to trying on clothes or be the range of clothes. Everyone there are taking proper care for the customers and clients. Hopefully new varieties will come soon. Left empty handed unlike the infinite times been there. The discounts are not what is shown or advertised. But i feel, people will have a satisfaction of going to shop.

You'll love it , Will definitely enjoy if you're looking for some great time. The mall is located just few meters ahead of Dahisar check naka. The only thing I hate about them is , I guess they don't have enough parking space , we visited there twice but there were no space and guard suggested us to park in the parking of pantaloons and it was few meters ahead. Apart from parking problem the mall was just awesome. 2* less because of parking space

Everything is good except for the trial rooms.. there is very little ventilation in the trial rooms as the air conditioning over there is always shut off. Also there is no extra seating for people over there. You shouldn't forget that a lot of elderly people come to shop there too. And it's hard to actually try clothes without proper air conditioning and no seating. We have tried to talk to managers at various outlets. Please fix this problem.

I have visited on 15-Aug-2021. The store was clear and precautions to be taken at the entry point but huge queue at billing counter due to lack of management. Out of 10 only 3 counters were in use. AC was not working so people feeling suffocation. No Covid protocol followed at the billing counter. I had purchased one dress and executive at billing missed 1 part of my dress which I get to know when back to home and checked.

Promotions are not very effective. Usually they flash discount up to 50% & say that items with 50% discount are already sold out. Willy nilly, you have to opt for items with 40% & below discounts. Its not just one instance but it happened to me severally. Besides, they never tag items with 50% discount the way they tag 30% ones. Now I wonder if 50% discounted items really exists here or it's just a marketing gimmick.

Previously used to be my go to place on weekend to spend time and have fun as well as little bit of shopping. But now it is closed. Movie Theater is open and we can watch movies or can indulge at McDonald's. I hope they open it soon as it used to be a fun place to spend time in Dahisar and Mira Road. Also location also is quite convenient to visit it anytime. Movie theater is good. It is clean and has good ambience.

Good place with parking facility, Food Court with Multiplex. The staff is also very friendly.The ambience is good, Cool place from shopping, there you will find a lots of brands and little bit expensive.The food court and restrooms are very clean. There are good restaurants for someone who doesn't feel like eating at food court. At the parking entrance place paver blocks are broken, They need to repair that.

I would give 0 ratings as other services at this place is WORST. Washroom here are as dirty as at railway stations. I understand cleanliness is the biggest issue in India. But in a shopping center where branded products are displayed, at least provide better services. I am never going to visit here again. There's no difference between a B grade cheap market and this shopping center.

No food court , small parking, no Restraunt, no cinema hall, this place is huge halls with stores without boundaries .most of the times they do have amazing discounts but the staff is unaware and in some other zone The billing lines are huge as they're probably understaffed. Good time to visit is noon and non holidays you can still get great offers

Shop timings are 11.00am on Sunday but they will open at 11.10 and when question the staff, he starts abusing. No Supervisor, Manager on duty to complain. No Customer service staff on his desk till 11.30. Air conditioned is working always on high temperature, always feels uncomfortable here. Don’t know how this is still running.

This particular Central Mall is located near Dahisar Toll Naka is really big and has apparels with lots of options and varities to choose from. It also offers its customers new offers and good discounts. I will surely recommend all to visit this place if you want to shop for good quality clothes at nominal price.

Wonderful shopping experience. This is a renovated property. You have "Central" store here. One of the biggest ready made garments shopping Paradise. The only short coming is the food court. Very small and limited choice.There is just one restaurant, The Boat. Overall if you just want to shop do visit.

Very good place to clothes. Wide range of apparels with lots of varieties. Good discounts, offers and cashbacks. Just read the terms and conditions carefully while opting for any options. You also get options to redeem points in wallet (future group) if you have purchased anything in past.

Minus points for the food court. There is mot much options to eat. Also the gaming zone for kids is boring. Lot of options available if you want to buy clothes. A good place to buy branded clothes otherwise I do not recommend this Mall. The INOX theatre is not good and not well maintained.

If you are not lazy to try the cloths then this place is surely for you. There is a lot of variety of clothes distributed in three floors. Nice crowd and good service offered by staff. Located very close to Mumbai Ahmedabad highway. In total i enjoyed shopping over here.

Very good place for shopping. One Stop solution - they offer watches, perfumes, cosmetics, goggles, shoes, etc apart from clothes. Central offers clothes from many brands for all age people. The range at this outlet is good with reasonable pricing. It's a 3-storey mall.

Have been visiting this place since it was TSM Thakur shopping mall...the new Central mall isn't that appealing but has more clothing options than before.. Decathlon, big bazar, Hamleys, TBC...al Good places... vaccination & mask is compulsary for entry...thank you

Whenever I visit this central mall, their air conditioner system is under maintenance. It’s very unpleasant experience when you go in their trail area, its like a hot Owen. Now really decided not to visit this mall. You guys also can experience this many times,

Very well managed mall. The staff is also very friendly. The ambience is also very nice. They do lack sufficient parking lots, especially on sundays and public holidays. There is food court on the top floor which offers decent varieties.

The security is lying stating that "it will start operating after 10 days" but when we are visiting after 20 days we find it closed. Completely shut. As per their behaviour and the statements passed. The mall shall be shut forever.

Better than brand factory. Good collection of brands and you will get variety here. Although they only give credit note if you want to return a particular item due to any reason and will not give you refund.

Worst mall after taken over by reliance ..visited to purchase watches and 3 counters were closed and was informed the staff is on leave and the keys are with them....interesting story

The staff at "HANDS FREE SHOPPING" counter was very rude, arrogant and adamant. It was my first visit to the place, I left without even entering the mall. No chance of visiting again.

It is very good for shopping…you will get every brand …but brand like CK & Tommy hilfiger not available in store.. All other is very good …staff is also cooperative

Insufficient washroom. No proper plan for handle excess customer during sales day. Taking huge time for billing. Huge mismanagement to handle huge customer....

Its near dahisar check naka. Good mall. All kind of brands. Have Food court, Game zone, movie theater, big bazar, many factory outlets. So over all . …
