Update: BEWARE!! ZERO STAR! The billing department is a scam! I came to the Livingston and to the Myrtle location too. I was never told that Century Medical and Dental had my money total of $1,275,34 in their possession from 2022 until July 17th, 2023. I had to ask and fight for 7 months over and over to be refunded! When I went there in person they called the police to remove me. I wonder how many other people’s money their offices are in possession of and how many of them don’t have knowledge of it like I didn’t until I was anonymously alerted in January of 2023, I just received a check in the mail on July 17th, 2023. I think the money would had stayed there forever or in someone’s pocket and I wonder who’s. I think all of Century Medical and Dental’s offices need a full financial audit. I reported it because this sounds illegal. They said they keep the money until insurance pay them and they said I could use as credit when I had no intention of going back there. My insurance did pay them in time and Century kept my $1275.34 for 1 year? !!! There’re a few good doctors and nurses but Not all are. They overbook the doctors and wait can be 2 hours sometimes. The office manager Ilona is HORRIBLE! I paid my copay with my credit card. They made a mistake over charge me $150 and we’re supposed to refund me $100, after they deduct a few copay and I asked 5 times in different occasions for the refund and nothing. I asked to speak to the manager Ilona, she was rude and said she wouldn’t refund my credit card and would send a check, I said ok, then she asked for my driver’s license, I said ok, I gave her my non driver’s license, I don’t drive, she put another road block saying it was expired and I had to renew my license before they would send any refund check to me, I asked if they can send bills to my address why can’t they send my refund check, she started been rude and condescending and talking over me, I was upset with her poor customer service and raised my voice, she then called the police. Some doctors there are good, some others not. The wait is ridiculous from 35 minutes to 2 hours. There many doctors in Brooklyn, don’t go there. Trust me! You will regret!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! This place is honestly a disaster. The front desk staff are rude and at times not very helpful. The wait is awful and you only end up seeing the doctor for 5 minutes. I have been going here for about 2 years and I’ve continuously tried to give them chances but after today I am so done with the facility. Every time I came in for my appointment here I am left waiting over 1 1/2 hours and dealing with attitudes from some of the staff. Today was the worst of it all! This facility scheduled an appointment for me when the appointment was for my mother who has bronchitis. She’s been trying to come in for two days and they made her wait until today. For those who may not know, bronchitis left untreated can lead to pneumonia and if left long enough can result in hospitalization (please keep this in mind). I rush my mother as fast as i could to her appointment today but due to lots of traffic we were late. As my mother rushed in to try and be seen she was faced with the front desk telling her it’s too late and that she’ll need to reschedule meanwhile there is more than enough time to be seen. No matter what my mother said this facility refused for her to be seen. As a sick patient the staff was not empathetic at all and even said to our faces they don’t know why it’s frustrating to not be seen and simply did not care. We began to get upset but how the manager of the facility dealt with the situation was very disrespectful! She tried dismissing me multiple times as well as tried belittling me and telling me I needed to sit down and even told me I needed to leave. And when I said no threatened to call the police on me! Them continuously refusing to see my mother who can potentially end up in the hospital if not treated is nothing more than patient negligence!Meanwhile through all of the back and forth they could’ve already processed my mother and she could’ve been seen! This facility now has lost patients due to their disrespect, patient negligence as well as lack of compassion and care! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
I recently had an appointment with the endocrinologist at Century Medical, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. It was evident that the doctor had not taken the time to review my patient intake forms or chart, as they seemed unaware of my medical history. Their attitude throughout the appointment was dismissive and unprofessional. I voiced my concerns, which included symptoms like weight gain, dry skin, skin issues such as dermatitis and eczema, joint pain, chronic fatigue, and heavy periods - all of which could be associated with thyroid problems. However, instead of addressing these concerns, the doctor replied “You don’t look like someone with hormone problems.” To my surprise, the doctor suddenly brought up the topic of weight loss unprompted, asking if I wanted a prescription for weight loss. I did not mention any problem with my weight or desire to lose it, just that I had gained it. Throughout the appointment, he continued to offer unsolicited weight loss advice, even critiquing my alcohol consumption and exercise habits (I drink around two drinks less than once a week and was able to exercise daily before the chronic pain and fatigue. Yes, I told the doctor this.) Furthermore, the disorganization of the office staff added to my frustration. They were unable to confirm who had scheduled my appointment and couldn't manage to obtain the referral that my doctor had sent twice. Despite confirming the referral before my appointment, it seemed to have been misplaced. As a last effort, I sent the referral to the email address provided by Century Medical, only to find out that it was the wrong email. This level of miscommunication and lack of attention to detail is concerning, especially when dealing with patients' health. In conclusion, my experience with the endocrinologist at Century Medical was far from satisfactory. The lack of preparation, dismissive attitude, and overall disorganization in the office have left me feeling frustrated and unheard.
