First and foremost, Simon, one of the staff at CSS, was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. He greeted me with warm smiles, patiently listened to my needs, and provided expert guidance to help me select the perfect storage unit for my belongings. His knowledge and expertise in self-storage was evident, as he answered all my questions and offered valuable suggestions throughout our transaction. After taking a tour, their facilities at CSS were top-notch. The entire property was well-maintained, clean, and secure. The storage units were in excellent condition, and I felt confident leaving my belongings in their care. The premises were equipped with advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras and secure access controls, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my items were safe and protected. For my needs, what truly impressed me was the convenience and accessibility offered by CSS. The facility was conveniently located, making it easily accessible from my apartment. The access hours allow me to visit my storage unit at my convenience between early mornings till evenings and weekends. The well-lit corridors and wide driveways made maneuvering and unloading items a breeze - several large dollies were available inside a large freight elevator. Finally, the pricing and value for the service provided by CSS were excellent. Their rates were competitive, catering to different storage needs and budgets. Update: After a few short days, I discovered a concern with regard to the total charges on my invoice. Before even stepping foot in the facility the high level of customer service over the phone with both Silvio and Simon struck me. When I stopped in the office to arrange for a unit, Simon was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely cared that my experience with Centron would be a good one. All my questions were answered, he gave me a tour of the facility, and their rates are very good. Based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Centron Chesswood. It has been just over a year and I’ve finally cleaned out my unit. During the year Louisa and Simon have been terrific. They keep this facility spotless. It may look a little aged on the outside, but man, super clean inside. The elevator was just updated and works great. If I ever need storage again, I wouldn’t look any further than here. I have recommended this location to others too. Thanks to the Centron team for a great storage experience.

We had the urgent need to find a storage facility to accommodate a large and very heavy banker's desk. We've had zero experience with self storage and were anxious about the process. Fortunately, Centron was the first facility we visited. Luisa was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful that pretty soon our stress levels evaporated! Luisa took the time to patiently give us a tour of the facility and show us all the different available units so that we were able to determine the exact size and configuration of the unit we required. Later that day we checked out several other self storage companies but quickly returned to Centron - there was simply no comparison! The facility is very well run, spotless, brightly lit, and both Luisa and Simon are a total delight to work.

When a company truly delivers consistency on having outstanding customer service and competitive prices, you know it's a keeper , this is how I describe my current experience with Luisa and Simon. A couple of years ago I needed storage services at Apple storage in newmarket and the service and care shown by Kevin and Anita was superb. Then a couple of months ago, while researching where to store my belongings I went to centron as I had learned they are from the same family of companies. Upon meeting the team I knew I would get the same care and remarkable service that I did before; and I am glad to say I was spot on. I called 3 different places in order to try and find a storage unit to store some furniture. Silvio, the site manager politely answered all of my questions over the phone. He was honest, knowledgebale and not pushy at all. Centron's prices were very competitive, slightly cheaper than other storage facilities that I called. When I went in to see the storage unit, once again, Silvio was kind, respectful and so accommodating. I was also very impressed with the actual storage building and individual units. The building is clean, secure and very well maintained. I looked no further. I would definitely recommend Centron Storage. Speak with Silvio and you will be so pleased.

Luisa the site manager was an absolute delight to work with. She recommended the perfect unit for my needs, I was unsure if it would fit everything and turned out I had some extra space to be able to actually go into my unit. The facility is well lit and extremely clean. Luisa answered all my questions I had and went the extra mile to guide my movers where to go and how to use the elevator. I’m very happy I started storing here and would recommend everyone to come here! The best part is there are no hidden fees! Luisa quoted me my price over the phone and told me there was an admin fee and that was it! Thank you for all your help!

I had used two units for almost two years in this place. Every single experience dealing with employees and the manager was simply amazing, courteous service always tailoring to my needs and timelines. My leaving schedule was a little rushed and they went out of their way to help with some logistics to have access to the elevator. They worked with me for my contracts and payments. The units and hallways were always clean, they always answered my emails and phone calls. Basically they were there for me. Security was on point. If you can't tell I can't stop raving about my experience. You need storage, good price, and reliable staff, this is your spot, that easy.