I was happy with my first visit to this center. I liked the girl at the reception, the nurse and the doctor. Professional service and friendly attitude. The doctor listened attentively and made the necessary appointments. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to wait 30-40 minutes from the appointed time, when the doctor was free. But… I want to correct my review and assessment of the work of this center, since the second visit disappointed me very much. I went to the doctor due to aching pain in my shoulder on Wednesday. The doctor ordered me physiotherapy and other examinations. I signed up for Saturday, canceling my other plans, both at once. I was worried that I would have to wait three days for physiotherapy with a sore shoulder. But I waited. I arrive on Saturday, and two young men at the reception tell me in turn that both of my visits to two different specialists have been canceled and that they did not get through to me to inform me about it. When I asked why they didn't send a text notification of the cancellation to the phone or email, the answer was - "We don't do that. We can book you again the next day" First, why do I need another day when I already barely waited for the treatment? Secondly, where is the guarantee that this visit will not be cancelled? Thirdly, the nature of my work is such that it is inconvenient for me to answer calls. And finally, I was so upset by this situation, such an attitude towards patients, that I don’t know how to continue cooperation at all, despite the fact that I was satisfied with the visit to the doctor, and with a sore shoulder I just lost time and did not receive help
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with your medical center. As a college student that is currently upstate, I rely on your services for my medical needs. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the way my recent request for a doctor's note was handled. Today, I woke up with a dry, sore throat and tightness in my chest due to allergy season. As I am unable to visit the medical center in person, I called to request a note from my doctor. To my surprise, I was denied a note because I haven't seen the doctor in "some time." I would like to clarify that I had a routine visit in the end of December 2022, where my allergy symptoms were documented. During this visit, I explained that I am not in the area for few months and was assured that I don't need to physically visit the center for minor issues. I was told that I could call or make a virtual appointment for situations like this. However, your medical center refused to give me a note or schedule a virtual visit, despite my previous visit and the assurances given to me by your staff. This decision has left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and disappointed with the level of care provided by your center. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to your medical center for my future medical needs. I strongly suggest that you review your policies and procedures to ensure that your staff is providing accurate and consistent information to patients. No one should be denied medical care, especially when they have a documented history with your facility.
Further update: The doctors are refusing to refill my regular medication because I said I do not wish to return to this office. They are behaving like a jilted lover. Completely unprofessional. Century Medical does not care about their patients. UPDATE: office manager Alla called to harass me about this review right after it was posted yet they couldn't get back to me about an important procedure I'm in need of, go figure. I have been going to this location for over 2 years and based on my most recent experience here, I have never been left feeling so unimportant and uncared about by a medical office. My GYN (Dr Williams) wanted me to get a medical clearance letter from my primary doc (Dr Galilova). Both of these doctors work in the same office yet the burden to get this letter was mine. 6 WEEKS have passed and countless follow up calls made where no one could tell me the progress of this request. I would be placed on hold for 30, 40 minutes until I hung up and no one would call me back. UNPROFESSIONAL. All this for them to tell me I need to come in to get blood work done for clearance. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN 6 WEEKS. Dr Galilova, Dr Williams and this whole office should be ashamed of themselves on how patients are treated. I wouldnt return here if you paid me. I also switched to Dr Williams from Dr Tummings because she made some of the wildest inappropriate comments to me in the years I was seeing here. Something is definitely wrong with this place. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
Dr Kogan is on vacation and no medical assistant responded to a prescription refill request they didn't fullfill the two times they said they would do so over the phone. I had to seek medical help in another country because I didn't have my prescription. Now they say I have to wait 7 days until the doctor gets back. The operator didn't offer any alternatives and told me to have a nice day as if she was playing a script and when I asked "Have a nice day???" She hung up on me. I called again and spoke to the office manager (12/30/22) She was upset right off the bat because I asked her name and last name. She said "if you need help that's not a good way to start" Well,I don't think her start was exemplary either. I told her I felt mistreated and I wanted to escalate this and that's why I needed record of communication to which she responded that she didn't have a boss I could complain to so I'm posting it here. She wasn't receptive about my experience. There was no accountability but instead put the blame on me and hung up the phone. I really hope Century Medical record those calls for training purposes and people including the office manager at Livingston learn how to not treat a patient dealing with physical pain and humble themselves down a bit. I received zero apologies or service attitude, just defensiveness. This is negligence, lack of both empathy and compassion.
UPDATED TO REFLECT BUSINESS RESPONSE (LAST PARAGRAPH): Horrible experience for first time patient. Receptionist not wearing masks or not wearing mask properly (below nose). There were patients coming in not wearing masks and they didn't say anything. Even the nurse who came out to get patients to test their temperature didn't wear her mask properly. I felt so unease in the tiny waiting area. See photos of not wearing masks properly. My appointment was 11:30, by 12:35 they told me the doctor was delayed and there us someone ahead of me. If doctors are taking lunch breaks, why ask patients to come in at these times... Do not recommend at all. I wish I had read though more of these reviews before scheduling mine. I don't know how to respond to the owner's response below directly. I was there waiting for my appointment for 2 hours and I didn't see any the hourly sanitation as claimed below. Also the windows aren't enough protection as you can see the gap between the window and the counter. The waiting area was also crowded. I saw at least two patients going up to the counter to ask questions not wearing masks and the front desk said nothing. I'm not even gonna bother commenting more on the 2 hour wait issue as the lack of safe protocal was not meeting baseline benchmark.
Do not go here. The appointment times mean nothing. The front desk is chaotic. I came for allergy testing and since they do not publish the results on the portal I had to return to get them. When I came back the Dr told me, the lab didn't run one of the tests, we don't know why. When I was left in one the rooms waiting to see the Dr there was a girl crying in the hallway because she had been waiting for so long. The whole experience is unpleasant and the practice feels out of control. I would never recommend or return. On top of this they tack on a facilities fee that is not covered by insurance. Response to Owners email. I am NOT a returning patient. I went once and was then forced to return to get my test results because you have no portal to provide that data. If there was any other way I could have gotten my test result i would never have "returned". And i have never been back once i got them. If you had properly read my review you would have seen i stated that. Apparently your reading ability matches the level of your service. I note you have no reply to your hidden facility fee that is not covered by insurance.
[UPDATED PER THE OFFICE'S RESPONSE] Since this occurred, the business reached out to me to apologize and offered me a refund, which I appreciate. Their claim was this was the billing department's error. My only advice would be, if you do choose to go here, watch your bills very closely and keep a paper trail. *Original Review* Highly sus. Would not recommend, due to shady billing practices. Felt like a factory. I went for an annual physical. The doctor was fine, a bit impersonal, even by NYC standards. They had me do a spirometer test, which I've never done in my life and that they subsequently billed me for. Afterwards, I sent a payment for my exam. Months later, they come back saying that I owe more. I'm confused and call. It took multiple times of insistence (and an email receipt) to convince them that I had already paid some amount. They say "oopsies" and then send a new receipt, less what I already paid. But now I'm confused, because aren't Preventative services covered by insurance 100%? Long story short, turns out I was billed for a regular office visit, meaning I now owed money.
The worst place ever you can go!!!! RUN!!!!!!! I've scheduled an appointment with doctor. Regular phone call. After waiting for an hour, I called the office and they said they transferred my appointment for another day. Okay, why don't you inform me about it? Fine. Next day, after waiting for an hour again, I called the office and they said they have no idea when she will call me, so I have to wait. It was almost 5 pm so I asked to reschedule because I can't wait any longer. Today I've been waiting for 2 Hours!!!!! I called them 5 times. And they keep saying they have no idea when she will call me. The girl Amy hung up on me. I'm shocked! No respect at all! I requested to cancel this appointment because I have other meetings at work, I can't wait 10000 hours just to speak for 10 min and obtain the order for labs. Insane!!! And the funny thing is they told me for the first time that it's impossible to cancel because someone opened my chart an hour ago! Guys, if you will charge my insurance for not providing any services and scam, I swear I'm going to sue you! Super disgusting place!
At first my experience was great! Since my insurance changed I have been trying to find out exactly why I’ve been over charged for copayments. I’ve called on serval occasions to try and clear things as well as receive a refund for overpayment. I was even told that since my deductible was high that it was up to them how much I could be charged. I’ve asked for a refund and was told that someone would get back to me. I feel that this is one of the disparities in health care that causes people from my community to lose wealth because our attempts at reasoning with others goes ignored. No one ever called me back. I’ve never received a refund for the amounts overpaid. I feel taken advantage of and ignored. Extremely disappointed by this treatment. I’ll be exploring my options to resolve this issue, since no one from the billing department has responded to my repeated requests. I feel that my health was held for ransom and that I’ve been robbed! This is just one more thing that makes me lose faith in the health care system.
I've been to all three locations and I really like the facilities and the physicians I've seen. However when I had my appointment at this location last week. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen and once I got in, I was told that I could not be seen by the doctor and was told misinformation from the person who confirmed my appointment. Another time, I called to make an appointment with an internal doctor (at another location) and specifically asked them to make sure I did not have to change my PCP on my insurance. They confirmed it was okay and to come in. Once I arrived to my appointment, I was told I could not see the doctor without changing my PCP and I could not see the doctor. I really do enjoy these centers but I would appreciate better training on these questions for accurate confirmations on important appointments, as to not waste anyone else's time. It was quite frustrating to arrive to an appointment, wait all that time and not be seen on two occasions.
All around horrible experience. Office staff were all very rude and terribly disorganized. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 2 hours to even be taken back to a room. When asked for ETA's I kept being told I was next when there were actually multiple people ahead of me still. Waiting room is overcrowded and chaotic. There are multiple offices that all use the same check-in desk so its very hard to know who to talk to, give forms to ect. Office staff were impatient and gruff. Got yelled at for plugging my laptop in the waiting area and standing at the counter with a question?! I gave up after 2 hours and left. The office is a zoo and I do not trust the medical care of a place so disorganized with staff who obviously do not care about their jobs. I would rather sit at the DMV all day than 10 minutes in this space. Office manager should be fired ASAP. Took the day off work and lost my copay. AVOID at all cost.
I haven’t felt so ignored and disrespected in a medical institution in my entire life. I kept trying to tell the doctors my symptoms and was shushed or told it all amounted to my weight (it didn’t). I thankfully got a second opinion on some things and was able to get my issues solved. Dr. Fadaka was rude and abrasive during my session, and insisted on taking blood work (which was done sloppily and left nasty bruises on my arms) she even tried to take blood from a major artery in an attempt to collect more money from my insurance company. *photos shown are from blood drawn site one week and two weeks after being drawn* Nurse Viktoria Natanel wouldn’t listen to me and during my evaluation period. She rushed through my process and cut me off when explaining my issues. She also tried to misdiagnosis me when I told her other professionals had ruled that specific diagnosis our. I wish I could give 0 stars. Go anywhere else.