This place is very good. It is very secure. It has security camera's around the building. It's very organized. The staff member was super helpful and very friendly to me. I booked a 5x5 self storage room online. He saw my personal items and advised me to get a smaller locker. Which was very cheaper than the 5x5 self storage room. It saved me good amount of money. I highly recommend this place. I am super thankful to the staff member. He was very nice to me and easily understood my problems. This is exactly, how the businesses should be run. I did a lot research and read a lot of reviews before walking into this location. The reviews gave me some confident but I am always skeptic because everyone is different on their experiences. I didn't want to expect too much in case I get disappointed but Simon and Pierre instantly put any fear of being disappointed to rest. They are so friendly and helpful. Every one who work there who I came across since the day I walked in to check it out is so friendly. Now after signing up and been storing my stuff there for almost 6 months. I still get the same amazing services!! Thank you everyone at Centron for being so amazing!!

Centron provided me with very friendly and helpful assistance. I began my lease towards the very start of the pandemic. They had new procedures for everything since everyone was adjusting to the new normal but Simon made it as easy as possible and the registration process went smoothly. When I was moving my things out over two years later, I broke my key in my lock. I caught Simon at the front office shortly before closing and he stayed overtime to cut the lock (which required both a grinder and a bolt cutter) - he had no complaints just friendly service and was glad to be of help. I'd certainly recommend Centron.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Centron Self Storage is a very clean facility and Simon was very helpful and thorough when we moved into our unit. I am very happy we chose Centron Self Storage as our self storage facility. EDIT: When we went to move our things out of the unit, all of our items where covered in rodent faeces and urine. We were told our insurance did not cover this damage and that it “was an easy fix” and we should just “wipe and wash it off”. I would NOT recommend Centron Self Storage. I have used numerous self storage facilities in other cities and never had my items soiled with rodent urine.

I have rented my unit for over 10 years now. I am in a particularly difficult position as I am overseas and have a considerable time difference not to mention banking issues as banks are not open here on weekends. The folks at Centron have made sure to accommodate me through even the most annoying of circumstances at no extra benefit to themselves. They have made sure my property was always safe, secure and properly maintained in my space. I would highly recommend this facility should you be discerning between providers in the Toronto region. I know friends of mine have not been so fortunate.

I've been using Centron's services for about 3 years now on and off, and they've always been responsive, friendly, and helpful. Their staff is welcoming and always ready to help, either answering your questions in-person or on the phone. Their facility is open 24 hrs a day, so you can access your belongings outside of working hours if you need to. At one point, I needed a storage space in a pinch, and funds were a little short. They were understanding and even willing to offer me a discounted rate for a few months. Great people, would highly recommend!

I had a really good experience this week-end at Centron on Chesswood. I went in to move units and did not realize that it was 45 minutes before closing. Pierre was completely accommodating and took care of the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner while I moved over to another unit. He delivered excellent customer service the whole time and made sure I was satisfied with the new unit. He also made sure that I was familiar with the use of the access pads and verified that my codes were functioning. Pierre was a pleasure to deal with. Well Done!

I dealt with Pierre and he was very good to deal with. He was personable and very thorough in his explanations during the walk around. My unit is farther from the elevator than most, but that's something that you can see before you rent as Pierre too care to walk me to the elevator and exactly what I needed to do to access and load so that there would be no-surprises. The loading elevator is large and accessible. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Can see that the facility is popular which is a good sign. Recommended.