This review is specifically for the Podiatrist, Dr Adams. I was referred to Adams by the NP that I saw for my physical. On the day of my appointment, I waited for 45 minutes before checking in with the front desk staff about an ETA, they told me Adams hadn't even arrived at the office yet, and after speaking with his assistant they said it might be another 30-45 minutes. Since I had to go back to work and couldn't just hang out indefinitely I rescheduled for the following week. I went to my rescheduled appointment, waited another 45 minutes to see Adam, again, asked the front desk staff about an ETA, and AGAIN they told me that Adams hadn't even arrived in the office. I understand running late occasionally, but two missed appointments in a row is ridiculous. I'm not sure how the scheduling works in this office, but this was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
this clinic is a NIGHTMARE. i like dr simone, but everything else is horrible. the front desk was not friendly the first time, but the second time was much better. they have a super tough time getting prescriptions into pharmacies (i will admit, i wasn’t proactive about trying to get it fixed). today i went and all the staff was asking me why i was there, even though they were the ones that made the recheck appointment. the medical assistant left my chart up while i was waiting for the doctor (also they leave the doors open!), and i saw she entered in a temperature, and oxygen, and pulse even though she NEVER took those vitals. and then when the doctor came in, i told her that i had been having trouble with my lymph nodes, but she didn’t even do an exam. i will be 100% switching doctors. i don’t want unfriendly service and also false documentation. don’t go here!
Can’t say about the whole place, but dental cleaning was awful. I had a session here and it was the worst dental session I’ve ever had in my life. First of all, I want to admit, that I don’t rate procedure until it’s done. Doctor cut my gums plenty of times, and it was really painful. After she finished, I saw a lot of blood and red pieces, when I spat. And I was told, that it’s because I don’t use dental floss. Seriously? You were cutting me during the whole session, and telling me now, that it’s because I have weak gums?! I’m so disappointed. However, as my sessions with Dr.Brajic and Dr.Stoin were good, and I had no issues with front desk Update: Unfortunately have to find another’s dentist. 2 of 3 fillings hurt after 2 months. My wife has the same result, 2 of 2. So, can’t recommend Dr.Brajic. Big disappointment.
Do not go here I went here and it took x rays Which my health insurance was charged and they did not get back to me About a plan for my mouth, I call them a month later the person who deals with that is on vacation. I call back 2 weeks later whole time I'm still in pain, come to find out medicaid will not pay for everything you think They would've let me know so they can discuss with Me a plan to see how much I will have to pay out of pocket they didn't, Medicaid said they can resubmit the claim and try again because the claim timed out and they didn't I asked them to they said they will call me back and they never did. And I can't go anywhere else right now and have x rays because they took my x rays Nobody ever got back to me waste of time they just do Procedures to get paid and do not help you.
Insurance fraud. Double check your insurance bill. Century Medical double books appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, they will still keep the scheduled appointment and then make another appointment for the date you "reschedule" to. This is literally insurance fraud. I didn't realize until I noticed a pattern. I kept getting notifications via texts and emails about "confirmed" appointments when I had cancelled or rescheduled my appointments. For clarity, GYN Dr. Vozny is available only 2-4 days a month. Perhaps she is trying to make the most out of those days that she actually comes in by double booking appointments. Please be careful and check your bills. Even if your insurance is free, check the notices you receive from your insurance. To Century Medical, do better.
Century Medical and Dental Center staff was great! The Physical and occupational therapy department staff was friendly and kind, quick and efficient. The facility was clean and spacious. and comfortable. The Physical therapist was amazing, he explained everything every step of the way while he was treating me, so I would understand what was happening. He was firm and effective without bringing me more pain which I was already in. He was concerned about treating the under line problem to make sure I could eventually live pain free and have a quality life. I will continue to receive treatment there. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I would definitely recommend the Physical therapist at Century Medical and Dental Center. I look forward to going back.
Epitome of what's wrong with American healthcare. I booked a dental cleaning appointment online, only to receive a voicemail from Century days later, canceling it. After I called back multiple times - the scheduling person wasn't available - I learned that their online system was merely a facade and that none of the many times listed were actually available. The next available appointment was over a month later. Despite the bait-and-switch, I rescheduled, only for them to cancel my appointment again. Unfortunately, this second time I was not informed - no missed call or voicemail - and only discovered the cancellation after spending even more time traveling to their office and waiting to speak with someone. A frustrating experience, and all for nothing.
December 1, 2023 I had a experience at CENTURY MEDICAL & DENTAL at 200 Livingston Street Brooklyn NY that I would like to share with the public so they can make proper decisions before choosing this facility. I received a call November 30 2023 confirming my appointment for December 1 at 9am. I stood in the freezing cold because they were late opening this place. Finally a guy came late and open, got in the dentist chair and the dentist Khan said she can't find my lab work and she cannot do my dental impression. Asking for a manager or owner and she's not available. Please don't use this Dental facility, they are incompetent and a waste of time. I contacted my insurance and filed a grievance and I contacted CENTER FOR MEDICARE about this place.
Awesome Clinic. All the staff deserves personal gratitude: female administrators/managers at the reception, employees of the Call Center; assistant doctors and, of course, dentists. I want to mention those who met me: Dr Brajic, FD Dilia, DA Sabrina, Dr Galilova, MA Rohat, FD Olga, Victoria, Dr Shylinska, Call Center Andrew. The clinic is very clean, for which thanks to the Cleaning staff. There is a toilet, drinking water, comfortable waiting areas, TV will brighten up the wait. Polite staff will always come to the rescue and resolve issues. I have been coming here for almost 4 months, everything is always great. The staff speaks different languages, which makes life easier for immigrants. Thank you so much for taking care of our health.
My name is John and I have been comming to Century Medical & dental since doctor Dvorkina informed me of her new address of medical practice. Don't remember how long. Its as been a while. Love comming here Dr. Dvorkina is the best for she recently saved me for a massive heart attack, sending me to one of the best heart surgeon. I can write a book about doctor Dvorkina she's the best. Also Mis Victoria who works the front desk she's very polite and attentive. Victoria will go out of are way to help you with paperwork, adoctors p and conveying your messages to Dr. Dvorkina. By phone or in person she's also the best. I wish there was a lot of people like Dr. Dvorkina and Victoria in the world.
I’d like to say I was seen within 20 minutes, I see Dr FAYBYSHEV, SIMONE, she was very well mannered, very respectful, seemed to care for my needs, moving quickly to get things done for me being I have not seen a doctor in 10 years! She’s a sweetheart who cares for her patients, is what I got out of my experience with her, the nurse also was so caring and sweet, plus the nurse who did a very good job taking my blood was amazing at her job, I think she is the one who work’s taking blood. Overall visit, very positive experience and energy all around great doctors and nurses! It’s very clean there, and I am going to rate this experience at Century Medical 110%☺️
I wait almost an HOUR every time I go to a Century location plus there’s always one front desk person who is annoyed that you’re even there. Today, my appointment was for 1:30pm and I got there, 20 minutes later, at 1:50pm because my bus didn’t come on time. It takes me an hour to get there. When the doctor called me in, the front desk person says “no, no she’s not going in”. She then calls me to the desk and says I missed the 15 minute grace period, to reschedule, and that my bill will now update to charge me for missing the appointment. I can respect that I was late but at least be consistent— I’d have to wait 45 mins anyways. I would not recommend.
Dr. Faybyshev came highly recommended and my experiences with her have confirmed everything that I was told. She’s been consistently knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, non-judgmental, and personable. It’s been.difficult to find a doctor who takes the time to think about what you’re describing in order to develop a treatment plan that feels right for you. It felt like a relief to find Dr. Faybyshev. The practice also makes it easy to schedule for a wide range of needs because there’s a multi-disciplinary medical team, including PT, under one roof. Everyone that I’ve encountered that works there has been helpful and pleasant.
This review is specifically for the Livingston location, the Myrtle location has been great for me personally. If you want allergy shots done at the Livingston location, don't bother. They don't seem to care and judging by how packed their waiting room is I can see why. I got an allergy test done a few months ago and the allergist said that they will order an extra type of allergy shot solution that they didn't have on site and that they will call me, they never did. I need these shots for work as I am constantly being exposed to allergens and have gotten bad reactions already but I will be going elsewhere.
I came for my annual evaluation with the Nurse Practitioner, SF. She's very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad she was able to take me because I was running ¹5min late. The office is organized and the FD staff explained the entire check-in process for me clearly Oh I forgot to mention the MA (I never got her name but she has a sloviach accent) did a good job at finding my viens and drawing blood fast and went through the questionnaire process fast. I'd recommend this location if they take your insurance
As soon as I stepped into this medical office, I knew I was in for a unique experience. The vibrant colors and decor immediately put me at ease, and the friendly front desk staff made me feel right at home, even though I am usually anxious when coming to the medical offices. I received treatment from Dr. Marina Isakova for some pain I've been experiencing, and she was able to provide effective relief. The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, which only added to the overall positive experience.
I want to thank Dr. Mikityansky, a gastroenterologist I saw last week. He did a great job helping me with my disturbing pains, and the diet he suggested together with probiotics has already brought lots of difference. Booking an appointment with him was rather easy, and I appreciated him being very gentle too. The clinic is well-equipped and they have most of the doctors gathered in one space, which saves a lot of time when you need to see more than 1 doctor. Very professional and caring.
I had the pleasure of receiving care at Century Medical, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and courteousness of the front desk staff were apparent. Dr. Mikheyeva provided exemplary care, and I was impressed with her vast knowledge and expertise. Additionally, the facility was immaculately clean and tidy, which speaks to the overall attention to detail that is evident throughout the practice. Very impressive and rare.
A very nice ambiance each time. All the doctors I have seen here were fantastic - very caring, not pushy, not arrogant, and I never felt rushed. The office is run super smoothly, the waiting time is not more than 5 minutes. It is very nice to have so many specialists under the roof - saves lots of time and nerves. Special thanks to the reception staff who are very nice and do their best to schedule the appointment as soon as possible. Very good practice, I can recommend .