We recently rented a locker here. Excellent customer service. If you meet Simon allow yourself some extra time. Very very nice friendly guy. He is part of the reason we chose this location. After moving our stuff in I do have a comment about the flooring. Lots of bumps and if you pile your cart high you may lose stuff. Freight elevator is nice and large but can be a bit tricky to operate, assuming the last people closed all the doors. They have carts to use and Simon even brought me a bottle of water. Nice place

I recently moved to Centron (Chesswood) from another storage company, where I have had a unit for several years. Stephen and André were SO accommodating! They were very flexible on unit configurations and pricing that it was easy to come to an agreement. Then, on moving in, it turned out that the chosen unit was too small. No problem! They found another unit (also too small) and then a perfect one. This type of service is becoming less common, and is VERY welcome! I highly recommend this company and location!

Centron is a truly great choice for one's storage needs. The units, office and surrounding areas are VERY well maintained. The Staff are kind, friendly, respectful and professional both in person and over the phone! Personal thanks to Simon and Luisa from the 4500 Chesswood location. Both are very thoughtful and quick to resolve any issues or make accomodation to the best of their ability. If I had to, I'd travel the distance to make this my choice just because of the staff! Great job and keep it up!!!

This may have been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Simon was so thorough, so pleasant and knew everything about the building as if he had designed it himself. When the time comes that I no longer need a storage unit, if he is still working there I will probably continue to rent one just because of him. Employee of the year. The building itself was extremely well maintained, perfect temperature and has undergone some renovations to make it that much better.

I rented a storage unit here and to be honest Simon and Silvio have been nothing short of spectacular in their customer service. Any issue that came up they dealt with it promptly and even help me out when I cant make it on time to their location within business hours. I would 1000% recommend this place for anyone looking for storage just due to customer service alone but of course it is a bonus that the facility is well kept, temp controlled and affordable.

It was such a good experience, the customer service is always good when I go there, the woman that helped me out was very polite. She gave me all the information I needed. The building was clean and well maintained as well. I don't remember the woman's name that helped me but she was very accommodating, I have been coming to this location for sometime now & I really like it there. I do recommend people that are looking for a storage to take a visit here. :)

Absolutely amazing storage facility with the best customer service my family and I have ever received. We received a call back within hours the same day and Luisa, Simon and Sylvio (no longer at this location) were very willing to work with us to get us the space we needed; since then they’ve helped in numerous other ways and are very accommodating in every way. I compared the prices from several vendors and did the math, Centron is the most cost effective one.

The folks at Centron self storage go above and beyond in terms of staff, service, and facilities. They gave us a thorough tour and instructions. I love how they’re able to accept deliveries for us. Speaking of above and beyond, today a pallet of our stuff came two days early and they unloaded and brought it up to our unit. By no means is this a service they offer but that act was so generous of them to do.

Great service. Service was efficient and fast. These premises are shining clean, well explained and direction signs make it easy to transit around. It covers all my needs and I have to say that Luisa and Simon did a fantastic job at the registration process. Prices are equivalent to others similar services offered in the area so I guess customer service makes a winning choice for me.

We rented a large storage unit for almost 2 years. The price is affordable and location accessible from downtown Toronto. The security is very good and met all our insurer's conditions. Well stocked with trolleys, good freight elevator and entire building is exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I have using Centro Chesswood for a couple of months, This is an extremely well run operations.Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It is cleaned daily and you could eat off the floor. Washroom is also spotless. Access is easy and a new driveway and parking is soon to completed. Location off Finch & Chesswood gives good access to 401, 400 & 407

I have been a client for over 25 years. The facility is always clean, well heated and dry, with great hours, central location, excellent security, and a good system for customers to use the full size freight elevator. I went to the North York office, the staff were really amazing had great service and amazing attitude. We got a tour of the storage and he explained all we needed to know in great detail. The environment is very friendly and homely. I felt very at ease and would recommend that people come to store their stuff here more often.

We visited quite a few self storage places in the same location but Centron was by far the best. The storage spaces are clean and well lit, signage is helpful and, the premises accessible late into the evening. Simon and Luisa are also excellent with the service during sign-up and after.

Had a great experience renting two storage lockers here. They have a wide variety of locker sizes which can suit your needs, the management staff is very friendly and helpful, and having 24/7 access to my stuff was a great bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility!