I have no complaints about this place, this is one of the best multi-specialty clinics in the state, I think. Everybody does their job really well and is friendly, appointments are exactly on time, and the office is managed ideally well. I have seen 4 different doctors here for the last 2 years, and each time it was a breeze. Can definitely recommend the team and the clinics, they are genuine and really care to help. A+ from me and my family.
I’ve been a patient of century medical for years. The service has certainly declined. Last week I spoke with the clinic manager Aliona. She requested a referral for a follow up appointment less than 24 hours before an appointment I booked 2 months ago. I have been waiting to see Dr. Anna for 2 months to get MRI results. Aliona made discriminatory comments and said “this country has laws”. I was denied the option to place a formal complaint.
My appointment didn’t make into the computer AND there were 4 overbooked appointments on a Sunday! However I did get in and out fast! Also the medical tech, Isabel was amazing! I never felt the stick Came back to give my specimen for the podiatrist, who ensured me I could stop by. Receptionist tells me he spoke with said Dr and no, you must make an appointment. Every time I come here it’s a different story and I’m done. I will not be back
As someone TOP nervous when being in the hospital, even for exam appointments, I was impressed with how supportive and understanding the staff was. My appointment with Dr. Tummings was timely, and she made me feel very respected and safe. She was very gentle and patient answering all my questions and really listening to what disturbed me. I am happy with the level of service I got, and will definitely be back to see her again.
My dad needed to see the cardiologist here. The whole team was amazing. Explained the information in a way that was easily understood. The doctor Diana Assli was very attentive and informed every step that was being done. She performed both ECG and ECHOs and made my dad feel absolutely comfortable and stress free. I will come here again for sure not only for my dad’s but also for my own or any other family member’s concerns.
Love being a client at Century medical in Livingston. The front office staff is super welcoming, they are helpful and attentive. The office is organized really well. I see Dr. Yevgeniy Mikityanskiy and it is a reassuring experience each time. He is very professional and is a very good listener! I felt very comfortable! Seeing a gastroenterologist is not the most cheerful event, still, here everything goes smoothly.
This is, without exaggeration, the best clinic in New York! Very good doctors and nurses. I’d like to especially thank Dr. Dvorkina and her team - real professionals who know what they are doing and love their job. Front desk people here are the nicest! Exemplar customer service. Victoria always is ready to help and very affable. Ask her about her cat, he’s gorgeous I cannot recommend the clinic strong enough!
I had an awesome experience at this office. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. I saw Dr. Arnoff for my annual physical, and she was so thorough and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the office was. Coordination and scheduling are top-notch! Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back!
The wait was a tad bit long, but I overheard the front desk explain that unfortunately mondays were their busiest days. But when I was seen I didn't feel rushed at all and felt like the doctor and the assistant nurse took their time with me. Also the nurse that drew my blood was sooooo kind and she really made drawing blood so painless, I usually get lightheaded and nervous but she did an amazing job!
Great staff, Great Doctors and also offer a wide range of specialists. Scheduling is hassle free, no hiccups with referrals. Spacious, clean environment this is a great place to address your health needs They were able to make accommodations even when my medical transportation arrived late and still made sure I was able to get seen. It's quality care and professional service from the entire staff.
Great doctors and helpful staff. We have been patients of Dr. Dina Krupnik, and we enjoy it totally. She is very gentle, kind, friendly, and patient. Most appointments are on time with minimal waiting time, and I never feel rushed during them. If you come, all the team tries very hard to get you in to be seen and diagnosed. A very good choice when you need a physician for you and your family.
This is a beautiful, state of the arts medical center, where all personnel gives you the royal treatment. I have had an appointment with Dr. Khasak, their dermatologist, and he was so professional, so nice and accessible. He not only carefully listened to me, but went through my records attentively too. I am very happy with the treatment he offered, I see it is effective! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
The Endocrinologist there, Dr. B (don’t want to butcher his last name) is incredible! He is thorough, sensitive to all things his discipline and goes out of his way to ask questions you never thought could be related to what your suffering through to further diagnose and understand how to treat you. Which is why it’s hard to get an appointment with him, but we’ll worth the wait!!
Dr. Vinette Tummings (gyn) was very pleasant. She’s very knowledgeable about her stuff and thorough!!! She made me feel very comfortable and her team of assistants and the phlebotomist were equally amazing and it’s great to see them have such great team work. Being seen and heard by other Doctors has been a problem in the past but my experience here was the complete opposite.
When taking care of patients and giving appointments give patients all important information. Mentioning that there was only a 15 minute delay time allowed to see the Dr was crucial to know. When i get there 6 minutes after “grace period” according to the receptionist would’ve been great to know since i live in Staten Island and wasted my time. Thanks A lot.
My experience with PTs Rochelle and Hector were very helpful. Rochelle was especially thorough with gentle but effective massages on my neck and back and added helpful advice as to how to improve my condition. Hector is excellent at showing what exercises will strengthen those sore muscles areas. Thanks to them, I feel as though my injury is getting better.
I came into the practice today to discuss an ongoing skin issue and was so impressed with the level of service offered by the team. Dr Vozny was kind and reassuring and helped me develop a plan to tackle my concerns. Thank you. I would recommend your service to anyone! A hassle-free experience, no long waits, and professional staff. 10/10
The dental office was quite pristine! The administration staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Staff there are able to speak multiple languages. Wait times seem to minimal. They take all types of insurances, especially those on the NY health exchange market. Definitely found my new dentist! My insurance is Emblem Health non private.
wonderful center! The administrators are very polite, the girls are beautiful; the nurse is beautiful and smiling, the doctor Angela Dvorkina is a very pleasant specialist. You can immediately see the professionals in their field, without haste, calmly and in the presence. I will definitely stick to this center. Thank you very much!
My advice, if you wanna save your time, simply never go there! No late time appointment for Sonogram available, and when you're coming for your appointment in the middle of the day ON TIME, you have to wait almost an hour! Horrible service. Front desk cannot answer simple questions, and net letting patient know about the delays.
My first time at this clinic for a physical. The downside: it was extremely crowded and I waited 90 minutes to be seen with an appointment. The receptionist shared that Mondays are very busy. Patricia and Katrice so sweet and really made the experience better. Dr. D was great and thorough. I took away 2 stars for the long wait.
I'm going over there for years now Victoria at the front she's a lovely lady professional nice friendly polite and top of her job. Physical therapy people they are very nice professional helpful and friendly also. Dr Dvorkina my main doctor she's nice professional respectful and good at her job. I do appreciate all of them.
During my recent visit here I had the opportunity to see Dr. Dvorkina, an internal medicine specialist. She was great and helped me with my hypertension very professionally. He was attentive, personable, and on point. The office itself was rather nice, the waiting time was minimal, and the waiting zone was rather cozy.
I've been to various medical clinics before, but the one on Livingston stands out. The dental department was top-notch. Dr. Brajic showed impressive professionalism. Also, kudos to hygienist Galina for making the cleaning process comfortable. The front desk was notably organized, ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
I've been good here for 2 years for my medical care very nice staff the people who work here and very nice and respectful as well as friendly✌️I want to separately thank Dr.Anna Kochin she is great allergologist, with excellent bedside manner! I always feel comfortable and at ease during appointments …
Love Century Medical. Especially Dr. Dvorkina. I've been going to them for almost 20 years. Always treat me with respect and care no matter how busy. I love the way they make you feel like a patient, not just a chart number. Dr. Dvorkina is patient, understanding and caring. Thanks YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. …
Dr. Galilova is so nice and addressed all of my concerns. The front desk were also helpful. The wait wasn’t too long and my appointment didn’t feel rushed. It would be great if everyone ( all staff and patients) were masked since this is a medical facility, but I was pleased to see that at least the doctor had one on.
I have always been so pleased with this medical practice - its staff and our wonderful physician, Dr. Roya Fathollahi. She is thorough and upfront without being overly concerned. I trust her explicitly with my health needs, and I love that she is always only one call away for me. Highly appreciate her care. Thanks.
Having to navigate allergies is stressful, but under the care of Dr. Kochin at this medical clinic, the experience was much more bearable. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and she has a way of making you feel at ease. The remote check-in option available at this clinic added to the overall smooth experience.
I recently visited Century Medical for my annual physical, and I was blown away by the professionalism and expertise of my primary care doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I felt very comfortable and well-cared for during my visit.
My experience with the dental department, specifically with hygienists Galina and Irina, was exceptional. Their professional service coupled with the well-managed office made my visits hassle-free. I particularly appreciated the remote check-in option available, which made the process even more convenient.
Physical therapy can be challenging, but under the guidance of the trained therapists at this well-managed office, I have seen significant improvement. The remote check-in option available made the overall process incredibly convenient. The front desk was well-organized, which made each visit stress-free.
Run as fast as you can from the dentist... James Skala. He wouldn't clean the stains between my teeth. A week later, I went to the dental hygienist, and she didn't do anything different. I had to brush my teeth right after she cleaned it. I also had to look up products, so I could do the job myself.
The office is fantastic - the reception staff does a great job, they are supportive, kind, friendly and flexible. Dr. Hammer is amazing! He's kind and super understanding. He definitely tries to do what's best for ME, not just write me off as another patient with a problem! He's very personable.
Unfortunately this medical center was backed up and took me an hour to be seen after my appointment, but the staff and nurses were extremely polite. When I met with the doctor, I received quality patient care and felt extremely well looked after. I will come back, just with my laptop next time.
My visit to the medical office for a cardiology consultation with Diana, was a reassuring experience. Diana's compassionate and empathetic nature truly stood out as she meticulously addressed my concerns and conducted diagnostic tests. Not to mention, the office management here is top-notch!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this medical center. The staff is helpful and responsive. They answered all of my questions prior to the appointment with Dr. Kochin and made sure I understood everything well. The office is clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this place to all!
I recently visited the medical office for an appointment with my primary care doctor, Dr. Galilova. The front desk was well-organized, and the remote check-in option made the experience smooth. The office was clean, and the nice, helpful front desk staff impressed me. Highly recommend!
This was my daughter's first appointment with dr. Anzhela and she was extremely attentive and courteous. The front desk staff did their job effectively and the nurse had excellent mannerisms. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming though busy. I am glad that I chose Dr. Dvorkina.
Absolutely terrible experience. One hour wait for a simple appointment when I was early. Heart rate reader and computer weren’t working in the care room. Does not inspire confidence at all. Overheard one of the nurses saying “average wait time at times is three hours”. Terrible.
This was my first appointment with Dr Dvorkina. The doctor is highly professional and knowledgeable. She took time for a thorough examination and did all the necessary tests. She was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend her. The staff is also nice and friendly.
I have only good things to say about this medical center. They made it very convenient and simple to check-in for my appointment remotely and once I arrived, I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Galilova was able to see me right away. I am pleased with the service I received.
i recently visited the medical center for an allergy and immunology consultation with dr. kochin. she exhibited an excellent bedside manner, ensuring i felt comfortable throughout the appointment. to top it off, the organized front desk made checking in remotely a breeze!
Very professional staff, no waiting time. Doctor Adam was amazing. He took the time to answer the questions that I asked concerning my foot. This was my first time, I will be scheduling many more different appointments. Thank you all for taking the time and assisting me.
Dr. Diana Assli is the best. She performed an electrocardiogram for me and explained the results in clear language that I could understand. The staff here was great too. They welcomed me with a smile and answered all of my questions prior to the appointment. Thank you!
It was great working with Dr. Zinkovetskaya and her team. She advised on the best course of treatment that turned out to be highly effective and I can finally smile with confidence again. Thank you very much for everything. I recommend this medical office to all now!
This office is great. The front desk staff has been super helpful and the remote check-in option they have available saved me so much time. I came in to see Dr. Kochin, who did my allergy testing, and had a wonderful experience. Can recommend this place to all!
Dr. Kogan is the best neurologist. She conducted a thorough examination and explained my diagnosis in clear language. She answered all of my questions as well and offered a treatment plan that was right for my condition. I highly recommend her to everyone!
I was looking for a good dentist and my friend recommended seeing Dr. Skala. He really exceeded all my expectations! He took his time to explain my condition and I was able to forget about bleeding gums thanks to his treatment after all. He is the best!
Staff was great, nurses were the sweetest..However, the gyn was very unprofessional, with a wait time of over 2hrs you think the attitude could be better. Safe urself some time, don't visit the gyn, I think the other departments are quicker / nicer.
I've been a patient here for almost 10 years. All the doctors are awesome and true professionals! The front desk is very organized plus there is available remote check in option. I feel like everyone here really cares about you. Nice clean place.
I switched to Century Medical 3 years ago, and go there for my liver, stomach, pulmonary, and sleep specialist. My PCP, Roya Fathollahi, nurses, and staff are all wonderful. Since I started going there, I believe everyone associated with my
FYI The review rating on Yelp is way more reflective of this office (2 star average). Every other doctor I've been too has a nurse call your name and escort you to the room when it is time to be seen. This office yells your name from behind
Marina Isakova is a wonderful doctor. Caring, and compassionate, and I feel she hears me. I've been seeing her for some time now and my pain levels went down significantly. Together we manage my medical conditions and I am very pleased. My
Dr. Komm is certainly one of the best urologist specialists out there. He is polite, professional, and extremely courteous to his patients. I felt that he put the needs of his patients over his own and showed exemplary attention to detail.
Recently visited this multi-specialty clinic to see Dr. Brajic, an excellent family dentist. The front desk was organized, and the office was well managed. The clean environment and nice, helpful staff made the visit a pleasant experience.
It was not easy to find a good GYN in the area but I am so happy I met Dr. Vinette Tummings! She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked into her room and answered all of my questions in detail, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you!
Do not go here! Went in for an annual physical, and they ordered a bunch of unauthorized tests as part of a "routine bloodwork". All of which wasn't coded as routine so it incurred a large bill. Beware and stay away. Super scammy practice
Dr. Fruchter was fantastic. He was very thorough and really took the time to listen. He was very kind and not only took care of my general check up but also gave me referrals for other issues I was concerned about. I left feeling a huge
Huge thank you to Diana Assli, NP. She's a compassionate cardiologist who genuinely listened to me and what actually disturbed me. I appreciate her empathy and the time she took to go through all my medical records and get to the root
All personnel were friendly and each specialist was thorough in delivery of each procedure. My doctor was friendly and explained everything to me. There was prompt attention. I was not rushed at all. She did a thorough exam for all my
No respect for anyone’s time. I was seen 1 hr 50 minutes after my appointment time. The front desk said it was because the doctor came in super late (Dr. Khasak). I asked why they can’t call and let people know they’re running 2 hours
NP Assli and her staff is A1! From the moment I made it, I knew I was in good hands! Even my blood pressure readings taken twice were great! That's how relaxed they made me feel. I didn't leave there confused because everything was
Working with Dr. Anzhela Dvorkina is always great. She is compassionate, caring, and has excellent bedside manners. She was there to support me through such a difficult time considering my diagnosis and I appreciate it endlessly.
Having been Dr. Khasak’s patient for the past year, I have only great things to say about him. He gave me an accurate diagnosis and developed a treatment plan that brought my skin back to normal. I appreciate his help very much.
I call to make an appoitment and the person, who make the appt was so rude she said her name is Erica so rude... I understand maybe she is on stress but don't take it with the patients we have nothing to do with your problems...
